We came with friends to watch the Michigan game. This is the only place around where I figured we'd be able to see the game on TV. Service was just ok. Took a long time for a server to see us after we were seated. I was actually waving my menu at the group of them at the kitchen entrance. Once someone showed up, we were good. Food was as expected. The beers were old all good. Will be back. It is tough to be Michigan and Detroit Lions fans to find a place to watch the games.

Our server was amazing. Our servers name is Cadence. She took care of us right away and was very friendly. The ambiance was nice and clean. Everyone seem to be enjoying themselves. The food tasted great. Can't go wrong the a burger and tater tots

The manager was extremely rude for shutting off the TVs while everyone was still watching the game.

Oh my gosh! I am appalled by the service I received tonight. Let's talk about it. My family and I are in Birmingham for the James Fortune and FIYA Convert and decided to grab something to eat after. Buffalo Wild Wings was close and who doesn't enjoy a good wing. Upon arriving, we advised the hostess we had a party of 5 and inquired as to how long of a wait it would be. The hostess advised there wouldn't be a wait, however, the waiter who's section she would be sitting us in had ran to his car and asked us to give her a few minutes. 13 minutes later, we went back to the hostess stand and there was a new lady there. We advised her we were waiting and asked if the waiter we were advised of had returned. To my dismay, the new hostess said that "he was in the bathroom" and we would be able to be seated shortly... By this time, we had been waiting about 20 minutes and multiple parties had come in after us and been seated. Finally at minute 23 of "no waiting" we were seated. The waiter came to our table and introduced himself as Cameron. Cameron was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. He immediately took our drink order and gave us time to review the menu... Once he returned with our drinks, we placed our orders for food and my brother ordered a strawberry lemonade. Ok. At this point it was time to throw the night away. The appetizer of Fried Pickles came out BEFORE the strawberry lemonade did. Furthermore, our server was seen near the kitchen engaged in conversation with staff as we awaited the strawberry lemonade. Finally after 8 minutes, my sister got up and went over to where he was and inquired about the strawberry lemonade. Once she inquired Cameron brought the drink to the table within 2 minutes. Who knew it took 10 minutes and 1 reminder to make a strawberry lemonade... To add insult to injury the restaurant wasn't the cleanest. Empty tables were left uncleared for long periods of time which really was a detracting visual. The food didn't take too long and I was happy as I was ready to eat. I ordered the BACON SMASHED HATCH CHILE BURGER. The burger consisted of: DOUBLE PATTY / HAND-SMASHED AND SEARED WITH BACON / AMERICAN CHEESE / YOUNG GUNS HATCH CHILE PEPPERS / GRILLED ONIONS / PICKLED HOT PEPPERS / HATCH CHILE AIOLI / CHALLAH BUN / and a side of NATURAL-CUT FRENCH FRIES. Oh! My! Gosh! The Burger was Amazinggggggggggggg. I mean absolutely AMAZING. The marriage of the burger, bacon, chile peppers, and grilled onions absolutely made my soul melt. This burger hit different. I have NEVER in all my years had a burger that executed a level of spice that was so perfect it elevated the natural goodness of a burger. Furthermore, the smashed patty was perfectly seasoned and enhanced by the hatch chile aioli. **For the record, I have no idea what hatch chile aioli is but it truly is a perfect marriage to a good burger.** Overall my experience at this location was not one of total enjoyment. As such, I have to break down my rating: Service - 3/10 Cleanliness - 4/10 Ambiance - 8/10 (traditional sports bar vibe) Food - 10/10 If in the area and in the mood for some wings or a burger, do yourself a favor and place your order online so you can pick it up and go.

We generally avoid BWW... we have had bad experience in several locations across the country. However, we had such bad service at another establishment that we came here out of frustration. Let me tell you.... Best choice we made. Service here was a complete 180 from the other place. We did not eat dinner, just had drinks. BUT - our servers were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Go here. Sit at the bar. Enjoy some good service.

Sports, sports and more sports! The day we went there was hockey, basketball and baseball showing.

It's been awhile since I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings, and I stand with my four rating. Service was good. We love the buy one get one bone in traditional wings special on Tuesday nights. Also their garden salad with white wine vinagrette dressing and a side of garlic toast is really good if you are looking for a healthy option. In the main dining room they have three 75 inch or so large screen TVs plus 15 + smaller TVs, so don't worry about not getting a good seat with a view. One thing I do want to point out is that it can get really loud, but what do you expect it is a sports bar!

