This B-dubs has their game together! for my ratings, 5 stars is usually saying a lot, but this place has never let me down in the numerous times that I've been. As in many of my reviews in this part of town, awesome lunch service is a MUST. This b-dubs knows the routine. Our big group comes in, we order, we get our food, almost immediately get our tickets. Lets face it, there have been a couple ticket mix ups...but with 10 people and on many occasions, its bound to happen at least once. Food is always up to the standard I expect from these types of restaurants and service is always friendly and attentive...I couldn't ask for more! There are also great drink prices for happy hour, so we keep planning them here and coming back. They don't mind that we push a million tables together and take up most of the bar ;)... (and if they do, they let us do it anyways!...who can complain about being busy??) Great for large groups and when you're in a crunch for time! read more

COVID or not. The process of kicking your customers out within 1 min because there is a wait is ludicrous. My wife and kids were embarrass by your staff when simple wanting to sit down to discuss whether we wanted to wait. We were told we had to get out and the waiting area was empty. read more

I love the spicy habenero wings here. I prefer the bone in wings. The corn appetizer is very good too. The location is always clean and the servers are friendly. I think BWW should have better selections of menu items that compliment each other. Most wings are single add-on items which end up costing more for the end customer. I would visit more often If they had more wings & fries combos . If you are a sports fan then you will enjoy the multiple tv's placed around the restaurant. The management team and waitstaff at this Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible they lack basic communication skills and are very unprofessional. When we asked to speak to a manager due to some confusion from the waitstaff, the manager British came out to look at us and went back in the kitchen and instructed the waiter to tell us that he was too busy to come and speak with us. Be prepared to be racially profiled if you come eat at this location and I will not be visiting ever again! read more

Where do I even start. When you walk in it stinks. It smells sour like they haven't cleaned the carpet in a long time. Food was just gross. Cold and all tasted like it came straight out of a freezer! Nothing was fresh tasting at all. Which I know you get at almost any BWW. However the icing on the horrible cake was seeing a huge roach crawl down the wall right by our table. Me and my kids jumped up and soon as we saw it! The waitress called to get the manager and she came and basically just said a half sincere sorry. She jiggled the booth and the roach came crawling out and she killed it. And then walked off. Needless to say we paid our bill and left. Honestly she could have given me free food for a year and we would never return. But I was shocked at how nonchalant she was about the whole thing. Really disappointed in our visit today. I understand it's the weekend and it's a little more busy but there was so many mistakes that just ruined our whole experience. We ordered 2 double shot margaritas when they came out it tasted like margarita mix and absolutely no alcohol so we told our waiter and they sent us another 2 and same thing happened again. They finally just ended up giving us a double shot on the side to dump in the margarita. We asked for silverware and it took about 10 minutes to get it. Our order was also wrong they were missing a flavor but our waiter took a while to come back and check on us that everyone just ate what they had served. Update: The best server ever is named Mandy!! She is amazing, always attentive and polite. She remembers us when we walk in the door, even when we don't see her for a while she remembers our drink orders and what we usually eat. Best waitress ever! Wow I've never had such horrible service in all my life. Cody was the server and ignored us the entire time we were there. He had a big party of servers and a 4 top, and us. We had been servers for ten years but he was clearly judging his tables on who he thought was going to get him in the money. I had to get up and go ask for drinks, get up and ask when we were ready to order, we saw him slide by us many times, bus tables... his and another servers even, roll silverware, pour attention to his big top but our service was no where to be seen. He even changed into his street clothes before we had received a check or anything. At last call he was no where to be found so we went to the bar only to be told by Brian he couldn't serve us because we were a servers table. He said he had to get it approved. I told him we had seen our waiter taking out the trash last in the back but he was free to find him for us. He went in the back "got it approved" and then poured a half shot while they talked about leaving. We ended up leaving our drinks, putting our food in a box and ran out the door. We couldn't get out fast enough and we're made to feel so unwelcome. At least one of the other servers told us to have a good night on the way out. I am not one for not tipping having been a server but I could have waited on myself better than the minimal amount of attention we received. 16% was a gift. When I got up to ask for boxes and a check he smugly said, oh no worries I'm here all night but clearly when you change out of your work clothes and doing your closing task are more important than your table your ready to go... We had a $130 ticket and usually do every time we go in. Our usual waiter wasn't there and she is awesome, refills our drinks before we even know we need a refill she is always on top of her game. She remembers us when we walk in, what we drink and always gets a 30% tip. However, treating people badly because you judge your tables or think you can get away with it should be noted. Seriously, the worst service ever. If he comes up to your table when you sit down ask for a new server and save yourself from a horrendous dining experience. Stopped by this location yesterday with a group of six people. No wait to seat and no wait for a waiter. This location has a lot of seating. The food was hot and fast. We go to BBW often wherever we are at (we travel a lot to different states). We love their wings and like to sit at the bar and watch a game but I have to say that this location is the best! We never get bad service and the bartenders are the best! There is one that we really like (Brian) he always has a smile on his face, knows his job well, and is very quick. Best wings in Baytown. I've been eating at BW3 for years and this location is the same as the others. The wings are always cooked well and the sauces are amazing. I usually go for the mango habanero, caribbean jerk, jammin jalapeno and thai curry. The potato wedges covered in shredded cheese are great as well. The salads aren't bad and they have healthier menu items as well. The beer selection is better than most places with quite a few local breweries represented. Nice size patio area and plenty of televisions for whatever game is on. The four stars are because of the service. The last two times I've gone our server has been pretty bad. It doesn't seem like anyone is really sure what's going on. This doesn't stop me from going but it's an annoyance. Atmosphere is always great. read more

Service is good, which is a plus. Not impressed with the boneless wings, they're mostly salty fry batter. They came out mostly dry and I ordered extra sauce to put on them. The ranch is super salty as well. The blue cheese has zero chunks of actual blue cheese and is saltier than the ranch. He told me when I sat that they were making last call in a few minutes. He made last call at 11:30 and gave me my check at 11:35. Wow the place has changed! New touch screen trivia and games. A guest experience captain that makes sure you get anything you want on top of a hostess.
