My girlfriend and I ordered takeout here last Saturday at 6pm for the 20 bone in and 20 boneless. Said it would take 15-20min. We got there at 615 and they couldn't find our order. Showed them the confirmation email and text. Apparently the had the order but never started it because they were out of fries. How could you be out of fries at 6pm in a Saturday? They offered us wedges instead. Told us it would be 15min. After 20min a manager came out and explained everything the two at the front counter explained again. Finally around 7pm, the manager brought out the order. Instead of the wedges, they brought us tots, we had also ordered celery and blue cheese. They gave us plenty of blue cheese but 0 celery. Never coming here ever again. It's the same thing every time and for some reason I gave it a chance again. We sat down and literally sat there for a half hour without being even asked if we wanted something to drink. I grew impatient and just left. The person who sat me even saw me walking out the door and didn't even bother to say a word to me. The service here is just too bad. Visit at your own risk. I sometimes disregard yelp reviews, making my own decision. But in this case I should have trusted the reviews. First three beers I ordered I was told after a 5+ minute wait were not available. The beer I finally received I watch sit at bar for 1 minutes till delivered to me. Service was way subpar....even when compared against other b'dubs. I've personally eaten here once, and as a DoorDash driver if I receive an order here I know I will have to wait 15-20 minutes before the order is ready for me to take at the very least. Every employee also seems very clueless and acts like they don't care at all about any customer. First off, the service is horrible none of the servers know how to properly give you good service they don't even go by the book, you have to ask for napkins and utensils. (From October 2021) Near my hotel, I had the etch for cheap bar eats and watching college football so I walked myself over here. Yes, wild wings isn't the flashiest and sometimes it's straight up trash. But I was pleasantly surprised at this location as I found a seat to watch the end of the Alabama/TX A&M upset and munched on the cheese curds and brisket Street tacos which were items I've never tried before. Cheese curds were ok; the cheese inside were cheap yellow quality which explains why they had to be fried a bit more. The tacos were quite tasty, very impressed with the flavor. And of course I had to pair it all with some tall Miller lites since no meal here is complete without it. My experience is restoring some faith in the corporate chain sports bar. read more

The restaurant was not packed but I only saw one server as I was at the takeout line so I assumed she was swamped no problem. Used the app to order carry out and paid with a gift card, the process was flawless. Was very unhappy about the person at pick up, she said one word to me 'name'? I was the one who said thank you and have a good day. I think they could use some extra customer service training. The wings (both bone in and bone less) were good as were the celery/carrots. Unfortunately the fries were super dry and not edible. I don't think you get a lot of value for the price. Stopped by BW3 for dinner and a Cavs game the other night. The place was packed, but there were still a couple tables available and we were seated immediately. I ordered a chicken salad and some Honey BBQ chicken wings. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla and we shared some fried Wisconsin cheese curds. The cheese curds were hot and tasty with just a bit of crunch from the deep fried batter. They were very tasty and I couldn't stop eating them. The sauce they are served with was sweet and creamy. I liked it a lot. My salad was very filling and tasty. I chose grilled chicken to top it, which was doused in medium Buffalo sauce with a side of ranch dressing. The ingredients in the salad were fresh and it was plenty for a meal. The chicken wings were excellent. No complaints there. The chicken is never frozen, which I believe helps give them such a good flavor. Of course, the Honey BBQ sauce was excellent too, but the quality of the chicken is the key to BW3's great wings. My wife really like the cheese curds too. She didn't finish her quesadilla, so I polished it off the next day for breakfast and I think it was tasty, even the day after. The tall craft beers we had were on point. This was our first dine-in visit as a family to this location, even though it's right around the corner from our house. We'll probably be back, but we generally try to avoid bar food while dining out, which is why I ordered a salad. read more

The staff was nice when we picked up our food, and it was ready at the time given. The new Doritos sauce was good, spicy and generously spread on the wings. However on the other order of Buffalo dry rub wings their is virtually no seasoning on it, as evidenced in the photo taken right after opening. I was craving for some fried chicken on a Friday evening and I decide to order some from this one as the one near my house was closed. I ordered the following that day : A large traditional in Thai curry sauce with fries A large traditional in Hot sauce with fries A snack of boneless wings in Blazin sauce. Of all the BWWs I've been to in all these years, their wings had the least amount of sauce on them, and by less I mean to that extent that I could hardly find any on the Thai curry ones. Then, toward the end, she dropped off the bill and sat down at a table and started eating and licked her fingers. I am disgusted. No rating yet as we are the very first customer! Woo!!! Service is fantastic so far. Huckleberry lemonade is delicious. Okay, my son and I happened to stop by for lunch. We were defiantly outnumbered by the staff. Quit a few people stopped by to ask how the food was, top off drinks and just to check how we were doing. I ordered the Mediterranean salad no meat, it was delicious! Fresh, lots of flavor and with pieces of warm pita and hummus it was what I needed to feel satisfied and full. My son ordered the boneless wings, jerked and Asian spice. He loved them, I had a taste, let me just say - I'm more of a traditional, bone in, buffalo wing type of girl. Delicious food everytime! The Caribbean Jerk and Asian Zing wings were sooo good. They were out of some of the sauces we wanted. Friendly servers, quick service, and good wings. Their sauces are well done and even their hottest sauces, Blazin and Wild, have a great mix of flavor and heat. Wings come out crispy and all good size. Why not a five?
