I eat here often for lunch and the food was good. I wanted wings after work tonight so I ordered 10 bone in wings and couldn't believe what they served me. The wings were fried to a crisp and very very small (pigeon wings). I complained to the waitress and he brought me six more fried hard and small wings. His only comment "the wings are small tonight". Well I hate to join with the rest of the reviews but looks like I must. I truly love to look for the bright side of restaurants but this one was not great. Our server was almost nonexistent l, our food came out at room temperature and the food came out slower than other BWW we go to. We asked for carrots and celery, but they never came. With it taking extra time, getting warm not hot food is a major disappointment. I am afraid the other reviews tell you the true story about this location. I will not return to this one again. I gave it two stars because the building was new and clean. Based on service and food it is a one star or less. Buffalo Wild Wings... the Zoellners should have just closed the location in the plaza and been done at that. They built a nice new building and made it brighter inside. That's all they got going for them. It's the same lazy manager and staff that are running the place. They don't care, you don't get the right items, you wait FOREVER and things still aren't right. While the food was fine the noise of the TV was painful to the ears. WAYYYYY TO LOUD. Not conducive to a eating atmosphere. While I love soccer I watch it on TV for a reason! I can turn the volume down! The new building is arranged in a way that they could actully turn down the areas of none sports people!! Went to the bathroom hoping for some relief from the noise and the music was even louder. What's wrong with you people this is not a nightclub! I was at BWW in August on a Tuesday where it is buy one traditional wing get one free , well we place our order I asked for two medium traditional wings and each order having two flavors so one medium with two flavors and the other medium with two flavors I even clarified this to the waitress . Our order comes and the young lady bring 4 trays of medium wings and I told her she must've been confused but I only ordered two mediums with two flavors on each tray . I asked her to fix the order and she told me not to worry about it that her manager will take care of the other two orders she added on .... well her manager took off $4..... my bill should've been 15-17$ and it ended up $37 I asked her about the bill and she said oh yeah sorry she didn't take off the other one she will only take off $4 . So again I had four trays on my table of medium wings and only ordering two . When telling the waitress if she can fix it she says her manager said she'll take care of the accidental second set of two and she doesn't ?! She took off $4 isn't that kind of ridiculous considering me asking the young lady to take back the food and still paying over $37 for the two extra tray I DIDNT ORDER and DID NOT EAT !?! read more

I love that it's a new location that offers outside seating as well however I feel as if the overall seating amount is very limited. I have also found that unless you're seated at the bar then your service isn't the greatest. The servers have a tenancy to 'forget' about you. read more
