They were closed yesterday (Monday) so I called as soon as they opened today. The phone number was not in service. I checked their website and drove there to place my order. The office looked like they were not in business, boxes lying everywhere and not a floral arrangement in sight. I asked the girl at the desk if they were open she said yes, told her the phone number isn't working she commented yes, we've had issues. When I showed her the arrangement she said she was just filling in the owner was sick but she'd call her to see if they could help me. She called, got no answer and said "Yeah well we probably can't help you, sorry." I was in tears because of my loss and felt like a fool leaving the place. I'll never go back.

I wasn't sure if it would work for me but it was worth a try. So when we entered we were treated by Jolanta the owner. She asked us what we needed and I explained to her that I needed something for my mother, something colorful and pretty because she was on her last days. She told me to give her 15 to 20 minutes and that I could either wait, or go grab a bite to eat and come back. We told her we would stick around and wait. When we came back she had everything ready and when I saw that arrangement I was shocked because it was absolutely beautiful. She asked if I liked them because I ordered two and I said absolutely.
