What initially created the need for the call was a gas fireplace that would not ignite I had previously tried ChatGPT, called a chimney sweep company, and even called the previous owner of my house, all to no avail. Within a few minutes of of arriving, Jordan was able to locate the hidden shut off for the gas fireplace and get it working pretty promptly. While here, he was able to notice a couple of other things that needed attention. My tankless water heater had been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, and the technicians from Hukill's were able to manage that. And also, when it came to a clogged sink in our master bathroom, they were able to address that as well. By the end of our time together I had heard some good stories from Jordan, I was able to practice my French with Joseph and most importantly had a lot of small annoyances cleared up (literally) leaving my home in better functioning order than when they arrived. From the beginning, he had us alert so he could be present when the Allstate adjuster suddenly came early to do their inspection. We have now been through two rounds of negotiations with insurance and Cliff informed us each step how to increase the odds of getting a fair deal : 1) how they would offer only 50% initially what should be paid, and 2) he then responded to the insurance by listing items they left off, and reasons the should be paid for. Little by little insurance has increased what they paid us. Still negotiating.

No after the sale support. Glad it wasn't anything huge, as I now see others have experienced. Lost a customer and Lots of referrals over $375.

We paid a significant amount of money for this service, and it was ultimately a waste of our time and money. We strongly advise against using this pool company, as they provide a poor service and are not worth the cost. He has now tried arguing with our Facebook review claiming we were made aware up front that their work would not guarantee a fixed pool. This is completely untrue, Charles is making up excuses and lies. We were told the remodel would last 20 years and they do them all the time. He tried stating we had other bids and were told the same by the other companies which is also a LIE. We took a chance on his company because he was the first and only to answer and come out to the house. Please save your money and go elsewhere with your business.
