We went there last Sunday 9-12-21, to watch the first Sunday of NFL action. They were only showing the two local games, the staff had no clue how to operate the equipment to show the other 7 games that were on. We were there for about 30 minutes, we were never waited on. Service is terrible took 2hrs for them to come out and tell me they dropped my food. All that was ordered was a 10 piece traditional wings. I was THRILLED tonight with the service Haley provided for my take out order. I have been sheltering at home for 72 days with a type 1 diabetic daughter. But, tonight we had our first take out food to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday (it's not Vegas but some wings did help). Three weeks in a row they have messed up our order but each time I have tipped them 30% hoping they would get it right this late Sunday they didn't get the wings wrong but we ordered 50 wings and sauce on the side and blue cheese dressing! I asked if they make sure they got the sauces and the girl said of course with an incredibly rude attitude but guess what when we got home on sauces or dressings!! Absolutely terrible service. As I walked in, the host was talking to coworkers from a distance, made eye contact with me, then proceeded to continue with her conversation... which I thought was odd but brushed it off. The bar tender was where I was really caught off guard. He was horribly ill-mannered, short tempered and flat our rude. I felt as if I, the customer, was an inconvenience to him simply asking for another round. It was so uncomfortable, I slammed my drink and just left, instead of watching the game like I wanted. This is our favorite restaurant to go to after basketball tournaments so this stinks to say but I have never had service this bad at ANY restaurant...ever.... My son and I got small order of wings each and it took 45 minutes plus what we had to wait to get silverware and napkins and we got a package of to go plastic. I have been a server/bartender for many years in the past so I am always patient and kind but this was really really bad service. Honestly it seems like Bdubs went big time and cut quality in favor of profits. The last time I went here I stood for ten minutes waiting to be seated even though the place was 1/4 full at best. I was seated at the bar and the bartender acted like the world was coming to an end and was acting all hectic and crazy even though the bar wasn't even close to packed, and seemed to have an attitude to boot. We are local to Bozeman in the last two times we have visited they have gotten almost every meal we ordered incorrect, we have had to wait over an hour and a half for our food, and the servers are way overworked. The service was terrible. We were seated by the kitchen door in a handicapped table with waiters and waitresses constantly zooming by in and out of the kitchen yet somehow service to our table was terrible. My son spilled his drink and the waitress nicely said don't worry it will mop up easily yet didn't offer to clean it then. I had to ask for napkins to clean it myself from the table and my son's chair and ask for something to clean it from the floor so he wouldn't walk in the pop and track it all over. She got over half of myself and my families order wrong, never checked on us, and she was very aggressive when taking our order and talking to us. I have also gotten takeout several times here and it's been severely cold ESP the fries. They were 100% over 3hrs old. Stale and cold. Managers also are so unprofessional. Have had this exact experience the last 3 times I've ordered here. Placed a to go order at 7.04. Was told it would be about 20 minutes. I showed up at 7.20 expecting to wait. Was told by the guy at the front desk they would be ready in 3-4 minutes. Cut to 7.46 and my food finally came out. 10 minutes? No biggie. I've worked in kitchens before and stuff happens, but Place wasn't even particularly busy. I know it's the Gallatin valley, and everyone is understaffed, but Management needs to find a better way to communicate how long food will take. I have no problem waiting 45 minutes for my take out but the last thing I want to do is stand around in a restaurant for 25 minutes waiting for my food after working a 12 hour day. Safe to say I won't be back. I'll be hitting the hideaway right up the street for better, cheaper wings and far superior service. read more

I thought they had some legitimate excuses for bad, slow food the first two, but I'll never be back. This place is absolutely awful.
