Obviously we immediately stopped eating because that's a serious safety concern. We politely contacted the restaurant to let them know what happened and asked for a refund, but the manager was rude and dismissive about the situation and refused to help. Finding a foreign object in food is bad enough, but the way it was handled made the experience even worse. This could have seriously hurt someone. At the very least, we expected an apology and a refund, but instead we were treated like the issue didn't matter. My complaint is with management. It was this young lady's second day on the job. She was left alone at the front to take orders on a Saturday evening. No one tried to assist her. My order was not correct. I didn't want cheese on my grilled chicken club. So the sandwich had no cheese on it but I was charged extra for cheese. It was just frustrating for her . Better training is needed for the cashiers. It is by far not their fault. And the quality of the food was not good. Mac and cheese was cold. That was not like Chick-fil -A.
