We seemed to have reached some sort of agreement; and since I'm facilitating selling my mother's house, I got them in touch. Things seemed fine with the lesser fix of 2K. Two weeks before the house goes on the market, I text him and he tells me verbatim "I'm not fixing your electric". Pièce de ré·sis·tance, he blocks my number. 1. My mom & stepfather flew out from CA and fixed the problem in about two hours (along with a bunch of other things him and his buddy Austin left halfway finished: those took several days). 2. I don't think Roger's even a licensed electrician, and if he is, he needs to go back to school. 3. And wouldn't ya know it, he charged me $150 to do less than nothing--He pulled out wires and plates, ripped off part of my door frame for some reason, and then just left them for me to deal with. I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house again.
