We came in from CA to stay at a remote hotel in Enumclaw, but near the entrance of Mt Rainier NP. I decided to try and see if there was a florist ANYWHERE nearby to give my wife a bit more of a surprise. B&B came up and the address was Enumclaw, so I gave them a call, because they were "local". The florist I spoke to could not have been more knowledgeable and delightful to talk to. So after a lengthy conversation she asked for my location and paused. I didn't realize that the they were close to 1 hour away from my hotel! After a brief hold, she stated that if it would be ok if they charged an extra fee, since it was so far out of the way for the driver. I happily agreed! So we talked about flower options and that she would take care of it personally. So when we arrived the next day, the bouquet that was waiting for my wife was nothing short of astounding! The smell of the flowers permeated throughout the entire room! So the bouquet made the next 4.5 hour trip to our next NP and continued to bloom for the next 5 days!! We finally had to say goodbye bye to the flowers on the final day, but decided to pass them on to our hotel manager, who was so kind to us during our stay! Seriously above and beyond the sample photos I gave him. The bouquets were very reasonably priced and actually much less expensive then other vendors I researched. They traveled in a car on a 2 hour road trip, hiked up and down and mountain and remained perfectly intact. As if I needed more of a reason to be thankful, Shane sent boutonnieres and small flowers for my hair without charge! They completed our wedding look and made for stunning photos. Most of the weekend I was with family not only celebrating my engagement but also celebrating a wedding out in Snohomish. This woman accused me of stealing her flowers which I had no idea flowers had been delivered as most of the weekend I was gone. Not only that then I get this note from the florist! How unprofessional and petty and rude! Not only have I personally had packages stolen recently and been dealing with theft, I've been dealing with stressful things in my own life. So this is uncalled for!

The lady I spoke with was helpful, patient and assisted me with picking just the right flowers for the service. She stayed on the line to make sure my card was charged correctly (can be troublesome when charging a card out of state, as I've had issues with my card blocking charges in other states for potential fraud) and emailed me a receipt right away. She even texted me a photo of the arrangement which meant a lot because I wasn't able to make it to the memorial. I'd definitely order from here again, thank you for such great service.

The arrangement looked beautiful when it was first picked up, but the roses started wilting almost immediately after we got home. Within just three days, many of the flowers had died completely. For the price we paid, we expected fresh flowers that would last at least a week or more with proper care. Unfortunately, the bouquet deteriorated very quickly, which made it feel like the flowers were not fresh to begin with. While the initial presentation was nice, the poor longevity and quality of the flowers made this purchase not worth the cost. Atached below is a photo of the flowers two days after arrival.
