Stopped in for dinner with friends. I had heard good things and we wanted to give Bush League a try. It's a cool sports bar set up. Nice bar and some table seating all around. The service was friendly and quick, which was honestly a bit of a surprise considering our server was also the bartender and it was kind of busy. Food was good. Dropped in today for a late lunch. Place was packed with families and ball teams. We were quickly seated and had our drinks before we had actually looked at the menu. We were familiar when this location but it recently changed to a new place and we started seeing people posting about it on FB so we decided it was time to try it. Upon our arrival we were seated at a table for two right in front of the open kitchen. We were immediately asked what we wanted to drink after the menus were put on the table. I advised the server we would need to look at the menu. I'm always disappointed when I'm handed a menu in a sheet protector when items scratched out. I just feel like a reprint to remove items shoes management understand customer experience. We choose the strawberry kiwi cider that was on rap but not on the menu. I ordered the regular burger no bun american cheese. Hubs ordered the mushroom swiss and we ordered onion rings to split. Beer is cold. Dining room is okay but the burgers made both of us sick within an hour. We did discuss with our server that my burger was seasoned and cooked (I thought) but hubs was like hockey puck and inedible. Prices felt high but this economy makes everything higher. Our bill plus tip was $55.82 for two burgers, onion rings and two beers. Maybe next time we would just get apps and brews. read more

Didn't have their regular fries bc we got full on onion rings but one of our party got the sweet potato fries and they were solid! Seated quickly and servers were attentive. Considering how busy they were, it makes most of this acceptable. They had a 25 minute wait for 5 people which wasn't bad for a $.50 wing night. BUT if you're going to have nights with deals and know that every table is going to be filled in that place, please have the means to be timely or the staff to handle it. We were there 2+ hours. Waited 30 minutes to be sat, 30+ minutes for the appetizer, and probably 45 minutes for the food. Wings that they rave about were mediocre, and kind of soggy honestly. I get it's busy and a lot going on but that doesn't excuse being unequipped to handle business. Will try again on a day that isn't their most busy day. Lived up to its name. Food was (as always) very good. Portions are large and burgers are imaginative. The quality of the food is what bumped this up from a one star review. Service was very bad. It was at least five minutes after we sat before our server arrived. It took almost an hour to get our food. We barely saw our server, and the kids were wanting refills. We finally asked a manager about our food, as our server hadn't told us anything (the few times we saw her). When the food finally came, the manager apologized and said she hoped the food was worth the wait. While it was good, it is not worth waiting an hour for a burger. No explanation, no offer of anything for our wait. Automatic 20% gratuity added to our check because we were a party of six. Our server did not earn anything beyond that and 20% for the level of service we received was generous. Bush league indeed. read more

Finally made it in to check out Bush League. Saw many great reviews in a local food group on social media and was excited to try the food. I had the pick 3 with fried pickles, jalapeño cheese curds and onion rings. I asked Shay our bartender what to pick and she said the cheese curds were top notch! They did not disappoint! Pickles were thin and not salty! That's the biggest issue with fried pickles. So salty you can only eat a few. Nope! I ate them ALL! Onion rings were fried perfect but they were bland. The batter definitely needed some flavor. I had the 6 piece Nashville Hot dry rub traditional wings all flats and requested them fried hard (extra). They in fact were not fried hard but the flavor was 5 stars so I didn't even complain. I was full from eating 100 cheese curds and fried pickles so I ate one and took the rest home and threw it in the air fryer later. It all worked out! I had a bourbon cocktail and my friend had a patty melt with a non alcoholic cocktail. Not on the menu but Shay was kind enough to accommodate my friend who requested a mocktail. I enjoyed the food and the service and look forward to visiting again soon and bring my husband. The menu is HUGE! So many options and so many things to go back and try. read more

I had the Fried Blue, it was huge but it was not good...I only tasted black pepper. It was hot greasy which surprised me but not something I would ever order again or suggest anyone to try. Cool vibe in Bush League. Hannah the Bar Manger is awesome and very accommodating. My boyfriend is a Dodger fan and we were trying to find a place that will play them. Shady business practices. I ordered a burger, and the server asked if I wanted fries with it. I asked what the options were & she said "fries, onion rings, fried pickles". So I went with the onion rings. She never mentioned that onion rings are a $10 upgrade. Ten freaking dollars. You should let people know when something is an upgrade...especially when it's about the cost of a whole appetizer. Second, she tried to sneak in a 20% tip without letting anyone know ahead of time. We had a party of 6 people. I was the only one who caught the 20% tip hidden in the receipt & warned everyone, otherwise they would've tipped an additional 15-20%.
