We went here a few weeks ago, shortly after their re-open and had a great experience. Our server was friendly and attentive, our order was correct, fresh and hot... delicious. Today we took the Harley back to this location for lunch and it was a completely different experience. Our order came out wrong and instead of just bringing out what was missing, our server took all of our wings back to the kitchen to correct the order. Well... when we got our wings back they cold, and my wife's order was STILL NOT CORRECT. I redeemed the rewards I had (in the app), but of course they didn't apply it to the bill. It almost seemed deliberate, especially when we never even got so much as an apology from our server, who honestly didn't seem to want to be bothered by customers anyway. One would think that any business would appreciate their customers, especially when money is so hard to come by these days. We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight! It's under new ownership and everything was great! Our server, Devlin, was wonderful! Everything was delicious! It came out in a normal amount of time, and was wonderful! I had read a review about it taking too long and being cold. Give them some grace. They just opened. It's super busy on weekends and the kitchen isn't ready for that amount of people yet. Go during the week so that you can get top tier service and food until they find their groove! I'm so thankful to have them! I have a shellfish allergy and it's one of the few places that is completely safe for me to eat! read more

If we had just went straight to the bar and had Harmoni help us I could have given you 5 stars. But we made the mistake of trying to sit in the table area. We were a little apprehensive to coming here to watch football after looking at your reviews online. It is obvious that the wait staff dynamic needs work here. But, after the warning signs to dine at a table were apparent, we went straight to the bar to watch football there. Harmoni gave us 5 star service and the food was as good as always. The first awful thing noticed once we were seated was the putrid smell of the restaurant; it smelled very similar to dirty mop water. That alone was enough to ruin the experience. We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer, which came out fairly quickly. The salsa looked and tasted like tomato paste with chili powder mixed in it. The chips were subpar and slightly stale. Service was really good, and the food was good as well. When we went to pay with the gift cards their computer said that that the cards hadn't been activated. We have the receipt from Kohl's showing that they were bought and paid for and should have been activated. We contacted Kohl's and they said we had to contact BW3. We did and gave them all of the info. It's been a week and a half, and we haven't heard a thing from them. From this experience, I feel I have to suggest that you should think twice before purchasing BW3 gift cards and I wouldn't be comfortable buying any gift cards from Kohl's. Since the new GM has taken over, this restaurant has improved. Service has gotten better and the food is much better than before. Wait time has also improved! Hopefully it stays this way. Went here to watch a Panthers-Lions game on Saturday 12/24/2022. I was advised they only are showing the Bengals and the Browns. I asked if they had the NFL package could possibly show another game. The manager stated the only games that will be shown were the Ohio NFL games. What a joke we left ( a party of 4 ). Someone else also left because of the lack of accommodation by the manager. I have never had this issue at BWW. Buffalo Wings are going to be a thing of the past. The food is marginal and overpriced the only reason to go to a BWW was the ability to watch sports. This is a really good Bdubs. Have been here many times, and always enjoy trying the different sauces. The tall bud lights and blue moons are great, and prices are generally affordable.
