The vibe inside is awesome, the decorations on the walls....nostalgia abounds, and plenty to keep you occupied (foosball table, chess) while waiting your turn in the chair. The barbers/stylists are diverse and talented, and we have our faves Wendi and Tyler, but honestly aren't scared to put 'OPEN' when we are pressed for time. They got it all there, not just your high and tights...but beards and shaves too...and specialty cuts for my picky teen. Thanks for all you do, and see you soon!

My oldest gets his cut by Moe always treats my son amazing and the cut is always on point. My younger son's barber is Zaid. Jameson doesn't let anyone cut his hair Zaid's his guy always does a great job and really makes him feel special. Lastly, I get my haircuts by Ramon always a great conversationalist even better work. I specifically asked for a simple neck cleanup, which took only a few minutes, yet they charged $20 for that tiny touch-up while a full haircut is only $35. That pricing makes absolutely no sense and feels like they're taking advantage of walk-ins. Everyone was friendly enough at first to get you in the door, but once the service was done the attitude changed. The manager didn't seem service-oriented at all and showed no interest in making the situation right. For a place that should value repeat customers, this experience made it clear they don't. Avoid this barbershop -- you probably won't want to come back a second time. The barber even missed hairs on my neck that were covered by the itchy paper around my neck. Careless. Do better, Sunset!

Sorry to hear that Brandon had a bad experience. I've been going to The Men's Room for 16 years, and I have always been treated like family. Darla and her staff have always been courteous and friendly. I'm prior military, and I like my hair cut high and tight. I have always come away with a smile on my face, and a top notch haircut, to boot. Sounds to me like maybe Brandon got caught in the crossfire of somebody's bad day. It's unfortunate, it happens, and I'm sure it was an isolated event. I have been getting my haircut by Darla for over 20 years now. She has always given me a great haircut at a terrific price. The shop has always been great place and fun to visit. I drive from Fallbrook just to have my hair cut. The Girls are always great and professional. Excellent customer Service they are all very personable and friendly. There are many options for hair cuts in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I have tried most of them in my 19 years here in the valley. I have been a customer at the Mens Room for 18 years, great atmostphere, Darla, Heide,Savannah and Rachel are the best. From a buzz to shoulder length hair these ladies can handle it all!
