I arrived at 7:45 and waited until they opened at 8 am, just to be told they didn't have a vehicle and that Tara had left a message for me, at 7 am, saying she didn't have a vehicle and that I could go to DFW airport to pick one up. Because I needed to be somewhere shortly after my scheduled pick up time, I didn't have time to pick up a vehicle anywhere else. I called the 800 number after my meeting and they were useless. They told me that because I cancelled after my pick up time, I wouldn't be getting money back. I, not so politely, informed them that I didn't cancel the reservation and that I was pissed because it was cancelled by the agent at the rental place and I still needed a vehicle for the week. They escalated it to claims or something and said I should get my money back in 7-14 business days. I don't understand how the website could let you prepay for something that isn't available. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.

If you're looking for a moving truck, you're better off driving to the U-Haul down the street..

Very convenient they will pick you up or the service person will drop you off. I was dropped off. Had good service but had to wait for the rental Jeep to get ready otherwise I would have to get a minivan. I would not have been happy with a minivan. Lucky a Jeep Wrangler just came in. Not sure why all they had were mini vans but they need to work on that issue. Dropped the jeep off a few days later with a full tank of gas. No issues very easy to use. I just walked back to the dealer. I hope they would give you a drive over there if you asked. 3 stars because it was nothing special just good standard service a car rental place.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend Enterprise at Fort Worth Airport…read more I had a bad experience renting a car for 7 days. When I picked it up, the initial inspection was rushed and not detailed at all. The young man who checked the car didn't mention anything specific, nor did he go over any existing issues. As soon as I got home, I took pictures of all parts of the car just to be safe. When I returned the car -- clean and with the gas filled as requested -- a different employee came out with a camera to check for ice damage, claiming that there might be some because of the route I had taken. She told me I would get my deposit back and that everything seemed fine. Now, days later, my insurance company is calling me saying I owe $4,000 for supposed ice damage -- even though it never even rained during my trip. I'm extremely upset. This company is not serious or trustworthy. They contacted my insurance directly without ever reaching out to me first. I absolutely do not recommend this location -- Enterprise at the Fort Worth Airport. Terrible service and unacceptable treatment of customers

The driver Jose was very personable, punctual, and very professional (next time I hope he's our driver). The car was beautiful and extremely clean.
