I want to say I've been to a lot of BW's across the country and this is the first time I've given an review.I want to give a shout out to Darian, my server. He was spot on! The food was perfect to my order for the first time. It was actually hot. That was a first. I get it their always busy and I'm good with that, but I was surprised when I actually got hot food. He recommended salt and vinegar on the fries, that was another first, no one has ever asked me that and it was freakin awesome. He also told me about their rewards club, another first. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for my first time last night. It was pretty good. The atmosphere is TVs, TVs, & more TVs so loyal fans won't miss a minute of a game. But, our server was nice. Our order was correct, he got us refills, & checked on us often. For a Friday at 5 o'clock, it wasn't busy. I got 8 boneless hot wings and a coke zero. My total came out to $11.11. That seems pricey to me, but to each is own. The wings were quite tasty, especially in ranch dipping sauce! Absolutely terrible! Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ive ever experienced. No one at the door to seat us, we waited 5-6 minutes at the door while workers watched us walk in. Our server was new, but didn't give us refills, didn't check on us, didn't do anything. Bartender didn't even make drink properly and when asked about it, lied about the recipe. I placed an order at Buffalo Wilds Wings at 4pm for a pickup time of 6pm. I arrived at the restaurant to pickup my order, only to be told it would be 20 minutes before the order is ready. I received a poor excuse from the manager stating that they get a ton of orders online on Tues and Thurs. I intentionally ordered two hours in advance in order to host a party. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot with not a mention of a reduced rate or any type of incentive. I will not be ordering from this poorly run restaurant again for any future events. I had a waitress named Nikki that was the worst waitress ever. She was super rude, had a negative attitude towards every request that I had, including every food and beverage order that I assigned to her. Then it came out that her husband is a United States Marine and apparently she hates him so she took it out on me because I had an eagle globe and anchor polo shirt on and so that means that I am the same as him. This is an individual that was so unprofessional, she was rude, and she talked about me behind my back to her regulars. Luckily, my friend was able to listen to her speak negatively about me. This place is not like other BWW locations. I've eaten here since it opened and the food quality has really gone down. We ordered ALL flats and received mostly BIG dinosaur drummets.... the lemon pepper had very little seasoning on them at all. We received plain ole wings with very little seasoning. I always eat the spinach dip but it was like a thick glob of something I didn't want to eat.... ordered a large fry and got a regular size equivalent to a McDonalds small fry but for almost $4. I've been disappointed the last 3-4 times I've eaten here. Won't be eating at this location anymore. And to top it off employees off the click were in the lobby complaining about their orders taking too long. Long wait time for trashy food.... Albany do better with your restaurant food and service!!!! This location is not a good representation of BWW. I want our $36 back! read more

Stopped here earlier today. I sat at the bar with a few friends and it took 15 minutes to get my drink because the bartender, Nikki, didn't know how to poor a beer properly. I noticed she was being super rude to my two friends. After a few minutes went by and I over heard her talking to other customers saying how my friends were "super annoying" and said "'my husband is a Marine so I know how they are". By far BDubbs is one of my family's favorite places to eat out, and that's saying something considering we have two girls under 5. A few days ago my youngest chose to go here for her 3rd birthday dinner. So, absolutely family friendly. I have never had anything less than an awesome experience from the time I walk in the door. The staff is always friendly, and my waiter has always been on point. The food has always been brought to the table hot and always in less than 20 minutes of ordering. I really love how they bring out the kids' food first. It's not fair when restaurants bring out adult food first when there are hungry kids sitting there, so I appreciate that BDubbs realizes that need. The food has always been hot and tasted amazing. I try to get something different each time, and I've never been disappointed. The only disappointment was the other day when we went and were informed they do absolutely nothing special for birthdays, and don't even comp anything for a birthday. This is really surprising when most restaurants do have at least a little something, even if it's offering a candle on a dessert, for the many people who go out to eat to celebrate a birthday. I would have ordered all flats if I had known they were going to save them for other customers. Not fair at all... I didn't like that especially when you're serving those hugh dinosaur jurassic park wings. You know the ones. The lemon pepper just had a sprinkle of seasoning. Just on the top otherwise bland. Services from Hugh was great! However because of the negligence on the managers losing the remote to the touch tunes I lost 10 dollars and they did not give two craps. I asked them WHY are you not pausing touch tunes when you do your promotions and was told they never got a remote. If you have a problem call them yourself. Very rude and dry. How about treating the people that make your pay check with respect. Touch tunes even asked them to give me my money back and GM said no he was not going to be short on his deposit. So rather than make your customers happy becuase of your staffs incompetence to keep track of a remote you lose a customer. This place and the management including the GENERAL MANAGER are a joke. I will never go to another BWWs. I would rather go and pay for a good time rather than be treated like crap by the people in a company that should be takong care of their customers. Been there 4 times. Twice I had to have my meal comped as it came out late ( 1hr to 1 1/12 hrs) and was cold and improperly cooked. The other two times the food was mediocre at best. The first time I was there, I did the blazing wing challenge and never got the free wings, t-shirt, or any other swag that was promised. Service was always terrible and the entire staff seems incompetent beyond belief. Not worth the effort or the money spent. Couldn't get anyone to wait on me. Went here around 11pm on a sat night. Sat on the patio. Waited for 15 minutes and no one ever came to my table. I complained to one of the girls who worked there and she apologized and said she would get my server. I waited another ten minutes and still no one came. So I got up and left. We were ordering a lot of beer and drinks and our server didnt inform us they were having a special 22oz special. In which those were cheaper than the 12 oz we kept ordering. If Albany had more options, Buffalo Wild Wings would be out of business. That's not the case. We went for lunch and they only had two people working the floor between 11:30 and 2:30. I understand that things happen but our poor waitress was running around like a chicken with the head cut off. I ordered the street tacos, I usually order a small traditional parmesan garlic but I wanted to try something new. We placed our order, and we received our food about 30 mins later according to the time the waitress put on the table. I enjoyed my food other than feeling rushed to get back to work on time. The food was good, I wish that the restaurant would get better management to help cater to prime lunch hour rushes. I'm not faulting our waitress she did the best she could with what she had, she was sweet and polite the entire time. If this was the first time I've had this issue I would let it go but on many occasions, at different times of day,I have experienced the restaurant being ridiculously understaffed. Buffalo Wild Wings will fail unless they learn that the staff is a prime reason people come back, that and the food of course. But the food isn't always good when you wait 30mins to and hours for it. My recommendation is to order your food to go and take it home, hopefully you'll get to eat it a lot faster. read more

If you decide to visit this place, you better be prepared to fight for what you're paying for. Both times I've been there they were reluctant to bring celery and carrots to the table. The second time I never even got any, even after asking about them. The service is terrible. My wife and I were splitting a burger plate and wings. When the server brought the food, they didn't bring an extra plate for the other person to eat from. When I asked for one, the server went inside and came out empty handed. I asked again and the server apologized and then went to take food orders from two other tables while our food sat there getting colder. I turned to a manager and asked him for a plate, and he finally brought one to the table. I contacted the chain through their website a week and a half ago and never received anything beyond an auto response, even though I asked to be contacted. An attempt to contact them through twitter was met with silence as well. They don't care anything about their customers. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them. read more
