I just want to tell you what I'm gonna tell everyone that ask so you understand the experience customers have and maybe pass this on to someone that can make sense of it please. The location on my drop off looked like it went out of business, attached are pictures and the building was vacant. I call customer service and the first person didn't understand and told me I would have to come back another day which made no sense since the locations office was complete cleaned out and vacant. The second customer service agent said I could drive it to there office at the international airport, different but ok, I drive another 13 miles to the airport, there is no budget truck rental there, at this point my wife starts having a anxiety attack and I'm having to get her to the hospital, the third customer service agent told me the address of a 24 hr drop off location since it looked like the first one was out of business and we were having a medical emergency but he told me the wrong address, he told me 4909 E 41st Tulsa ok, I got there and it's a shopping center, the 4th customer service agent told me it's 4909 w 41st so I drop 10 miles to E 41st then another 10 miles to 4909 W 41st st. Finally I was able to drop it off in a drop box with part of the contract just like I was instructed when I first picked up the truck, btw it was his first day at that location when I picked up the truck, he couldn't find everything he needed so not sure the check out process was even done right but now I'm waiting on my wife to get out of the ER her blood pressure is through the roof read more

I rented my truck 3 weeks out from moving date. Budget called me the morning before pick up, and confirmed my reservation. That afternoon I get a call from an extremely rude lady working (the day before I'm supposed to pick it up) who says "we don't have a truck for you, I'm not sure what to tell you" I asked if there was a manager I could speak with to get any size truck. The lady replied with "No we are almost closed gave me a guest complaint number and hung up. I called and spoke to the complaint Center who put me on with the inventory manager who assured me they would fix it offered me a bigger truck for the same rate. Promised they would make it right and to not go to another company. He set up a new pick up location and put a "reservation" on a new bigger truck. Budget then called me the next morning (move out day) and told me that they don't have a truck today either. He suggested going to another company because they have NO TRUCKS OF ANY SIZE, and Budget "Doesn't garuantee a truck even with reservations." To put a cherry on top, they said it could take them 8-10 buisness days to refund my money for a truck they NEVER gave me. read more
