I was charged roughly $1000 when all was said and done because Hertz continued to charge my credit card. I returned the car on May 28th and now today, june 11th, I was charged an additional 320 dollars. Everytime i call the customer support line, they tell me thst they are unable to see any charges on my credit card however my statement is saying differently. I have had to file multiple disputes against the company through my credit card company as well as the insurance company now. I will never be using hertz for a rental again. ​

The car was dirty, no window washing fluid in the reservoir, wiper blades needed to be replaced (bad), mosquitoes had a field day biting my wife who had bites all over her legs, and the driver side (door) window was off track. This vehicle should not have been in service (unsafe). I should have reported it to the State Police "unsafe to drive". I got caught in a heavy rain downpour on my way to a formal event, I couldn't see the road. I almost had a wreck, I could have been killed. When I arrived at my location, my tux was wet and dirty, my wife had mosquitoe bites all over her legs. The manager at the Hertz locations hid under a desk when I came in to express my concerns. The manager wasn't man enough to face me, what a wussy. I reported the bad condition of the vehicle to the 3 Stooges, Moe, Larry, and Curl who tried to give me the run around and never filed my complaint. I was never compensated or did anyone from Hertz reach out to me. I will never rent a vehicle from this place again and hope you don't either. I pity the fool.

If you booked through a third party such as Expedia and bought car protection which is cheaper through that party, you are not berated, as I was at another Enterprise location in Homestead. Definitely will continue using this location for my car rentals. Bonus points that they are open on Sunday.

I called the Enterprise # to reserve a car explained what we needed and for who and the representative confirmed all our needs and and recieved a confirmation and drove to the car rental. When we arrived we proceeded to begin the paper work and the agent told us the only car he had was a truck style and my 23 year old driver was not authorized to drive it. We we shared that we had already communicated our needs to the representative on the phone and she confirmed all was in line and this location had availability, he said "well we don't have anything for you." and forcefully pushed our drivers licenses back in our faces. I have used this Enterprise three times over the last couple weeks. The associates are nice but do…read moreseem a bit scatter brained at times. I also believe that my service has improved every time that I have rented a car from here as the associates begin to recognize me and consider me a returning customer. If you are a newbie car renter, be prepared to undergo the extensive up-selling. If you don't want to be offered a car upgrade or additional insurance, I just recommend stating up front that you are unable to upgrade your reservation. I personally just upgrade to roadside assistance (since I don't have AAA) which is only about $4/day. However, work with your insurance company in advance to make sure your insurance covers rental cars. On the two weekday mornings that I picked up a rental car, the wait and processing time took about 30 minutes. There have definitely been a lot of confused and frustrated customers at this Enterprise who do not seem fully prepared to pay the sometimes high costs of a rental car. If one of these individuals is in line in front of you, it could take well over 30 minutes to get your car. However, I picked up a rental on a Saturday morning, and there was quick service with no wait!
