If I could give this location a zero star I would. I rented a car from this location 0n 6/17 a young man came out a did a walk around of the vehicle notating all dents and scratches on the vehicle. I returned the vehicle on 6/20 the untrained employee Emily that messed up my reservations from the beginning because she doesn't know her job came out and did the exact same walk around that was done when I picked up the rental and notated all the same dents and scratches. my deposit was refunded back to me right away and the contract was closed out. I received a letter 3 weeks later on 7/9, from Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit stating there was damage done to the vehicle. Are you serious the employees that work there Taja (Manager), Harley (Manager) and Emily (Employee that doesn't know her job) are all unprofessional. Out of all the locations I ever rented from this is by far the worst location ever. I called up to this location to get corporate number and was hung up on by quote unquote the manager Taja, I called back and told them I was on my way up there, when I got there, they had the POLICE waiting on me, you called the police on me because you are unprofessional and hung up on me? BE AWARE OF RENTING A CAR HERE!!!! If my family could give this place negative stars we would because that what we feel it deserves. They rented us a beat up car with a cracked windshield and multiple paint scrapes and dings. We had no choice because we were down a car and already dealing with a wreck. The car had its initial inspection the windshield, dents, and scrapes were reported. They specifically hand wrote "no hail damage" on the report. We drove the car as minimal as possible. When we returned the car they told us we returned it with hail damage and they would be filing a claim with our insurance. This seems like a scam to me. They had to show us the 3 tiny dents on the roof of the car with a shade used for hail spotting. So even if those dents had been there in the beginning we would have never seen them. We spoke with the manager TYLER. Not impressed with his ability to manage customers who are unhappy. He honestly seems like he is part of the scam. Rents out a trashed out car to customers and probably files multiple insurance claims on the car then never gets it repaired. - The crack in the windshield was already there when we rented it. I would assume if there is hail damage it happened when the cracked windshield happened.- It did hail about 20 miles north of us during the time we had the car. But my car was parked next to the rental in our driveway. It never hailed at my house. This place is awful to do business with and is poorly managed. Their team member Ally who stirred up this issue saying there was hail damage is also not an impressive employee. I hope enterprise takes the time to really look in to how this location is being managed because I will be telling this to everyone I know. read more

Tyler is the man! I had a business emergency and needed a rental quickly. I had been to 3 other rental places and all of them had nothing available and the customer service was horrible. I was almost ready to give up when I arrived at this location and Tyler helped me out. He made it very easy and was very knowledgeable. You can tell it's not his first day on the job. All of this was done very quickly with a great attitude... I don't even think he noticed it was 10 minutes until closing time. His focus was on helping me. I appreciate it Tyler. This had to have been by far the worst costumer service experience I've ever had with this company. we had rented a car several years ago and they were excellent. this time I was helped by 2 individuals who were not helpful I had to call my significant other to speak with these people because they were so unhelpful. they tired running my card serval times before I was even given a price, the day prior I went in with my partner and had no issues whatsoever we were short on money so we had to come back the following day. I return by myself (a woman) the next morning and the price had gone up an additional $200 after they told us just one day prior they would save the quote/car for a additional day until we got the funds we needed to reserve the car. The lady up there is so sweet and so kind she was the one that helped us when we had gone up there the day before, the price she had given us was about $780 to keep the car for 6 days, but once I returned the next day alone the guy proceeded to take me outside and run my card and of course again I did not have enough money because when we had left the day before with the price being $700+ to it now being nearly a grand to reserve the car for 5 days... seems a little weird to me. Not only did they start being somewhat helpful when I had to call my significant other so he could better explain what was going on. but I left with a car shortly after not having to pay nearly a grand for. Then we call them to reserve it for just a few more days and had to pay an additional $71 which is fine so they set the return date for 2 days later, then I check the website for my reservation return date and time and it says the 18th at 7:30am, I had called back up there and they even said it was not due back until the 18th then my partner called another location to again make sure we got the date and time right and we were both told the 18th. So here comes the 18th we return the car and after you return the car you get your $350 back we only got $80 back because they said it was supposed to be returned on the 15th and usually when the vehicle is set to return you get a email 24 hours before so you can confirm or modify your drop of day and time and I didn't receive that email until the 17th a day before the rental was due to be returned. We even showed them a picture of the conformation and it showed the rental was due to be returned on the 18th the 15th was never even said to me not even over the phone when I had called them so they could extend it for us, that was the whole reason why I went and looked it up myself because they never told me when the rental was due back.. seriously the worst place. I would not recommend them all all at least NOT this location. Also the dude who is the manager (I guess) was so unhelpful the whole entire time. he kept repeating the same things over and over as if I had a hard time understanding it in the first place... will never go back. Make sure you guys do your research before renting from this location they had a ton of bad reviews but we looked past it and regretted it shortly after. The car was as you'd see on an episode of 60mins - alerts on the dash and issues with the tires. The hi-beams didn't work and the passenger side driver assist didn't work. Tires were low on air with the alerts showing on the dash, and the facility said not to worry about it, that's just how the car is. I informed the manager of the facility, upon my return, and his non-verbal response was an appearance of Corp. America riding him hard and putting him away wet. Right on par for ERAC. read more

