To begin with, I really liked how well the website was laid out. It was very easy to search for different makes/models of cars that were in stock, and see all their features, as well as their CarFax reports. So I was able to know, ahead of time, exactly which car I was interested in. The Enterprise website also includes the Blue Book value. I looked it up, separately, myself at the Kelly Blue Book site as a double check for the particular car I was interested in. The Kelly Blue Book came out significantly higher than what Enterprise had cited. And then the asking price for the vehicle (prior to the addition of the $199 administrative fee) was nearly $1200 below Enterprise's blue book, so I felt the price was very fair. Test-driving and purchasing the car was a breeze. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, and I was also pleased (and surprised) to learn that since my sister had been the one to recommend Enterprise Car Sales to me (she and her husband have purchased their last two vehicles there), she would get a $100 referral fee. Buying and trading a vehicle with Enterprise is a clean and easy experience. No haggling with the salesmen to get the best price possible, all that stress is removed. I worked with Chris Coulter and he was helpful, listened to my wants and worked with me to stay in what he had that met my criteria, and was a genuinely nice guy. They gave me KBB on my trade, no haggles and was a smooth sale. They were tied into my credit union so the finance process was a breeze. The only experience I didn't care for was the warranty sales pitch. But I guess that is a personal preference if you are in the market for those or not. When I arrived, the sales associate (Richard Graney) was outside waiting to greet me. We test drove the car and he answered all my questions.
