Truck showed up and I was told "my boss doesn't allow kids in the truck". Thankfully a friend was waiting with me until the truck showed up and was able to take my child and I to where it was being towed; would have been stranded if not for that. If you don't allow kids to ride with their parent to the drop off location, make the customer aware ahead of time. We also followed the truck to where my car was being towed to and the driver was all over the road and constantly drifting to the shoulder, hitting the rumble strips.