Very rarely I get such exceptional service I feel the need to share with everyone. I experienced this while renting a car while mine was having repairs done.Everything was handled online and when I went to drop mine Enterprise sent someone to pick me up, while getting my car ready the branch manager (Alyssa) noticed I was driving Jeep Wrangler and said she could step me up if I like at no additional cost to me, as insurance would cover she also called another lot a few miles away and got me a 2018 Jeep Wrangler 2 years newer needless to say I was happy ( it's a Jeep Thing ). She did all this without me lifting and finger, she basically just listen to the conversation I was having with an associate and took it from there. She has earned my business I highly recommend her. It's such a good feeling to know there are still folks that go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. read more

Had a reservation for 3 weeks to secure a specific rental only to be called 4 hours before rental pick up and told that they do not have the vehicle and rented it to those who needed vehicles for collision rentals. Told me to go to DFW airport to rent something as they couldn't help me now. The day before I was called and told "what to bring" to pay for the rental and never told anything amiss. So I go to DFW get a rental drive by the lot on way home and see what I reserved is sitting in their lot. It's the old bait and switch and dumping on loyal customers. Terrible service. As a family, we use enterprise roughly 4-8 times per year. I have never encountered a problem. Until I came to this location. The front desk staff were not friendly. When I walked in the front door, I was not met with a smile. Just 3 front desk staff members staring. During the rental process, one of the male workers was argumentative with myself, and he was not even the person helping me or taking care of me at the time. They literally made me feel like I was going to steal their vehicle. A vehicle that is dirty on the inside and needs a vacuums attention. Their service was so bad, I canceled my reservation from this location and went up the road to a different one. I'm sorry this location is not in a great area, don't but make me feel like a dirty low life while spending 100$ for less than a 24 hour rental. read more

The entire front desk team are on the ball! They are efficient, acknowledge you upon entering, they silently know who was there first and in which order you will be next assisted even when someone new steps in the door and proceeds to the counter expecting to be serviced before those waiting in the chairs. I would suggest the vehicles get a little extra look over in cleaning, especially when pet hair can be found left behind on more than 1 vehicle. read more

My experience started out good, and ended with a ripoff. I originally rented a vehicle for 4 days, $36 a day with a $200 deposit. Called on the day of return for a extension. I was told it would be an extra $188 for 4 more days. After return and total charges. I was charged $86 per day for the remainder 4 days. Total 8 days $566. How is this possible? I will NEVER use them again, and will make sure to spread the word of the very bad experience. read more

I came in to rent a car and I was pretty much being rushed out, 2 minutes after closing time (keep in mind I was there 15 mins prior to closing), being told by one of the girls (Selina) who works here that they had to leave and pick up their kids (like it's my fault/issue). I had my credit card being delivered to me by a friend (because I was unaware my insurance did not cover my payment) and they kept rushing me to call and ask when it would be dropped off/how far they were. First one I went to put me in a car I hated and asked to change it, the only reply he gave me was "What's wrong with the Impala"! In a smart A** way... he didn't change the car. I went to another location Rufe Snow, the staff was great when I changed my car out. However- I forgot my very expensive Ray ban sunglasses and called the next morning guess what Surprise they are not in the car after being detailed. I get it's my fault I forgot them but I expect a company such as Enterprise to be honest. Goodbye my favorite $400 sunglasses I hope who ever kept them enjoys them! read more

