A++++++ We could not say enough wonderful things about B&B and their staff! They made our anniversary one of the most memorable! We came in from CA to stay at a remote hotel in Enumclaw, but near the entrance of Mt Rainier NP. I decided to try and see if there was a florist ANYWHERE nearby to give my wife a bit more of a surprise. B&B came up and the address was Enumclaw, so I gave them a call, because they were "local". The florist I spoke to could not have been more knowledgeable and delightful to talk to. So after a lengthy conversation she asked for my location and paused. I didn't realize that the they were close to 1 hour away from my hotel! After a brief hold, she stated that if it would be ok if they charged an extra fee, since it was so far out of the way for the driver. I happily agreed! So we talked about flower options and that she would take care of it personally. So when we arrived the next day, the bouquet that was waiting for my wife was nothing short of astounding! The smell of the flowers permeated throughout the entire room! So the bouquet made the next 4.5 hour trip to our next NP and continued to bloom for the next 5 days!! We finally had to say goodbye bye to the flowers on the final day, but decided to pass them on to our hotel manager, who was so kind to us during our stay! UPDATE: Owner reached out directly to me. It turns out it was not the fault of the store, it was the fault of Doordash alone. I appreciate the quick response and kindness from the owner. Previous Review: I made an order the day before Valentines Day. While I know it could be considered last minute, everything went through. Got a message Valentine's Morning at 10:50am saying my order was cancelled. No explanation, no assistance at all. I ended up having to order some flowers from Safeway for Valentine's Day and they were not great. Overall, disappointed by the service. read more

I waited till the last minute to get my flowers for my wife (anniversary). I went to QFC which does have decent flowers but nothing popped out to me. Swung by Buds & Blooms and it took me a while 30 seconds to find a beautiful arrangement. I ended up opting to add more flowers, which the associate helped me again. She gave me 2 choices and explained the pros/cons of both. The flowers were fresh and had Lillie's that weren't open yet but ended up opening in a few days. This is what I've learned to look for because they last for weeks not days. They were pricey ($65) and their card selection could be much better, however, I will be back. I live cross country from my mom and wanted to buy her a live plant arrangement for Mother's Day. I randomly chose Buds & Blooms because I wanted to support a small business. I'm a healthcare worker and times are chaotic right now and when I got around to ordering the arrangement I had missed the cutoff and the day after Mother's Day was the soonest I could get. I bought the arrangement anyway and put my Mother's Day note in to go with the arrangement. I apologized to my mom that her gift would be late. I was pleasantly surprised that my mom received her arrangement on Mother's Day even though it was my fault I'd ordered too late! I hadn't been here in a long time and needed to save my butt on my wife's birthday. I had worked all day and stopped in on the way home. I told them my wife's favorite color and left with an amazing bouquet at a very fair price that she just loved. Went into Bud and Blooms about 1 month ago to get an initial quote and fill out all required paperwork for our wedding. Recently stopped in to talk about arrangements and determine if there were any other items we needed to do. Evelyn (wedding planner) was extremely rude and refused to speak with us. Come to find out she had actually booked another wedding on our date. Despite the fact that we have been in frequent communication with her around ideas and pictures. She acted as if she didn't know who we were. Would not recommend her services for a day that is so important. read more

Gorgeous flowers! Absolutely beautiful. When they were delivered, a fruit fly or gnat problem occurred! We have never had this issue at our office, but when I went to add more water to the flowers 20-30 fruit flies/gnats flew out of the bouquet (this was on the day I received them). The flowers are no where near our kitchen or bathroom, they are at our check-in desk in our waiting room. When I called asking what I should do they said, "In my 20 years of doing business I have never heard of this". I totally understand that, but they offered no suggestions or help. They said we must have had an issue before the flowers were delivered. I asked if I should just throw them away and they didn't give me any advice at all! They abruptly ended the phone call. Ugh, so frustrating! They are 2 days old and have to be thrown out because they are causing such an issue :( Again, absolutely amazing flowers, but terrible customer service. read more

We hired Buds & Blooms & Sons to do the flower arrangements for our September, 2018 wedding at Crystal Mountain. The Buds and Blooms location is so close to Crystal; it made picking up the flowers the day of the wedding easy. Evelyn at Buds and Blooms was very motivated to get the flower arrangements just the way we wanted them and I appreciated her attention to every detail (which kinds of flowers we wanted, the color of ribbon for the bouquets, the kind of greenery to go with the flowers, the kind of vases to use, etc.) Only thing that made me a little nervous, however, is that the business did not use a signed contract for our flower order (and did not require a deposit) so I crossed my fingers that our order would not get lost in the shuffle! Thank goodness, that did not happen. We were very pleased with the results; the flowers for the wedding had the rustic, undone, mountain flower feel we were aiming for and were just lovely. If you'd like to hire a florist who wants to get every detail right, and whose prices are not outrageous, definitely consider checking out Buds and Blooms and Sons. read more

I've been in the industry of retail sales now for 32 years. I have never in my life or professional career, experienced such rude and unprofessional service, than at Buds and Blooms in Enumclaw. I've lived in the small, bedroom community of Enumclaw for 15 years. I've watched several local shops open and close due to the national economic hardship these last few years. Wonderful little business that would have otherwise been very successful. However, there is one local business unworthy of remaining open. I have shopped many times in the Enumclaw Buds and Blooms and never have I had a pleasant experience. The ladies/florist there are very professional, helpful and kind. The MALE owner/Lucas, on the otherhand, is condescending, rude, sarcastic and....well, how do I say this??? A complete ASSHOLE! For someone who is in the business of "cheering people up", "weddings" and simple acts of "kindnesses", such as sending flowers to your loved ones, or just a "thank you" bouquet. This guy is in the wrong business. Each and everytime I've gone in Buds and Blooms to "give them another chance", he is there with ATTITUDE!!! I will no longer shop in his floral shop. However, I will be shopping at the Auburn Buds and Blooms in the future. Where ALL of the employees and owners are helpful, kind and very professional. They seem to be loving what they do.....
