We waited a fairly long time with a not so busy Restraunt (figured we were just a little early). Food came out cold.

I came here to watch a first round game of the newly expanded College Football Playoffs, specifically IU vs Notre Dame. They tried to accommodate me by offering to change any screen near my table. The problem was they were very crowded and table choices were limited. Plus since I was by myself, no one in my family enjoys sports, I didn't feel right taking up a four chair table and chose a two seater. This choice placed me about as far away from the screens as possible. The bar stools were full. I ordered the two wing entree deal with two sides for $20. I chose onion rings and tater tots for my sides. I don't drink alcohol and the only diet soda offered is diet Pepsi so I chose water. Ordering was a challenge. A server that didn't have my table took my initial order and told me he would communicate my preferences to my assigned server. The first six wing entree came out with just the onion rings and a different bbq sauce than what I ordered. I ate about half the order and asked for second six wing entree with the sauce I wanted. It came out with no side. The second side, tater tots, came out as I was halfway through the second entree. By this time I was almost full. The game was shown on a screen divided into three parts. Two different camera angles on the top half and stats taking up the bottom half of the screen. Only one screen showed the game in the traditional mode of watching a football ball game. The majority of screens were tuned into the state high school championship being played in the Cowboy's stadium. It didn't seem like that many people were watching this game. I ate my food, watched the first half of the game and left. Watching a football game with no sound and hearing people talking about whatever they were talking about with no one particularly into either of two football games on was a mediocre experience. read more

I work away from home 95% of the time. I usually find a hangout wherever I go. This BWW was it in Brownwood. I really enjoyed meeting the local folks and the bartenders here. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever. Just passing through this little town and stopped to get something to eat. The fries were cold and hard. We ordered the 15 wings and chose Spicy Garlic, Caribbean Jerk and Orange Chicken. You can tell that the chicken was previously cooked and sitting there until the "cooks" get an order and throw the precooked chicken into some type of sauce. The chicken was NOT hot, the meat was tough and dry. As far as the flavors, the Spicy Garlic tasted ok, just meh. The Caribbean Jerk had a chemical weird flavor. And I don't know what the Orange Chicken tastes like because that wasn't what I received - I got the regular Hot Wings flavor. I'm at a complete loss with how I was handled. Poor management and the service was meh! Headed home from the holidays and thought, I'll get some wings and watch a little bit of the TCU game instead of listen on the radio. My wife and mom can get a salad and everyone will be happy. After being seated, my mom was even more thrilled to find out that she could get cauliflower bites and a salad. Winning! Well, our waiter, Ysidro (pardon me if I misspelled your name) came to our table and was completely confused and clearly had no sense of urgency whatsoever. We ordered drinks and I expressed that we were not in a rush, but would like to get in and out as soon as possible (had to get back on the road). We got our drinks, ordered an appetizer and asked him to come right back to get our order. 7 minutes later (he has two other tables and the place is not busy for the middle of the afternoon) our waiter comes back to take our order. Wasn't difficult, he needed training and clearly was in the slow section for a reason. He was very nice and congenial, just timid and not in control of his tables. All that being said, he took our order. It took over 25 minutes for two side salads, 10 wings, an order of fries and a small order of cauliflower bites. When the food got to the table, the cheese on the salads was melted from sitting under a heat lamp, the tomatoes on the salad have been soaking in their own juice in a half pan for a week, the fries were cold and hard and the wings were clearly warm from being under a heat lamp as well. Bummer is, we don't have time for this sh!t. So, I got up, went into the bar to find a manager to get the salads and fries taken care of. I'll eat the wings. The manager, Amy comes out of the kitchen. That's my first sign that there's an issue if the manager let that tray of food leave the kitchen. She walked up to me and I expressed my frustration with the salads. I then said, 'and the fries...'. She finished my sentence and said 'they were cold weren't they!' RUFKM! You knew and still let the food go out. Amy said she would remake the salads and bring them right out. She asked if I wanted her to remake the wings, she never offered to do anything about the fries. She then asked what else I wanted her to do for me. Well, considering this has now turned into an event, I'll leave the rest up to Amy to decide how she wanted to handle the rest of this. Well, the salads came out and honestly, they didn't look a whole lot better than the first ones. Clearly they are premade and then garnished, but whomever is in the kitchen has no idea how to turn the salads after they've sat the entire day before sending them out of the kitchen. Our waiter brought us some fresh fries about a minute later and the size of the order was legit! The first order was on the same tray as the wings (ordered as a side). Long story a little bit longer, when the check came, I asked the waiter about a $3.00 coupon. He asked if I was a member and I gave him my phone #. Due to the fact that I had gotten my salads comped, the $3.00 discount wasn't eligible. That's is a crock of sh!t also. My entire meal should have been comped. I compromised myself and ate wings that were cooked 10 minutes before the salad and cauliflower bites were made but 20 minutes after the French fries were made. I'm a HUGE BW3's fan! Been going to the one in the woodlands and in Austin off Stassney for years. This is by far, not only the worst BW3's I've ever been to, but am so disgusted that they have a store so poorly run and continue to get poor ratings and clearly are not doing anything about it that I can tell. I have more than patronized BW3's but will ? my desire for wings when traveling in the future. Not a terrible experience, but not the best. It took a pretty long time for us to get our first round of drinks. Chips and dip trio was good, but had about half as many chips as we needed to finish the dips. Queso and Guac were pretty good - the salsa lacked flavor. We tried something different in terms of wings. Original Buffalo and Jammin Jalapeño. Original Buffalo did not disappoint. But the Jammin Jalapeño wasn't near as spicy as advertised. It was pretty much just sweet. Our server was ok, but didn't seem like she really knew much. She also botched up our last drink order. Just walked in and first thing I noticed, six dirty empty tables with food and trash leftover, store almost empty otherwise, 4 wait staff sitting around doing nothing. I sat at the bar and asked for a beer.. as bartender dropped off beer I had to get her attention to let her know I was ready to order. She's looking at the cash register, not making any eye contact trying to talk to me..: of course I can't hear someone talking to me with their back turned to me. My family has recently located in Brownwood for a short term employment opportunity. We have enjoyed checking out the local restaurants and have had great experiences. This afternoon my daughter and son-in-law ate at BWW around 3:00. At 7:30 they both experienced severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. They both had wings and shared cheese fries. Buffalo Wild Wings looks modern and has a really nice ambiance about it. The place has wall to wall jumbo screens to watch whatever sport or sports channel that tickles your fancy while you eat. Personally, I think most menu items are over priced but could understand price being no object if you're there to watch your favorite team or catch an important game. I enjoy going for their lunch specials during the week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 11am and 2pm. Then, you can find a decent lunch at a fair price. Also, on Tuesdays their chicken wings with bones are .69 each. Thursday, boneless chicken wings are on sale. Today, I tried the Classic Cheeseburger. I thought it was really good. Fries were a bit of a let down primarily because they were served cold. And I hate cold fries. I'll be ordering the seasoned to perfection potato wedges next time, even cold they tasted good. About the only down side of this visit was the wait it took to be seat and the wait to get our cold food.For being such a big place it looked like it had only two employees to work the service area and one of the two worked in the kitchen also. read more

