I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. (This is more than my dealership 25 miles away.) Today when I went in for the second of two oil changes, I stated that to the technician before I handed him the key. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was charged another $120. For what? Oil, an oil filter. What else? Air in the tires above what the manufacturer recommends. Period. What about all those other service checks found on the website? Too bad, so sad. They were not done, I guess, as no proof was stated on my receipt or provided. it is likely company policy: to stiff customers. Derrick P was especially rude.
