See the photos, the top 3 line tiles are white, all the rest tiles are yellow! I went to the store where I purchased the tiles, and the manager said he could not do anything. I lost $1500 labor to redo the entire left-side wall, including removing the installed tiles, replacing the hardy barker board & red guard, and installing the tiles again. I also lost 8 pieces of the tiles (materials), $90.76 total. I would like Floor & Decor to contact me back for this loss, since it is completely their fault for giving me different color tiles!

Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. We ordered our kitchen sink, faucets, and some hardware with them. I wanted to also order all cabinetry hardware with them, but when its SO hard to get an appt or email back I decided we couldn't give them anymore business. Chip at Pierce Hardware is amazing if you're looking for top notch customer service and someone who knows the trade well! Today we got a letter in the mail from a 3rd party saying that we/our contractor had not paid our bill with Ferguson from back in April and we were over due.
