However, the biopsy was simply covered with a band aid and I was not provided any post care instructions. The biopsy most definitely got infected. After speaking with a nurse (not associated with US Dermatology), she was a bit appalled at how such a large biopsy was handled with a simple bandaid. In the end, the biopsy has required intense cleaning, removal of infected skin, consistent bandage changes, and topical antibiotics. Not a great experience to say the least and I won't be returning.

When picking up my wife's medication for her pregnancy last week, I noticed it was far less than she usually receives (in a ziplock bag when it normally come in 3 boxes). I went back inside after confirming my suspicions with my wife and a pharmacy tech told me that it was all they had, and the rest would be available the following Monday. Fast forward to today, when trying to fill the rest of her prescription, my wife said she was being charged over $100 for an "early refill". We have never paid over $10 for this particular medication, so obviously we were confused. When she called into the pharmacy, the man on the phone said that their system read she received the full prescription and that withstood would have to check the cameras to see if there was any discrepancies in what we were given. I didn't think that was acceptable, so I drove down to the pharmacy to plead my case in person. I saw the girl who gave me the partial prescription and she couldn't even bring herself to look at me. Another girl came and told me the same thing that was said on the phone, even after I showed her the picture of what we received. She then tried to say we owed $43 for the rest of our medicine when that was not the case. She then got the lady with the locks and she was nice, sympathetic, and really wanted to help me, but her hands were tied as the pharmacy manager wasn't there. All in all, this was a terrible experience for me and my wife and after I go back tomorrow to talk with the manager and get this fixed, we will switching pharmacies.

There are so many choices that it can be overwhelming (in a good way!) and make me second guess my decision even though I come in with my mind already made up on what I want. This particular location however, is kind of an outlier. Almost every time I come here I find empty shelves and disorganization. The chances are a little too high that the color I want will be out of stock or it will take forever to find amidst the disarray. In fact, so many products are out of place that it could easily cause someone to grab the wrong color due to the tag on the shelf not matching the box. It's a disaster waiting to happen! The good news is that I haven't had any issues finding what I need when it comes to things like shampoo, conditioner, cosmetics etc. And, they have something for practically every hair and skin type. The front desk girl was less than helpful and had zero care or empathy. No apology was given. She said "what am i supposed to do about that?" Ummm do you have a tissue at least? I tried to get a refund for the cancellation fee and was run round and round in circles for over two months. They refused to accept any responsibility for rescheduling my appointment at their suggestion and then canceling the rescheduled appointment.
