The restaurant wasn't busy - it was 1:30. Twenty minutes later our food hadn't arrived and I noticed our server was working the bar. I walked over and asked her to Chevron our order. A few minutes later she appeared with our food and apologized for the delay. It had been sitting in the kitchen, she assumed someone else would bring it out. They didn't. The food was mediocre. My wife had a chicken sandwich. The meat was thin and dry. My boneless chicken wings were dried out and not very tasty. Our first experience with this restaurant was good. This time not so much. Wouldn't have mattered because the girl pretending to be a bartender was running her mouth to somebody and completely ignored our server. Got the bottomless apps: fried pickles and chips and salsa is what we chose. Fried pickles were good, the salsa was very watered down. For our meal I got the new boneless wings: lemon pepper hot and my husband got boneless wings: medium and honey bbq. We shared the tater trio as our side. I went tonight with a large party around 9:00. There wasn't really anybody eating inside. the restaurant had maybe 3-4 tables inside. It took a while for the server to greet us and brings us our drinks. But we didn't get our food until 2 HOURS later. When we saw our server we asked if it could be to go, as we were tired of waiting, she said they are plating it now it was just waiting on the sides. We still waited like 15 more minutes. And when the food came out, it was ice cold. We asked for some wings to be remade for 2 people. But they brought out tenders. We asked again for the wings to be brought out, and they came out wrong. At this point we just walked up to the front to pay since she hadn't checked us out at the table yet. It was a horrible experience so don't recommend to go with a party. read more

Everything about this place was nice from the time you walk in to the time you leave and even after. Me and a co-worker ordered online. Got there a hour later and the food was still warm. The customer service was amazing and the manager Kira (not sure if that's how you spell it) was so nice and patient (my co-worker can be a handful lol). The food was amazing. We got wings: 4 flavors - Garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, Jamaican, & garlic (something). EVERY LAST ONE WAS AMAZING!! I went for dinner recently and wanted to share my experience. The wings were excellent--better than fine, honestly--and my iced tea was fresh and cold. The food itself hit the spot. Where things felt different this time was with the service. The week prior, I had such an awesome experience with the waitstaff--super attentive, engaging, and consistently checking in with me and others at the bar. That set a really high bar and left me excited to come back. On this visit, though, I found myself having to ask for a menu, was asked twice if I wanted to put in a drink order, signal when I was ready to order (even after closing my menu), and then work a little too hard to get my server's attention when I was done eating and ready for the bill. The staff wasn't rude, just not very engaging, and didn't really check in during the meal to see how I was doing. I want to acknowledge that they've only recently opened, and maybe some of this is part of the "newness." Overall, I'll definitely be back--the wings alone are worth it--but I'm hoping to see that same attentive, welcoming vibe I experienced the week before. read more

Awful!! Most unprofessional people I've ever worked with! Especially the managers (Haley, LJ, Marston) ALL OF THEM! There was a couple occasions where servers would tell the host "don't sit any black people in my section" (because they didn't want to serve black people) and the manager would condone that!! I kid you not! Within 6 months of opening there were about 4 or more physical alterations between employees and almost one of the managers! Veggies were always molded and managers would just say cut the mold off and use the rest. These people would never get my money and I can confidently tell you no matter how much they act, they don't care about whether you get good service or not as long as the job is done. Management was always either watching TikTok's (Haley) or playing video games. Best decision I ever made was leaving this place, I'm now on to bigger and better:)) oh and this isn't even the half of it (fair warning) I could go on! read more

I am not sure if our experience was not great because we came on a night the had the lobsters playing or because this location just opened. Our food came out very cold. Our waiter had it remade so it came out hot but by that time my family and I had lost our appetite from having had waited so long. We were missing part of our order (fries) and they refused to comp the part that was missing and offered to give us new fries however it took an additional 30 minutes just for fries and they came cold and stale. Despite this my friend wanted to go again and I suggested to order it to go, we arrived 5 minutes before the order was supposed to come out and it took an extra 40 minutes for it to come out and when it did the wings were cold and barely had sauce on them on top of that we had ordered a large fry and got about a handful of them. I had such high hopes for this place but every time I've been I've left disappointed. I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but every time I go nothing has changed. This location is three for three when it comes to bringing out my food cold. I've waited close to/over an hour every time (restaurant wasn't even busy), just for our food to then come out cold. Secondly, last trip I took to this Buffalo Wild wings my cup sat bone dry on the table the entire night. I did not receive one refill even though I flagged down the server and asked multiple times. Our server never came to check on us after the food was brought out (we had to flag them down anytime we needed something). Also, my sister ordered the pretzel bites, and they did not come out until the rest of the table was FINISHED with their meal. There was no refund for the appetizer, no apology, no discount, nothing. Finally, for the cherry on top, when the bill came and we went to pay, they took our bill and card, rang it up, and brought us back the receipt for DOUBLE the price. At the checkout register, someone messed up, and they ran my card for another table's meal instead of my table's meal! I will say the staff was nice about getting that straightened out before we left but if I would not have noticed I would have been charged way more than what I was supposed to be!! Ate at this place yesterday evening with our family of 7 adults one child for the first time. (NEVER AGAIN) We ordered drinks and the childs drink came in a regular glass had to ask for a take out cup to get a lid. We got appetizers of chedder bites/ onion rings/ fried pickles. The picture on their website of chedder bites is way more than what we were served. There were a total of 9 chedder bites when they came out sent it back and they added maybe 6 more. 10 min later server took our order. The orders came out in batches spaced 10+ min. apart and we were still missing items that we needed to ask for. One order got delivered to a wrong table after we questioned where it was and I don't believe once the mistake was discovered they were in a big hurry to correct their error. We also had a to go order that was charged a gratuity fee of 18% and that person wasn't even eating with us. I didn't see anywhere on the menu mention of gratuity fees if you have a large group nor did the waitress make mention of it when she dropped off the check. Management needs to do some major retraining of their staff and cooks on keeping orders all together. I will say the food tasted good but the lack of detail leaves a bad taste in my mouth. read more

After we were seated it took about ten minutes to be acknowledged and have our drink order taken . All the orders were finally taken . When the food was delivered to the table several items were wrong and two missing . My daughter in law was drinking an apple cider beer and she asked for a second one twice which took about 15 mins to be delivered. The server never asked or refilled any drinks . My brother had to leave the table and go interrupt 4 severs chatting in the beverage alcove just to get tea. The restaurant was not at all busy besides us there was probably 15 other people . I would have asked for a manager and discussed all of our issues while we were there but , I didn't want to take away from my nephews celebration. Needless to say that the service was horrific. If you go to Olive Garden or maybe Long Horns , Cheddars a member of management will come by and ask how things were . Didn't happen here. When we left I took a picture of five servers / runners standing at the bar in a circle talking and laughing. There was no sense of urgency from any of the employees at all . I did call and speak to the front of the house manager and she offered and made an adjustment to our $230.00 check.
