The new sampler platter is great if you have too many appetizer favorites and you can't pick which one to have. It was reasonably priced too! Keep trying to give them a chance. But with an empty restaurant, it took an hour to make my takeout order of 15 wings, 5 tenders, and fries. Looked in the kitchen and they had time to make employee meals, but customers at tables and for takeout were waiting for 30-40 minutes. Then, when You FINALLY get the order, make sure you check it over because 85% of the time the order is wrong. They either forget something or give you someone else's order. Great Friday visit! We had good cheeseburgers and they are doing an awesome promo where you can get 6 boneless wings for $1. Plenty of food!! The beers were good but we felt a little bamboozled with the happy hour "special" prices that weren't all that special. Same promo price on their drink menu. Regardless, our server was nice and helpful. The music and surrounding noise was a little loud but you're kind of prepared for that goingto a BWWs. Can't wait to come back! read more

Would give zero starts. Was 5 minuets early for my takeout order. Someone checked me in and said it would be out soon. 25 minuets go buy and 3 others pick up their orders. I ask again and they said it's coming there's a lot of orders in. There is literally 1/2 a dozen customers eating inside the actual restaurant so besides these alleged takeout orders they have zero business. Then another party asks how much longer for their order. Some guy comes out with their food. I ask him how much longer for mine I've been waiting almost 30 minuets. He said "I haven't heard of you yet!" Which got me frustrated. He said "You have to talk to me for takeout orders". Not sure how a customer is supposed to know the difference between one BWW shirt from another. There is also a sign at the takeout counter that says the counter is closed and go up to the bar or a server. So the entire time I was waiting there my food was ready, I get home and it was cold. BW3s is good. The management at this location is fantastic -- very friendly and helpful. I come many Tuesday nights for their Tuesday night special with friends (buy 1 wings order get 1 half off). Over the months, there has been a lot of turnover in the waitstaff. But we come for the wings and the company. The wings typically are the same quality, some nights are better than others. The sauce is good. Corbin the bartender is also very nice and helpful with food when the other staff is overwhelmed. The whole team pitches in. I've only ever had their wings, so I can't comment on anything other food. It's my Tuesday night routine. read more

Stopped by on a Friday night at 545pm, and we were told to sit anywhere we liked so we picked a booth not far from other patrons. A host stopped by shortly with menus to let us know our waiter would be by soon. Thereafter we were completely ignored for a full fifteen minutes. Nobody came by with waters. Nobody to take our order. It was somewhat dead inside but they seemed to only have one waiter working the entire floor and other staff just milling around. The waiter helped two other groups that arrived well after we did. We got up and left. Absolutely ridiculous service from the management on down. This is the first time we'd been back to this establishment in a couple years. We won't bother returning. read more

