This Enterprise branch is located approximately 6~7 miles away from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and our party used a ridesharing app to get here (approximately $22 on Thursday afternoon.) I initially booked a standard car, but I ultimately got an upgrade (Nissan Rogue) free of charge. The only annoying part was that the staff asked for my car insurance policy number and I had trouble looking that information up due to poor cellular signal. After 10 minutes, the staff eventually just gave up and handed the car key to me. Hey I visited other Enterprise locations in California and they never ask me to fill out my car insurance information! Not exactly the best rental experience, but I do appreciate the free upgrade and hence the solid 4-star!

    It clearly states on the website that you can rent a car with a debit card if you have…read morecomprehensive insurance. We showed up for our rental booking and they denied us renting our car simply because we have a debit card. Not everybody likes to go into credit card debt in this country. On the literal booking email that they sent it clearly states that you can rent a car with a debit card as long as you have comprehensive insurance when we try to show them this they wouldn't even have a conversation about it even though we do have the insurance that is required to rent using a debit card. I would never recommend this place. They made us buy a return flight and then told us oh if you buy it under 24 hours before the booking it doesn't count then why the hell did they make us buy a return flight? We wasted 300$ on a return flight to be told it still wasn't good enough AFTER we booked a flight we don't need. We have the frontier flight pass we don't need to book our return flights until 24 hours before and they are basically free that's why we bought the pass and also why we didn't have a return flight. never coming here again. I will be using Turo from now on. They let you do a debit card, no hidden fees, and no weird polices that are undisclosed. I would also like to add that the customer service representatives were extremely rude and hostile. Whoever was working on July 1 at 1:56 PM seriously needs to be addressed for their behavior and the way that they talk to paying customers. Update so we tried to go to the other enterprise that wasn't at the airport and they are saying that you need a utility bill to use your debit card for a booking. (Even though i have extensively reviewed their policies and it never said that. ) Why would I have a utility bill in a state that I don't live in? If u was home i woukd be driving my own car not fighting with a rental company. These people are absolutely ridiculous. I recommend everybody use Turo.

    My travel was great then my next stop was to pickup my rental car all went well. One of the ladies…read morebrought my vehicle to me, I walked around the truck and it looked fine until I drove off and got to see the vehicle in daylight and omg the truck was so nasty and dirty. I called budget customer service and spoke to Roxanne, she was excellent with assisting me with so I returned the vehicle with an exchange..Once i got to Budget return and was greeted by Ms. Desmond Anderson, I expressed what I saw and how nasty the truck was, she apologize and immediately started working on my issue since she was new on the job ...she brought what happened to her operating Manager ( Ms Ginger Allen), which provided me with another vehicle and made sure that it was clean and good standard. Ms Allen took me to the front desk and James Cunningham, completed my paperwork and took care of me.... I want to give Ms Desmond Anderson, Ms Ginger Allen, Roxanne (customer service), Marie B. and Mr. James Cunningham Kudos....for an outstanding customer service and fixing wrong and made it right....Kudos...Kudos. If your traveling or need a rental at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, Budget is the place.
