We had a minor hiccup on the online scheduling, but Dr. Warner and her staff responded immediately and fixed the issue. SS scheduled me for an appointment the next day. When you arrive there is plenty of parking, you are greeted by friendly staff who are professional and do an exceptionally well job in making you comfortable and informed of their procedures. She examined me and executed the treatment plan two days later. I feel very fortunate for having found Dr. Tadano. Overall: 10 out of 5 stars…read more Dr. Tsai and staff saved my daughter's smile and our family road trip. I will be forever grateful. Care/professionalism: 10 stars. It was 545PM and Dr. Tsai picked up our hopeful emergency call. She and her amazing hygienist staff person (sorry forgot name) agreed to see us and stayed with us for X rays, consultation, recommendation until 7PM. Dr. Tsai also located an amazing anesthesiologist who was able to see our daughter the next morning. Office ambiance: 5 stars. The office has a calming yet child friendly decor. It's not overwhelming and incredibly clean. Wait time: 5 stars. They run this place like a finely tuned clock.
