Absolutely delicious pizza ! And not heavy on the tummy. These are woodfire pizzas , they are a brewery and pizza joint! Best of both worlds! They have several beers on tap, and lots of pizza creations. I made my own , I love pepperoni and jalapeno plus burrata cheese .. sooooo good! I am enticed to try the savory sister pizza , when I come back , I'm gonna try it! The also had soups and salads , and garlic bread. The service was fantastic, my family and I enjoyed this place. This is easily the best pizza I have had in Midlothian! I really enjoy Neapolitan style pizza, and this place hits the spot! I also appreciate all the beers they have on tap. They have a rotating selection. One night I came in and got a growler of my favorite beer. Unfortunately it isn't available all the time. Street parking is readily available. We had to wait about 10 minutes on a Saturday night, but that isn't bad! High ceiling to give you more open space so you don't feel stuffy and it's not hot even though the pizza oven is in the dining area. There was one server running the show, but she was attentive to all parties dining at the time I was there for lunch. This is probably the best pizza in Midlothian. I'm don't think you can find wood fire pizza anywhere else (sure, there's Mod, but that has a very distinct taste). That said, it is a bit pricey for the size. My only complaint would be that the pepperoni could have had more pepperoni, but the flavor was great on all three pizzas. We took this pizza to go and it was wonderful. I bet it's even better fresh out of the oven. There was plenty seating inside, so I think we will try done in the next time we get pizza. read more

The crust is perfect and you can choose from one of their specialty pizzas or build your own. The Italian salad had lots of yummy things in it and the Italian dead good. I really enjoyed this hidden gym of a restaurant. Went on a Friday night and even though it was busy was seated promptly because we had reservations through yelp. The restaurant itself is a nice size but what draws you in are the big pictures on the wall of the two sisters that own the place. Each picture has the two of them but not your average pics. I can't explain it but cool pics. Our waiter was really nice and helped us with a high chair for my baby. They had a nice wine selection to go along with the pizzas which were delicious. I can't wait for my son to get older so I can take him back to make his own pizza. They have a kids menu where they bring out all the ingredients to make it and once your done they bake it for you. Although grease was pooling on the top, it was not bad. Plenty of savory flavors, but most of the other flavors like the honey didn't stand out as much as I would have hoped. The crust was decent in its soft yet fairly sturdy texture. The house salad was a lot better than I was expecting. It had more fixings than I was expecting. It was above average for a house salad. The beer selection is decent, although half the menu is stuff you can find anywhere these days in DFW. The bartenders share an enthusiasm and palate for the beers that's appreciated to a degree. They do a brick oven style pizza and offer many different types to choose from. The restaurant itself is very nice also and they have a lot of craft beers you can take home with you in one of their growlers. First purchase is $30 then after that $6 to refill the growler with any beer of your choice. It wasn't very loud inside and the wait staff was very quick with bringing out food and drinks.
