This was my first time going to a Texas Roadhouse and I was pleasantly surprised. My family met here for a send-off dinner on a Monday night. It was Presidents' Day, and the place was pretty busy. They had a table available for our party of 6 right away and sat us as soon as everyone arrived. We were in a booth that was a little tight, but not impossible. The menu is pretty expansive. Of course there's plenty of different cuts of steak, as well as burgers, and a few chicken and fish options. I got a ribeye with two sides, a sweet potato, and side salad. The rolls that they bring out when you sit down are delicious. Bread should never be that good and the cinnamon butter is the cherry on top. Our server was very nice and very generous with the bread. My steak was honestly delicious. It was cooked to a perfect medium and super juicy. The salad was good and I was full after having those two things. My sweet potato was a bit overcooked, but I'd rather that than undercooked. They put the cinnamon sugar butter on it, which I should have e asked to have on the side. But I took it home and ate it the next day. The service was super quick and we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours for a party of 6. You can also pay at a kiosk at the table. Today's food was better. It was a Wednesday so still busy but not crazy like the weekends. I had the filet and hubby had the ribeye. Both good. Potato skins appetizer was good. Rolls were not great they were squared and heavy, very dense. Our server was excellent her name was Autumn. Very attentive and nice. The only issue is the cleanliness. The window sills are filthy and the table was sticky. Some of the best and affordable steaks around. This location is just so busy that attention to detail is sometimes lost. My wife and I went to this roadhouse as it is usually a nice place to go for a good meal and great service too. This was not the case on 8/9/26. For it to be a Sunday where you expect it to be shining example of everything you look for this was not even close. I expected to have to wait but not yesterday as there was no one waiting at the front desk at 3pm on Sunday. We were seated and once we were i looked around and the place seemed very unkept and dirty. The floor had liquid clearly visible on the carpet and straw wrappers and other debris on it. Looked like nobody had swept in a long time and the window next to the table we sat at looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time either. We did have a very nice server that took our orders and my wife always gets the prime rib as she loves it. The girl brought our beverages and took the order and then about 20 minutes later she comes back and say they are out of prime rib. This is a 3 pm on a Sunday which is prime time i would think. So she was disappointed and ordered a steak to replace it. We waited about another 30minutes so now it been almost an hour and no food has arrived. When it finally arrived, my wifes steak which was not a cheap steak she cut into it and began trying to eat it and it was like rubber she said. She chewed and chewed and i could tell she was not liking it. So she flagged down the waitress and told her the problem and she apologized and got the manager to take it off the bill. She offered to get the wife something else but by now she is not in a eating mood. I went to the mens room which was disgusting. Only one urinal was working and all the stalls were out of order. Great service and steak! We visited on a day they had a limited menu with no fried food, seafood or ribs. Despite the limited menu we had a great meal. The kids had a great time since they had peanuts and rolls to keep them busy until the food arrived. We order the burger kids meals, filet and adult burger. I absolutely love this steak house. I think their food is amazing and reasonably priced compared to other steakhouses in the area. They are always busy, no matter what time of the day. Went again, out of Prime Rib, baked potato was cold and cheese wasn't even melted , service was awful waitress dropped off food and disappeared . Manager came by and said all alright and never stopped walking past table so she couldn't get a response . This is 4 the visit when out of prime rib and this time we got there at 5pm do they wouldn't be out of prime rib again but still no luck spent $105.00 for two and they automatically added a 20% tip to bill for a party of 2 and didn't see it until i had paid. I guess i will be frequenting Outback Steakhouse from now on Parma location has always been great, maybe a different Texas Roadhouse like Willoughby Hills which was always outstanding when we lived on the East side but no more in Parma. We arrived around 6 PM on Sunday December 21with a party of three. They let us know the weight might take up to an hour but we decided to stay. We're glad we did. They were very organized and were quick to serve customers and process the food. They were a well oiled machine and were able to handle the large amount of customers. Our server Ryan was very friendly and professional. Our food came out quicker than expected with how busy they were, and he made sure that we were always taken care of for by asking how our food was, and making sure our drinks were refilled. was here on 06/20/26 - made us wait one hour & 10 mins for a table which we were told 35 to 45 mins at first - then waited another 10 mins because the table wasn't ready - once seated we waited for our waitress and once she finally came we did not have bread or drinks for additional 15 mins - yet people were seated on both sides of us after we were seated and by the time we received drinks and bread the people next to us on both sides had their appetizers being served, and we haven't even ordered anything yet, but our drinks - we ordered mushrooms and onions for our steaks but never received them and once we received our dinner, the first question out of their mouth is usually is how is your steak can you cut it and see if it's ok - they were not good, but we knew better to ask them to correct it because we knew we were gonna get additional bad service. I didn't even eat my dinner. I fed it to my dog, but I paid my bill early I wanted them to know that the waitress and the attitude of the manager is the reason there was no tip. I'm a big tipper and on $135 bill she would've got a $40 to $45 tip - but this is what happens when you hire inner city trash with no work ethics and pride in what they do - I worked for tips when I was young and I appreciated my tips from my customers - I took pride in my job so I know what it means to be tipped, especially when I was making only three dollars an hour under the table in 1982 at the time these kids nowadays are piss poor workers and have no class whatsoever. read more

(This location had not disappointed us.) But today, something seemed off. Wait was an hour. Server was good (Rachel). Food, bread and drinks came out on time, but the steak and fries were extremely under seasoned. No manager came to our table. From all the papers still taped to the tables, the manager did not visit any of the tables. There was an hour wait but there were sections open on a Sunday. Our waitress was also working the bar and she was wonderful at keeping our drinks filled and checking in throughout our visit. Arrived as a party of 2 at 2:30pm on a Friday. Got sat in the smallest 2 person booth in the bar which was very uncomfortable. After the hostess seated us, it took 10-15 minutes before our server Kyle made it to us and didn't introduce himself or greet us. We were seated and our waitress came over after a bit and should have realized the lack of service we would get when she sat down at the booth with us. Came to Texas roadhouse spontaneously for dinner one night. Texas roadhouse is known for their barbecued ribs and steaks so I obviously had to try that. The ribs were extremely juicy and fall off the bone soft and the ribeye steak that we ordered was extremely moist and cooked to our liking. Both orders come with a choice of two sides and I feel like the potatoes are definitely a better choice of sides because the portion is larger. They have a selection of vegetables and salads as other sides, and I ordered a corn, but the portion was extremely small and a little bit disappointing. I would definitely come back to Texas roadhouse again if I were looking to have quality barbeque style food for an extremely affordable price. The portion sizes were pretty large for what it was and I could barely finish my own meal. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, and there is a tablet on the table where you are able to play games on during your meal. As a barbeque place that is affordable, I believe that Texas roadhouse deserves a four star review compared to others similar restaurants. This would probably be my go to from now on When I am craving some quality ribs and steak for an affordable price. read more
