The person that was apparently running the place laughed at me and said "not a chance, I'm out of here in 15 minutes." No apologies, just " No Way man." So they might do good work at a good price, but they are rude and unsympathetic, and I personally won't be giving them a second chance. I sent someone with two tires to be mounted at Walmart in Owosso yesterday. He told them he had two…read moretires to be mounted onto rims, which is listed on their website and at the facility itself for $11 a tire. They took the tires, mounted and re-stemmed, then would NOT release them until after they were balanced for another extra $30. They outright refused to release my tires, after they perform unwanted and unasked for "repairs" until their last minute ransom was paid. Total BS to add almost $40 in extra charges and hold my shit ransom.
