We had a great experience with Budget Dumpster. They were very helpful in understanding what we needed. We rented a 40 yard dumpster and they placed it exactly where it needed to be. Their guys love it when you mark the area and they make sure the door will open without obstruction. They were very clear with their instructions especially with the requirements on the 40 yard. They also let you know up front what will cause you more fees (loading over the top, poundage and that it could be a week or two before you get an invoice if your weight was over.) We used the dumpster for carpet removal and a construction project. All we had to do for them to pick the dumpster up was let them know through their website. It took them longer to pick it up to no expense to us. We would use them again. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dumpster company. I decided to give your company a try and will NEVER call again. First they could not give me a drop off time when it was needed should have said good by then but like a fool I proceeded anyway. called Friday for a Monday pickup the person said they had a three day window for pickup whatever that means come and get your dumpster. Friday comes 2 days after their 3 day window and they have now delayed the opening of the business because their dumpster is sitting in front of the exit. Make sure you read the e-mail explaining what you can and cannot put in there - YES there are restrictions. I need to call out that the gentleman that came to drop off the dumpster was a rockstar. He did a hell of a job parking that thing in my driveway - not easy job for what i could see. He did it so carefully and perfectly, once he was done, he gave me the proudest smile i have ever seen. This is the first time that we used Budget Dumpster. After shopping around they were the cheapest so we gave them a try. We were not disappointed. They delivered the dumpster and picked up as we requested. We rented a 15 yard dumpster after they helped me decide the size and it was perfect! They were very friendly and informative each time that I called, making sure to explain the process and requirements for drop off and pickup as well as what was allowed to be put into the dumpster. Found Budget Dumpster on the net. Great communication, prompt and responsive to all my questions. Needed to clear-out a hoarder house and they were great to work with. Took a fully loaded 30 yard and a full 10 days, but got it done with no extra day charges and a short wait on the pick-up. Have not got the final bill so only 4 stars, but not really worried about any overage. Have used several other dumpster rental firms, and working with Budget was smoother and better than many others, will be calling them again. read more

I was looking for a dumpster to help clear out my sister's house. This is the first place I called and took a chance. I was very pleased with the outcome. Their customer service department is awesome. If you send an email or a link to contact them they contact you immediately. They left a cell number to call the dumpster company that they contract with and anytime I called them, They answered on the first or second call. I highly recommend this company. I called a week in advance and had no problem with getting a dumpster. Called a few days later and requested a larger dumpster. No problem and they only charged me the difference between the two. The dumpster was delivered at 6:30 am in the morning. The driver was very accommodating using the plywood left on the driveway to park the dumpster to avoid any damage to the new driveway. Thomas over at Budget Dumpster quickly got me a quoted rate and we were able to schedule a drop-off of a 30yd dumpster the next day. There were some specific directions that I gave in order for trucker to efficiently get into our yard for placement, but he was there first thing in the morning and out shortly thereafter. I highly recommend Budget Dumpster because they also give you an all-in rate instead of a low rate with incidental charges showing up later. read more

Unfortunately, my original review stands. I did contact via email and phone your company a number of times to discuss my concerns. It was brushed aside by a manager and he blamed the damage issue on a third party (which I was not aware of) and said I should speak to them even though I only ever dealt with Budget Dumpster. Fantastic service and reasonable price! I checked several dumpster companies, and the FEW that got back to me quoted prices as much as double what I paid Budget. Budget charges a low base rate plus additional for weight above the weight specified for the size dumpster you rent. Dumpster was delivered to my Denver, Colorado, address on the day specified, and was clean and ready to be filled. It was picked up first thing the day after I wanted it picked up, which was fine. Only comment is that it would be more convenient if they could give a better window of delivery than 12 hours. read more
