The kicker - we finished the job within the 3 hours anyway! Never again with these joker's. Follow up: These have to be the laziest movers in the business. They left so much stuff behind that I will have to rent a UHaul. But every time we pointed to something for them to move they acted exasperated and rolled their eyes. I had to go searching for the TV cords they tossed aside. My bed is supposed to be on risers and they simply left them behind. I called the company twice and was told they could come back out for another $400. No responsibility taken whatsoever. Don't hire these losers. Put them out of business.

Most recently, I rented a vehicle on January 6, 2026, and returned it on January 11, 2026. After returning the car, I realized I had left personal items inside. I contacted customer service on January 12, 2026 to report the lost items and was instructed to submit an online claim, which I completed the same day. Since then, I have not received any communication by email or phone. Over the following days, I called multiple times for an update. Each time, I was told there was no status available on my case. I called again the next day and received the same response. I then requested that my case be escalated, and I was told a manager would contact me. However, I have still not heard from anyone. I have continued calling daily with no progress or follow‑up. This ongoing lack of communication is extremely frustrating and concerning. I am requesting an immediate update on the status of my claim, confirmation that it has been properly escalated, and information on the next steps to locate or recover my personal items. (even though additional fees were taking out.) I assume this was for the insurance but was told this was for the deposit. (The website says they will take the deposit at the time I pic up the car) They proceeded to do an application for their insurance. I was asked for 2 emergency contacts, bankcard, mortgage or leasing agreement! I told them I didn't have any of that on me. Needless to say, I was unable to rent the car even though I paid in advance. The customer service rep wasn't accommodating at all. He was very indifferent. I caught a Lyft there and didn't have a way home. It was an awful experience. All customer service people should share the same information! (i.e.. the people of the phone and the people at the counter) I was not informed of needing these items when I called twice to see if my online process went through. I will never use this company again.(This took place at the Northern Parkway facility NOT Glen Burnie)

I contacted three different companies through Yelp, but ultimately chose JFP Express because they were the only ones who provided an all-inclusive price with no hidden fees--unlike the other companies. I find it frustrating when businesses try to extract as much as they can from customers through various pretexts and dishonest practices. JFP Express, however, was honest and transparent from the start. Jason was very courteous and communicative, arranging everything seamlessly. When the team arrived, they were respectful, personable, and professional. The piano, along with everything else, was handled with the utmost care and attention.