Wings - wings - wings and more. Loudness and tvs everywhere and this was a Wednesday night. Love the different sauces. THE CHEESE CURDS ARE BACK !!! Finally after months of issues with supply chain they are back. Curds are my kids favorite. This time we got traditional wings with jammin jalapeño and Asian zing sauce. Always good sauces but the service needs help. The teenagers are rude! And we are always missing items we ordered. This time we were missing ranch blue cheese and carrots and celery and the kids chicken bones less wings were ridiculously small. This would be a great chain if the service was better and they could get the order correct and the service better.

We went here for our son's birthday on a quiet Monday evening. The restaurant has gone through extensive renovations in the last few weeks, and it is a much more open and pleasant vibe inside that it was before. Our hostess was a little bit chippy when we walked through the door, but we were promptly seated. I will say...there was virtually NO crowd tonight. There were only a small handful of tables that were occupied, and the bar area was virtually empty. We ordered our drinks from a very friendly server who was new to the location. I tried the Ferus IPA, which is a local craft brew that was delicious. For dinner, I had my usual....the Buffalo Chicken Wrap (mild) with fries. It was just like it always has been, and probably will be for the foreseeable future...so no surprises. It was well prepared, tasty, and presented nicely. Only dropping a star because it is a tad pricey for what it is. We had 6 guests (including a child ordering off of the kids menu). 2 of the guests only ordered 10 wings each with no side. Total bill was a few dollars shy of $100. BWW is a place where if you've been to one, you've been to them all. You walk in being very aware of what you are getting, with virtually no surprises (other than how off/on the service might be that particular night). On this night our service was very on.

Again, all I have to say is 'MANGO HABANERO'. This sauce alone is worth the visit. I will even eat boneless wings if this sauce is on them. I always order a large regular wings with of course MANGO HABANERO. Don't get me wrong a lot of their sauces are great but this one FIRES ME UP. This place is awesome except for the lack of craft beer. The best is to come here and watch the games on the 40 plus TV's around the place and get FIRED UP. And they have locations all over the place so when I'm on the road I can catch my game and enjoy MANGO HABANERO.

It's probably been over two years since I've entered a BWW. There was a special request from a family member who wanted an order of small wings. So, I called in the order. The guy who took my order was very pleasant and thorough. I was told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived a little early because I was already in the area. I sat for a little bit but when the order was ready the young lady actually walked over to me to deliver as I was sitting bu the door. Pleasant experience. I didn't eat any of the wings but I did check to make sure it was correct. She wanted the Bourbon Honey Mustard. I took a quick pic. The wings are larger than I normally like but hey they were not for me and she didn't complain.

The staff was friendly and patient as I forgot my readers so a lot of questions were asked. Thank you Andreana. We had the tenderloin (which I haven't had in YEARS). I was not disappointed. We also had the southerner and it was tasty. They had a happy hour where I got a wine and husband got a frozen drink. Then round 2 I opted for the daily drink, daiquiri. Each day there is a different drink as a special. I enjoyed the music and the vibe. Would come back to this place when I'm in Birmingham again.

Seated immediately and ready to take your order as soon as you decide. The Standard Burger (Lettuce. tomato, onion, pickles, horsey sauce & american cheese) is really good. Fries are cooked just right. Previously I got a mix of the Fries and Onion Rings. Onion Rings are great too! I have had The Three Hander sandwich (Niman ranch corned beef, fries, tomato, jalapenos, creamy slaw, dijonaise, mozzarella on sourdough) from their original location which is great too. I should probably try other things as well but the lunch deal is hard to pass up. Since it is not too far from my office, will definitely continue to be a part of my regular lunch rotation. Only downside for me is the parking. There are limited spots on the street out front. Adjacent to the building there is a lot that is part of the apartment complex behind it but not really enough spaces for the 2 restaurants.

Because of the intense Alabama heat, we chose to sit inside, though they have a really nice screened-in patio available. The restaurant is intimate but well laid out, featuring a couple of distinct dining areas and a bar. Since it was our first time, our server, Daniella, recommended the candied bacon bombs to start. They came with a side of cheese curds, and both were absolutely delicious. Even as small as the curds were, they had a perfect cheese pull! For our mains, I ordered the cowboy burger with an added egg and a side of sweet potato fries, while my son chose the shrimp and grits. My burger was incredible, a solid 9.5 out of 10. My son rated his shrimp and grits a 7, though he has a lot of experience with that dish to compare it to. Daniella provided fantastic service, checking in at just the right times without hovering. I later realized I forgot to ask if they do anything special for birthdays, but honestly, my son was probably glad I forgot!
