Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend Enterprise at Fort Worth Airport I had a bad experience renting a car for 7 days. When I picked it up, the initial inspection was rushed and not detailed at all. The young man who checked the car didn't mention anything specific, nor did he go over any existing issues. As soon as I got home, I took pictures of all parts of the car just to be safe. When I returned the car -- clean and with the gas filled as requested -- a different employee came out with a camera to check for ice damage, claiming that there might be some because of the route I had taken. She told me I would get my deposit back and that everything seemed fine. Now, days later, my insurance company is calling me saying I owe $4,000 for supposed ice damage -- even though it never even rained during my trip. I'm extremely upset. This company is not serious or trustworthy. They contacted my insurance directly without ever reaching out to me first. I love this place because I have patience. I know that this place is severely understaffed. The customers are rude to the only person working. They are always nice and try their best. If you are in a rush DO NOT COME HERE THINKING YOU'LL GET SOMETHING IN 10 MINUTES. Again I love this place. Cars are always clean and drop off is easy. This was my first time getting a rental and this was the worst experience for me! I called and made a reservation on Friday 7/5/24, I called Monday 7/8/24 and spoke to a man and he confirmed my appointment at 8am to pick up the rental car on Tuesday 7/9/24. I call up on Tuesday morning to confirm the address since I never received my confirmation email, for her to tell me I don't have a reservation and she has no cars available for me. I insisted I have a reservation and I already dropped my car off at the auto shop and needed a rental and she disconnected the call. Response to Reply: That's the issue, I never got any email confirming the appointment, but I called and verified, and the man I spoke with said the reservation was confirmed by the other party's insurance (State Farm). So, I never got a confirmation number or anything. I have all my call logs proving I was on the phone with someone from enterprise on both days. Now I had to find someone to take me 20 minutes up the road in downtown Fort Worth to another enterprise for them to only have a small MITS MIRA available and I'm moving in a week. I requested a SUV with everyone I spoke to, and I was promised availability. I was 2 hours late to my job due to the lack of responsibility from one of your employees. read more

This place is absolute garbage!!! The insurance company handling my claim made a " reservation" just for the moron working the desk to tell me "they don't have any cars available" ok so what was the point in the insurace making a reservation. I ask if he can find me a reservation at another location and he tells me he doesn't have the ability to do that. So my truck is sitting at Range Rover and I have to call an Uber to go pick it back up and start this crap all over again after calling the insurance and telling them to rent through hertz cause this enterprise is a giant turd read more

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Made a reservation over the phone, agreed to be picked up in an hour. The driver never showed. Tried calling the office and it was past business hours so I couldn't get anyone one the phone. Was left standing outside for almost an hour waiting just to be let down. I think it is ridiculous that a young lady who is going to college and stay out of debit CANNOT get a rental car since her car was REAR ended because she doesn't have a credit card or something else with a credit company logo. Should have alternative solutions for people like this. read more

The best experience I've had renting a car from enterprise yesterday. The manager, was obviously busy, on the phone with 3 different people trying to arrange transportation for someone and getting insurance approval, had a line of 3 customers, all while handling everything with calmness and letting me know she'd be multitasking while setting up my rental. She was polite and informative and kept a smile on her face even though she was busy. I will definitely rent from this location from now on! read more

My experience with Craig's' Collision Enterprise rent a car at 4920 N Beach in Ft Worth was nothing but exemplary. I reserved a vehicle from 3/30 to 4/3 to attend a memorial service located 600 miles away. Jake was very cheerful at 7:30 a.m. and escorted me to his work station. He was unable to provide the size vehicle I had reserved, but got me into an adequate vehicle in short order. He should be commended for his thoughtfulness and got me in and out in sho rt order. I reserved an SUV at Craig's Enterprise Car Rental for a week on 4920 N Beach St Fort Worth, TX 76137. We worked with Logan there and he was extremely helpful. The car we had reserved was not available when we arrived. He went out of his way to look at other locations and worked with us to ensure that we did get a vehicle for our vacation. He made recommendations and we were very pleased with the Chrysler Pacifica that he located for us which was perfect for our vacation. Eric, the manager, and his crew was very helpful. I work in Las Colinas and needed a car asap but gets off at 5 everyday. The business closes at 6 so It was a high chance I wouldn't able to get there in time. Eric asked me questions over the phone to speed up the process so the only thing I'd have to do was to pay when I arrive. Surely, I got a car when I arrived. They are friendly people even though I arrived a couple of minutes before closing time. Most people wouldn't have been too friendly. Recommend! read more

I rent from enterprise multiple times a month and this location is by far the best out there. Everyone here is pleasant and helpful but I have to give a special shout out to AJ, who always finds a way to get me a rental, even at short notice, and always has a smile on his face. I've been waiting on the phone for someone to tell me what happened with my scheduled pick up. I was bounced from location to location and no one knew about the reservation someone made a week ago. I've been on the phone for over 20 minutes on hold. I think the person at the Fort Worth location said he just received my reservation information and put me on hold to go home and avoid dealing with it. I wish someone would have taken accountability and apologize instead of making excuses and make me waste more time. I drove an hour for a pick up that never took place. I will be scheduling with another company. read more