I call and explain and the manager tells me that because it's delivery they can't fix anything and that I was out of luck! Totally overpaid and the two of us had to split 10 wings! She took our drink order, brought those & then we didn't see her again for 15 minutes. When she finally took our order, it was another 45 minutes before we got our food. We did not get any silverware or napkins. We ordered wings & a salad, neither came with ranch dressing so we had to go ask for that. We were done & every time our server walked by, we tried to flag her down to get our check. When we actually got her attention, she said she'd be right back. Finally she gave us our check. I never, ever under tip, but did so tonight. We were there for an hour & a half. There is absolutely no reason it should take that long for basically fast food. The chicken wings were dry & overcooked. There was no sauce for the chicken wrap so that was dry too. Like others said, how is this place still in business. Needless to say, we won't be coming back. On our way out, a family with small children were walking in. I warned them that they would be there waiting a long time & suggested they dine elsewhere. We waited over an hour for 40 wings and apps. When we came in there was one other table. We finally got up and told our server we had to go. She said "your food just came up." I have noticed that Buffalo Wild Wings has been declining in quality and service. The quality is bad and cheap and the service is just bad. The staff is unbothered and doesn't care. I knew that things were declining like this, but this most recent visit really made sure I'll never go again. Our waiter kept walking away while we were still speaking to him, like 3/4 through our sentence he would turn & start walking away. The place was not even that busy, so that was really rude. My friend wanted to order the smoked brisket burger (a double cheeseburger with smoked brisket on top). The waiter let my friend know that they didn't have any brisket, so my friend asked if there was anything that could be substituted for the brisket instead (avocado, onion ring, etc.). The waiter said no. Which really makes no sense because the brisket definitely would cost more than 2 onion rings or a couple slices of avocado... Anyways we got our food (there were 6 of us). All of our plates came out at different times. The last plate at our table came out 10 minutes after the first one. 10 minutes!!! I wish that had been the only issue. We had onion rings for the table. One of the onion rings was very fat and heavy - we thought it was a lot of onions in one ring... wrong. Upon biting into it, my friend found his mouth full of raw flour & raw batter chunks. There was literally a pile of flour left on his plate from this one onion ring! What the heck! And when we told the waiter he was like "oh that's weird, sorry". Like you obviously have to do something more about that. My friend is an unlucky guy because he ordered a chicken quesadilla, and upon taking a bite of his quesadilla (after the onion ring incident) he pulled out a long hair covered in sauce from his quesadilla. YUCK!! We told the server, and again he didn't seem like he really wanted to comp anything. He asked my friend if he would like the quesadilla remade... if you had been traumatized by everything you put in your mouth at this place that obviously has sub par standards for cleanliness and quality, would you like to continue eating there? My friend obviously said no. My friend told the server that he doesn't want to pay for this food since he obviously isn't going to eat it because he can't eat it because 1. Raw 2. Contaminated with unidentified human hair! After some awkwardness and little apology from the server, my friend got his receipt for his meal: $0.75 for the sour cream he ordered on the side of his gross quesadilla... real classy. My partner and I came in on a Saturday at 1:30; no one was at the host desk and there was no sign indicating if we should seat ourselves or wait. When the waitress finally came and brought us to our booth, it took a while for her to come back for our drink order (there was only one other table at the time). Later, as we were about to place our food order, she stopped us because the other table had left and she wanted to bus their table first. We finally got to order and hoped things would improve. Our appetizer (fried pickles) and my meal (boneless wings) were brought out at the same time so my wings were cold by the time I started eating. The fried pickles and my partner's sandwich were delicious, but the wings were atrocious. All of them were mostly breading (like, 80-90% breading), and the chicken was dry, as if it had been over cooked or microwaved. I stopped eating after biting into the largest wing and getting almost all breading. The waitress wordlessly put our check on the table halfway through the meal and didn't even give a farewell before we left. We visited the Brookfield location the evening of Nov 5th. The staff, particularly the hostess and waitress were smile-less and robotic. My husband had to ask after his drink after a long delay. The majority of the food came 45-50 min later (restaurant 1/2 empty). My son's food came 10 min after this. They forgot his fries. My Buffalo chicken salad was absolutely drenched in dressing making it uneatable and pretty gross. Waitress never visited us once between taking the order and delivery to see if we needed anything and update us on the long wait time. Perhaps this was an understaffed situation. But management needs to motivate these employees regardless. We did notice tons of door dash orders always going out. Can't help but wonder if the kitchen focuses on this. Been to a number of BWW locations and this was by far the worst. Not only was there little to no meat on the wings, I got only 5 baby carrots on my plate and I selected carrots only. Half the restaurant was closed so we were all asked to sit in the bar are and utilize the QR code system, which failed when we went to pay. Kirk was sweet and attentive, but servers were wandering around with food, confused what table it was for, and multiple times came over to us with things we didn't order. Major failure in leadership and management in my opinion. Probably will not return. read more

BW3 is always good for consistent tasting wings. You always know what flavor you will get so 3 stars for knowing what to expect. Now let's talk about service and ease of ordering from this particular location. Last week was the second time that the on-line ordering did not work and I ended up calling in the order. It gives you a non-descript error message - "something went wrong". I even had my IT geeks at work review it and they couldn't figure it out. So I ended up calling in this order at 10:37am for an 11:20am pickup. I arrive at 11:20am to pay and pickup food for my team. I pay....watch someone behind me get my food....and wait. I asked the manager where is my food and he tells me that traditional wings take longer to cook. Really? You dropped the order when I arrived? Ten minutes later I walk out with my food - no wetknaps or napkins and the order of all drummies was a mix of flats and drummies. I will tell you a tip - if they still have the guarantee lunch order in 15 minutes take a big team there and order traditional wings. The cook time is 12 minutes so it is almost impossible to get them on time. That was another lunch experience I had a few months earlier. Hopefully they took traditional wings off the 15 minute menu for their sake because you get the entire lunch for free for everybody. I really like BW3 but this location just isn't up to my service expectations. Sorry....pick it up so next time I can order for my work team. read more

After reading the reviews I expected to come in here and give the same experience as Hooters (1 star review.) We were shocked to have a great experience. We were instantly seated. First, I understand that EVERYONE is short staffed right now. Help is hard to find. Long waits are going to be the norm, however, long waits without communicating that is not good customer service. I asked for a side salad with ceasar dressing and got a bowl of wilted lettuce and a peice of toast, no vegetables? What out, poor service and quality almost shut down Red Robin. Got the check and was charged for extra sauce to dress the dry wings and vegetables for my SIDE SALAD WITH CEASAR DRESSING, not a bowl of wilted lettuce and a piece of toast.
