We ordered the empanada taco in chicken and one that had steak. My husband ordered the chimi chicken sandwich. That sandwich was banging and I will definitely be back for it. I dont know whats going on with this place. I've ordered the bandeja for my family about two years ago and it was great. Now I work around the area and figured I could eat there for lunch and the last two times iv gone the food has been TERRIBLE. If yiur looking for authentic dominican food as they claim to serve, go else where. Their chimi did not taste like a chimi and the yaroa was oily as hell, no ketchup and mayo and topped in a layer of oily yellow cheese. Im very digusted with this place read more

Amazing again amazing!!!! Chicharrones cooked to perfection. Ordered a $50 tray for my cousins birthday the presentation of the tray was very nice. Aside from that I ordered carne frita de cerdo (pork) it was so tender and full of flavor with tostones and to top it off a few pieces of chicharrón that was just staring at me. I will be traveling the extra miles to eat this delicious Dominican food, hey At least I don't have to drive to queens anymore for good tasty picadera we have it right in Long Island. Amazing food here. They have it all from steak to seafood to chicken w/ rice & beans. Its a typical Spanish deli. Employees are Bilingual. Many options to choose from... i ordered a tray of SURF AND TURF. it came with a whole lobster cracked in half with cheese on it. grilled shrimps, fried chicken & skirt steak. Tostones & yucca fries! 4 small rice and they threw in some beans at no cost. It easily feed 4 adults with food still left over. it also came with a generous size of salad w/ half avocado. all for $92. i would def return read more

Ordered a picada deluxe, the food was horrible, tasted like it was heated up in a microwave and nothing was fresh at all.

NEVER,EVER, order from this place during the holidays. I placed an order on Wednesday for my family New Years Eve dinner and they messed up the order. I ordered the "la familia" large tray and they ended up giving me what THEY wanted not what I asked for. Food was not fresh and cold and instead of giving me salami and fried cheese they gave me French fries! When I called to tell them that they gave me the wrong order the first thing they said was that's what I ordered when they know damn well that I didn't! Helloooo...if I give you the name of the tray it's standard what should be in there! Then they blamed me saying I should of checked tray before I left! You know what? Yes they are correct but how do you check your tray with a whole bunch of angry customers all packed in the damn place! No social distancing and not to mention I got a sneak peak at people in kitchen who were not even wearing masks! Bottom line they offered no apology nor compensation.