Two visits in and the main issue with this restaurant is the service. Our party had to regive our orders three times, due to errors made on the part of the servers. I would be more forgiving if it were or a busier restaurant, but this is still clearly an issue. Orders were delivered to the wrong personnel as well. The manager may want to think about ensuring the trainers follow their trainees more often, since that might have mitigated most of the issues experiences during dinner. Buffalo Wild Wings has a great atmosphere, especially for sports fans. You are surrounded by High Definition flat screens that have everything on from football to UFC matches and tons of sports memorabilia hanging on the walls. The good: The beer is always cold and they have a large selection of imports and domestic beers. The wings are great and the selection of different sauces allows you to try a large variety. I also enjoy the "Tablegating Sampler" and their Chili Con Queso Dip is good as well. The lunch specials are reasonably priced and you get quite a bit of food. The bad: I have been a little dissapointed in their burgers, I tried the "Screamin' Nacho Burger" and the "Black and Blue Burger" and have been unimpressed with the meat (very dry) and overall taste. This restaurant is one of those places that serves to remind me that I'm now old and don't understand people under 30. Why anyone would want to eat at a place where there are 487 televisions on the wall tuned to different sports programs, while being literally blasted by loud music, is beyond me. Anyhow, despite the surroundings, the food was surprisingly good, with the cheese curds being my personal favorite. The "mild" wings were a bit spicier than most definitions of mild, however they were also tasty and the soft pretzels were some of the best I've had. In addition, the ice tea was fresh, the surroundings and restrooms were clean and the prices were fair. My only significant complaint was that our waiter, while very nice and personable, seemed to have difficulty completing tasks or forgetting them all together. He forgot half of my wife's meal, didn't remember to bring requested items like ketchup, napkins, etc. and would get distracted doing other tasks and forget to check on us periodically. He wasn't lazy or deliberately inattentive, just a bit frazzled and disorganized, which kinda makes me suspect the problem lies with his training/supervisor, rather than the waiter himself. In conclusion, if you have a desire for decent tasting, *game day* food, you like watching dozens of sports simultaneously while everyone at your table ignores one another and pecks on their iPhones, and you also love having your teeth vibrating along with loud rock music, then Buffalo Wild WIngs is probably your sorta place. I always love coming here with my family. I don't like everything on the menu, but that's just me being picky. There's a sauce they put on everything that I'm not a fan of. Their chips and queso is amazing, and their quesadilla appetizer is also amazing. The atmosphere is nice, and there are games to play on the game pads. The TVs are loud, but not TOO loud. The service is always amazing. Well, not ALWAYS amazing... One time my family came in for lunch and stood at the front for about 20 minutes waiting to be seated. They were not busy, but the wait staff kept ignoring us assuming we had already been helped. Another time, my waiter didn't make it clear that he would be my cashier, handed us our check and disappeared, so I made my way to the front thinking they would check me out there. My waiter suddenly appeared and acted like I was trying to skip out on my bill. I gave him my debit card, he brought me my receipt, and then I stood there at the front waiting for him to get the receipt from me. Finally, a waitress that I knew took the receipt for me. It's been about a year since we ate here. I now remember why. We were hungry when we walked in. We ordered two medium sized traditional wings. One was two be split between mango habanero and Asian zing, two boats; the other was medium sauce. All were to be extra sauced. Don't forget about the large fries. 25 minutes later, only 15 patrons in the place, we get our order. The fries, cold. The split sauced wings, ALL TOGETHER! THE SAUCES WERE MIXED! The waitress asked if we wanted to have them in separate boats, at this point there is none. SO GROSS! We sent the fries back for hot ones. I doubt we will be back anytime soon. Slow service, no attention to detail and way overpriced for what you receive. Had service and quality been good than I would not mind the cost at all. Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. I travel heavily for work so this a typical go to any city. The menus are the same as are the standards usually. This a small restaurant, smallest I've been in think for Bdubs. It is a small town so no biggy. Service is decent, wait staff is friendly, and efficient. No gripes. Food is standard as all the rest. The food is very typical of Buffalo Wild Wings, but the difference in this one is the customer service. The manager Donna Brown came around twice two ensure our visit was perfect. I watched her with some of the locals (we are traveling through) and she treated everyone like they were her best friend! I loved watching her interact with the customers!
