I believe you need to be crystal clear in your expectations of wanting the installation and complete clean-up done & if you do have even one issue take pictures and communicate with the company. We received a flyer in the mail ( Paris, TX) so we reached out to get a quote. Excited that we had a walk-through scheduled for Friday, both me and my husband came home early. On that day at the scheduled time they were a no show. My husband reached out and they said they would come Saturday. Saturday morning they texted my husband asking us to go outside and get the window measurements. This was not acceptable from a business that is seeking to get my business. That's too bad because we were going to get them to do our mother in laws house also in the country that has lots of windows. After discussing our options with a very nice and personable (not pushy) salesperson, and after reviewing their work on a neighbor's home, we decided to have them replace all the windows in ours. They look terrific! They communicated frequently throughout the process, making sure we stayed well informed. Their install crew was terrific -- they did a great job installing the windows, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We hope not to need it, but their warranty can't be beat! For those of you skimming reviews I'll get right to it. * 5 stars for Dan Michael, the Owner in his responsiveness, willingness to address issues & customer service * 5 stars for the sales process & competitive pricing * 2 stars for the actual removal/install process and the Crew doing the work The customer service was really great. The owner, Dan Michael was incredible responsive & took responsibility for any & all issues that arose. He personally came out to our home multiple times to review the work, fixes that needed to happen & even to speak with us in person when concerns arose. We replaced around 30 windows & 1 glass single patio door. Most were double hung, with a few being triple hung windows and the cost was extremely competitive of other competitors. We ran into multiple issues from the moment the windows were delivered to our home, then during the removal & installation of the windows. All of which added extra hassle and more time needed for us to be available to address & oversee the fixing of all the issues. While the crew was polite & kind, they were inconsistent, did not take great care of our home during removal or installation which led to the company needing to hire professional cleaners to clean our home & care for our wood floors after they were done. Again, Dan saw to it that the issues were addressed & took responsibility for the mistakes his crew made - but at the end of the day the Crew rushed & wasn't careful. The Crew Leader did apologize, but also commented to me personally (multiple times) what "demanding & attention to small details" clients we were. Those "small details" being items we were told were standard items of care & service during the sales process but were left missing from our project. The windows themselves look good, finally. However, the interior drywall & painting our home around the windows, the exterior mortar, as well as the caulking finishes do not look good. We have personally had to go back over the caulking around the windows, had to repair large drywall holes & have had to repaint a lot of the interior of our home. Be careful! They smile but that means nothing. I got to see the inside about how little they care about their customers. I saw 2 people on my team get fired my first week. Imagine how comfortable I felt! They didn't even take me to the side to reassure me. I joined Mavericks Windows expecting a stable company . I made a mistake my 2nd week an honest mistake and I was willing to make it up with hours or at least receive a warning. I was let go on the spot when he knows I have to provide. There was little communication from management and unclear expectations.. The leadership approach felt disorganized, and the workplace lacked structure. It felt like I was the only one NOT in the joke. If you're considering using Maverick, think about how they treat their own people. Why would they care about you?! Maverick replaced three large windows in the front of our house. We got quotes from a number of companies, and Maverick wasn't the cheapest, but I feel they were the best value. Their guarantee and service were way above their competitors. Above all, they did a great job. They removed the old windows and replaced them with some new beautiful windows without damaging the stucco (EIFS), and cleaned up everything after they got done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone and will use them again when we decide to replace the remaining windows. read more

A representative of Maverick Windows came to my home today. I told him twice that I wasn't interested in having a conversation with him but he persisted . when I told him to go away he became loud and threatening. He was loud and rude to the point that his coworker was at that point also trying to get him to leave my yard. I'm a senior citizen and felt threatened by this behavior and was very angry to be made to feel this way by some stranger standing in the middle of MY yard. I told him I didn't think they were supposed to be going door in this neighborhood and he said he had EVERY RIGHT to be here. NOT IN MY YARD, NOT AFTER I HAVE TOLD YOU TO LEAVE. I called the number on the Maverick Windows website and the person answering the phones there was less than sympathetic. I called the constables who said they would send a car to check on those guys. After someone says no twice, take the no and move on. Bad form to be rude and threatening to an older woman trying to tell you to go away. read more

Do not use Maverick Windows!!!! They trick you to believe they are an attentive company. We purchased windows from them and basically didn't hear back from them for months. We would call and e-mail every day with no reply. No answer on progress. Once we finally got our windows 4 months later.... they forgot to stain our door and broke a window. 3 weeks have passed and we have still not got the fixed window or door. Once again trying to speak to their operations teams you get crickets!! Just no responses! If you do, they are rude, unhelpful, unapologetic and do not even try to fix their wrong doings. I would never ever suggest this company to anyone. This is not how you treat a customer who made a large purchase. I am so disappointed in their staff. The attitudes are horrible!! Their installers do a fine job.. but as for the office people.. they bait and hook you and then leave you out to dry! You no longer matter at all after you sign those papers.
