I had to order an arrangement for a memorial service on short notice while still in Alaska and received great customer service. The lady I spoke with was helpful, patient and assisted me with picking just the right flowers for the service. She stayed on the line to make sure my card was charged correctly (can be troublesome when charging a card out of state, as I've had issues with my card blocking charges in other states for potential fraud) and emailed me a receipt right away. I am a first time customer at the Crane's Creation and truly enjoyed the experience. I called and unknowingly spoke with Mr. Crane who patiently answered my questions on flower stock and pricing and gave thorough directions to their store in Stelicom. The store is spacious and the arrangements were easy to view that were inside the glassed cooling area. Both Mr and Mrs Crane and their staff are super friendly and helpful. The store offered several niche items to add to a arrangement of flowers of which I scored a pack of chocolate covered expresso beans! Crane's creation offers a 10% active duty and military retiree discount which is posted on the register so Service-members can see it easily. I bought a arrangement of lilies and tulips(tulips were out of season but there were just some left from a previous order) that are for my wife for our 4th anniversary. I'm really pleased with the flowers and service. It's kinda out of the way from Puyallup where I live, but their flowers and service and price are much better than the few shops I've visited near me. I absolutely love this place. Bailey was nothing shy of amazing! My grandmother passed away and I had to find some flowers for her service QUICKLY! I had a few dilemmas and a budget. Our family had picked blue for her color and I wanted to get her 2 wreaths and something else. However, the picture I had was larger than needed and the dress she was wearing didn't quite go with the colors we picked. That didn't stop Bailey. We were referred by Edwards memorial funeral home for my son's funeral arrangements. I'm glad that we choose this location. Our first impression of the location low key area next to a Thai restaurant and ace hardware store. When we came in to the store we were greeted politely by Nancy. She asked us right away what we were shopping for and told her funeral service she gave us some samples to look through in a book. She was very professional and helpful, she described different flowers that would look great together and scents each one had. We were then helped by the owner Bob who was also very professional and helpful. I also ordered 100 carnations the day before my sons service and Bob was very accommodating he had half of the order in store and had a driver deliver to my house which was less of a hassle for me driving back and fourth.