Just had a felon total my jeep, went to the ER for neck and and injuries, and went in here to rent a vehicle. Selena monotoned through her entire pitch and then offered me a ...... jeep. Really? A jeep liek the one I just had experienced a horrible accident in the DAY BEFORE?? I voiced my issue with the assistant manager and she promised she'd coach her how to possibly learn some empathy and didn't happen. Then Selena continued to call myself and my husband and dared to say my husband has been ignoring her calls. Are you kidding me? He's a fireman and at work saving lives so my apologies he's not worried about answering his phone. Horrible service and will never go back again. I returned my vehicle to another enterprise to prevent me absolutely going off on this girl. I suggest she get coached to have a better personality. read more

My family has rented from this location several different times through the years. I needed a rental for an extended time due to my car being hit. Long story short, the car wasnt "processed" correctly by the airport at time of return so this location on Rufe Snow instead of checking with the airport, remind you i told them i was planning on returning it to the airport on 5/29, decides to create a whole new contract (without my conesent, authorization, or signature) to extend the rental and charged me a 250.00 deposit on 5/31 when the car was returned 5/29. I called customer care, bc the rufe snow location was closed by time i noticed the charges on my bank statement, and was told that was an error and the 250 debit showing was supposed to be a refund of the deposit but they were currently having "system issues" that makes it appear as debit instead of a credit. Okay, sounded like an honest error....UNTIL.....i check my account the next day and see not only is the 250 still showing debit but now there is ANOTHER FRAUDULENT UNAUTHORIZED charge of 150.00! So, now that leaves a total of 400.00 pending on my account that were charged after the car was returned 2 days earlier. Spoke with the manager, Adam, who did apologize nonchalantly and refunded the money back to my account...(which he says can take up to 5 days) and offered to take a pathetic 50.00 off the total of 1700.00 i was already charged for the 32 days i had the rental car. 50.00? When im getting charged nsf fees on my account because the 4800.00 they FRAUDULENTLY charged to my account put it into the negative...Not to mention i have bills i need to pay which is now being held up and delayed...(MORE MONEY FOR LATE FEES I WILL HAVE TO PAY!) NEVER AGAIN WILL I OR ANYONE I KNOW DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER ENTERPRISE EVER IN LIFE! IF YOU EVER RENT FROM HERE MAKE SURE AND WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT AND MONITOR ALL THE CHARGES THEY TAKE OUT YOUR ACCOUNT! I work for an insurance company and set rentals up for customers on a daily basis with either the choice of using another company or enterprise and i ALWAYS religiously recommended enterprise because of the good experiences i have always had up until this nightmare. Today I went to the Rufe Snow location to pick up my 7 day rental covered by insurance due to a total loss to my vehicle. I went into the location at about 930 a.m. I brought my drivers license only. I spoke with a gentleman who's name started with a K. He told me I needed to bring a payment card for a 50 dollar deposit and proof of insurance in order to pick up my reservation. I then left the location and went and got my debit card and proof of insurance as well as my passport. Once I got back the same gentleman helped me. We went through the process of checking my car out and he then ran my payment. It didn't go through. I checked my account and saw that I had more than enough for the fifty dollar deposit so I was confused as to why it wouldn't process. I then asked the gentleman if I could pay cash for the deposit. He said that they didn't take cash and to go put more money in my account. I knew this wasn't going to fix the problem seeing that I already had the amount in my account to begin with but to humor the associate I went and deposited more money in my account. After this I came back to the location and it still wouldn't go through. Come to find out my account doesn't allow rental company's to take deposits from the account. I then called my mother to see if I could use her card for the deposit since my account wasn't allowing it. I called Enterprise back to tell them she would be making the deposit and was informed that I wouldn't be covered for the rental if that was the case. Feeling at a loss I then called my insurance company to see if they could help. I had to have two different people call the location in order to move forward with the transaction. During the second phone call, myself and the insurance rep were both on the line with the gentleman who's name starts with a K. We weren't getting anywhere with him so we requested to talk to the manager, Dee, and she "was on the other line." Despite her being on the other line she was able to communicate to the gentleman on the phone that I could just bring a money order in for my deposit. After all of this it was 3:45 p.m. I am very confused as to why it took 6 hours for them to finally give me my rental car. The over all experience was terrible.
