Buyer beware!!! The second time we used them, they increased their prices and gave us a story about the garbage rates in our area, which was within 2-3 weeks. When I called another dumpster company, they said they never heard of that. They promised they would call before delivery so we could direct them to where we needed the dumpster, this did not happen. After several excruciatingly painful calls, they still did not respond to our request. They moved the dumpster a few feet away, did not call and placed it in the wrong area again!. When we called to explain the situation, the supervisor Zach was less than helpful and very cavalier, rude and argumentative about the problems. They charged the credit card before it was delivered and when we told them we were dissatisfied by their lack of care, professionalism, and following simple directions, we were told we would not get a refund but they would pick up the unused dumpster. We had no choice but to use it, then they didn't pick it up when they said they would which interfered with construction that was taking place on the property, which required several calls, once again we received a poor response. They finally picked it up the second evening. If you call them, be prepared to be on hold for hours!!!!!!! Every time we called, we were automatically placed on hold for 30 mins at times. The quickest they answered the phone was the first call, then after 20 mins or longer. They are unprofessional and really don't care about their customers. DO NOT USE THESE EXTORTION SCAM ARTISTS. I recently hired a container from these people.. The driver caused extensive damage to my property because he didn't know what he was doing.. When I called the office to register a complaint I was told that they are a third party and could do nothing about it. If I had known this from the beginning I would never have hired them.. Then the overcharging started. I received a bill saying that I owed $270 for the container being overweight, now I work I construction so I had a reasonable idea of the weight, but when these guys said I was 4 ton overweight that was an immediate red flag.. I requested the original docket from the landfill and to my amazement I noticed that it had been clearly altered with.. The serial number that was on the container outside my house did not match the one on the docket, a few extra numbers were clearly added onto it and it was clearly obvious different hand writing. When I pointed this out to them I was asked do you have a photo of the container to back this claim up, which I didn't because who would think to take a photo like that.. so then I was told there was nothing more that could be done.. I contacted my bank to alert them that this company had my card details and were trying to EXTORT money from me.. I was advised to just cancel my card, so I did.. I rented a 30 yr dumpster got charged an basically double in weight overages over $700 for a 30 yard can also they damaged my yard and my neighbors yard I rented from another company no problem 30 yard can bigger job half the price I will just call the extra money I paid tuition and I have learned to take my business elsewhere. Do not use. Bait and switch. Hit you hard on the weight. Filled my dumpster with simple old deck boards. Hit with $275 overage. Do not use.

I had a good experience at first with these guys. It rained almost the entire time I had it and it ran over for the time I was allotted, so I was charged an extra day (no big deal). We filled it up, they came and picked it up and I thought that was the end of it. A month later I get an invoice that was marked paid in full for an over weight charge! Keep in mind the container was full of water from the rain! There was no notice other than that they had already charged my card again. They explained that it is their policy to charge a card on file without notice for anything less than $250. Im sure this is in all the crazy paperwork you are supposed to review but I think its bizarre that they would do this so far after (I thought) the initial transaction was complete. Its a shady business practice and I will not be using this company again. I would rather pay a bit more and deal with a company with some common decency that would at least notify their paying customers before making a new charge. There is plenty of competition out there. Ive used plenty of companies for roll offs and this is definitely a first for me. Should have read the other reviews!! read more
