I came to review BDubs and saw an old review that I hadn't submitted just a few months ago. That original review was one star. I had too many negative things to say and I stopped coming to this location. That being said, I took a chance and came back about a month ago on a Friday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am happy to say that it seems like a totally new and improved location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I typically sit in the open bar area. Whoever hired the new wait staff, should decide the next president. These servers and the bartender are the nicest and most competent serving staff at this location in a long long time. Even when I sat outside, instead of making me order online, they went out of their way to come check on me and make sure I had everything I wanted. My food has been coming out fresh and hot. My drinks are filled almost instantly after I ask for another. And they are so friendly even when they're full and looked swamped. Please give these servers a raise and keep them around for a long time! Have them teach new incoming waitstaff because they are simply the best. I'm coming in every Friday including today. Came in on a Sunday night and had to wait a little bit for someone to seat us but other than that had no wait getting in (NOTE: This was NOT during football season which I'm sure would make a difference). Our server, Erica, was awesome and friendly! She made great recommendations and was a joy to get to talk to. We started with the fried cheese curds (it comes with Southwest Ranch, but I would recommend pairing it with regular Ranch instead) and then we each got a plate of wings. Food was quick and the place wasn't too rowdy! Not my favorite wingspot in Cedar Hill, but also not too shabby! Parking - For a non-football night, we had no trouble finding parking but I could see some struggles if you are going during a popular time. I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings plenty of times in my life and have never had a bad experience like this one. I went with my friend and my sister. Our waiter's name was Lou. He never got us any silverware, we had to ask for them. He was super slow at bringing out the food. He made fun of my friend and I because we are guys, and because we were joking around with my sister. He told me that he wanted me to leave because of that. He told my friend and I that we were ugly. He talked to us more than we talked the entire time. He kept coming to talk to us and just rambled about nothing. He sang us a very explicit song he wrote about his sex life and proceeded to twerk while singing his song. He also told us explicit details about his tattoos. One of his coworkers walked by when he was singing his explicit rap song and seemed slightly disgusted by his behavior. He stated that it was his first day as a waiter, but any job I had I would never be as unprofessional and as personal as he was. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not one to write reviews, especially bad ones, but the experience I had tonight was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had at a BWW. All I ordered was 10 boneless wings and a basket of potato wedges with a beer for me and my dad. We got our wings but wedges never showed. We were told they were coming when we asked our server, so we both ordered a second beer. After an hour I asked another waitress if she could check on them because we had waited over an hour at that point. She said she would check on it but then never came back (which I get, isn't her table/isn't her problem), but at that point I was wanting to speak to a manager. The tables next to us got their wedges so where were ours??? THEN, at about an hour and a half I walked up to our server after contemplating just leaving $25 on the table, but decided that I would walk up to our server and ask how much I owed because I was tired and needed to go home. He had me follow him to the POS and I handed him cash and just walked out. I understand being busy, I use to be a server too so I totally get it. And I get that it isn't all on him, but I am a bit outraged that we had probably the EASIEST order at the bar and never got half of our food. In hindsight I should have asked to talk to a manager, but it was already 10:30 at night and I was ready to go home. I don't know why we even bother going to BDubs in Cedar Hill. It's closer to our house than the one in Waxahachie or Mansfield, but after tonight's visit we will go the extra mile. It's about 50-50 wether or not our food will be correct and tonight it wasn't. Our waitress got it wrong and then the other wings we got had no sauce. We didn't say anything about the mishap for fear that our food maybe tampered with. Also it was my birthday and I showed the email to our waitress for a free snack size wings. Guess what???? Then the drink came late and when they brought the food they forgot the whole order, only wings came out, had to ask for the fries again and canceled the appetizer at that point. Our order started coming out, our appetizers and my husbands burger, we finished the appetizers my husband finished his burger and the wings nowhere in sight.
