A must for us every time we are in Broken Bow, typically once a month. I have to admit the first time we went there we weren't sure if we wanted to stay because it's just the two of us and the dining area is open and very family friendly. We stopped here for lunch our first day in the area. The service was EXCELLENT. Fast and friendly. The food was really good too I ordered the street tacos with brisk. Simple and delicious. We had great service and a great meal. My brisket was tender and flavorful. My wife's pork sandwich with coleslaw was great. The mac and cheese was not my cup of tea. It was very sticky. I got the buffalo burger which was excellent and my husband got the holy smokes cup chopped brisket which was also delicious. The waitress was super sweet and the atmosphere was fun and we sat outside which was shaded and enjoyable . Just FYI if you pay with a credit card there is a service fee so pay with cash if you can. I read the reviews and think that I had a "one off" horrid experience. My guess is that this place is normally good. I had a very bad experience. Ordered a beer and asked her to bring another anytime my glass was half full. Oopsie. First beer arrived 20 minutes later (after I had been back to the bar twice). Immediately order the 2nd beer. We were there for 1.5 hours and the 2nd beer never arrived. Appeared to be shirt staffed. read more

They charge you 18% for having a table of 6, that includes 2 toddlers. 18% of your bill, per ticket. Two people spilt the bill and each had to pay 18% for the amount of people. Will not be back. They want you to come in a spend money on 6 meals, but then charge you more, because you have 6 people. $20 charge just to eat there. WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

What a great place! We stopped in for burgers and a relief from all of the "fried" foods heavy in this area. The burgers were seasoned well and their buns held up nicely. We tried the Buffalo Grill last year, and after taking our orders the waitress told us that they'd run out of propane and wouldn't be able to serve our food for an hour. We decided to give it another try and this time waited for 30 minutes while there were 6 tables in view that just needed to be cleaned off. Finally we asked and were allowed to clean off our own table and seat ourselves. None of the tables were ever cleaned off by the staff before we left. We won't be back. read more

I got the appetizer and it was only enough to feed a small child. My buns were burnt and hard. The fries were good. The party I was with were taken aback when the waitress had already charged my card and then proceeded to tell us about the 16% charge fee if you run your card. Nothing to report with regards to food. It smelled delicious. We were seated outside quickly as it wasn't too busy at all. Another family was seated after us. The waitress walked by us with a tray of waters to serve the other family and took their order. When she was done, she walked back by us without a word.
