Customer service here was completely terrible. First off it was very slow with plenty of workers talking to each other. After waiting for 25 min and no one coming to take our order I asked one of the workers if she could please take our order she said of course and never came back. We waited for about ten more minutes then got up to leave clearly frustrated which finally caused a waitress to come ask if we wanted to order something. This was ridiculous. Arrival time approximately 4:50 pm to 5:00pm. Sign in lobby says free seating in bar area. No greeter in the lobby, not yet at least. Only one other person in main seating area. No one was in the seating area and I was able to strategically pick the best seating for the 3 of us. 1. The game was easy to view. 2. Service was excellent. 3. Food was good. 4. We ordered 2 boneless wings combos, one with fries and the other with onion rings. The combo was supposed to come with carrot sticks and they forgot to put them in the bag. Since the bags were sealed, we didn't check the order until we got home. We also got chips and salsa and fried pickles. The food was ok, but not anything to rave about. We ordered online and picked up the order. It was ready when we arrived and we didn't have to wait. We had a gift card to pay for the whole order so we can't complain too much. Worst experience ever. 0 stars if I could. So I've been here a few times and the experience has been so so. Some good some bad. Mediocre food but you come here for the beer and sports in all honesty. This last visit the customer service was horrible. So it was a Thursday night football game and sure it was packed but it wasn't crazy. I have been here when there have been way more people. From the start it was horrible. I asked for a pitcher of bud light since they are $5 for Thursday night games. The server tells me he can't give me a pitcher it's not happy hour. I told him I'm well aware it's not happy hour but it's a Thursday game and I know the specials. He gives me a rude look and leaves. He comes back about 5 minutes later with my pitcher. No explanation or anything. So I found that weird and honestly he seemed like he didn't want to serve me for who knows what reason. Next we order wings. I get 10 and my friend gets 5. They are on special for .75 cents each on Thursday's. We place the order and wait. It's been 25 minutes. No food. We then ask our waiter what happened and he explains to us that it's taking longer then usually because of how busy it is. Ok I give him the benefit of the doubt. Another 20 minutes go by. It's now been 45 minutes since we placed our order. We see a manager and ask her about our food. She looks into it and ends up being they took our food to the wrong table and when they realized it wasn't for that table they just took the food back. She said they thought we left when we hadn't even moved. So our server told us it's taking longer then usual because it's busy, yet it seems like our food actually did come out 30 minutes ago and you didn't bother checking to see what is actually happening with my order. They bring me my wings in about 5 minutes and all is good. Except what happened to my friends 5 wings. Well seemed like he didn't even place his order in because when asked about it he said he didn't order wings when in fact he did. So again they rush to get the wings and we finally get all of our food only having to wait about and hour and 15 minutes. From there we never actually saw our sever again but it didn't matter at that point the game was about to end and most people had already started heading out. No apologies or anything to make up for it. I'm not asking for free food but a simple apology would have been great. I don't plan to come back here ever again and neither should you. read more

I've been here several times, tonight I was very disappointed. First they made us use the bar code scanner to order drinks which I followed. Waiter came to take our food order, and brought us paper menus to make it easier for us to order. Appetizer was brought out and he even brought out plates and napkins along with our sauce. We waited an hour and he finally came around another time and asked if our food was still not brought out. It wasn't, he never put out order in. All they discounted me was our tater tots. Was here today Monday (Labor Day) around 8:30pmish. There was about 15 to 20 tables open and we were told we'd be seated in five to ten minutes, there'sfour of us. I saw one table that had all the salt and pepper shakers on it and I knew they must be getting ready to clean up and close. But it said on Yelp that they were open till 1am. So we waited for about 10 to 15 minutes and were seated. Waited for about 8 to 12 minutes before someone came over and took our drink order. Sprite, water, lemonade and a cherry limeade. In the drink section the cherry limeade says "hand shaken" but when I got it the glass was half red and half clear. I had to stir it myself and it had no lime to it. We put our food order in with the drinks. I got nine wings, wife got chicken strips, son got basket of fries and daughter got mac and cheese. The mac and cheese came first by a different waitress. Then my nine wings came out by our waitress. Wife's chicken strips came out by a different waitress and my son's "fries" came out last about five minutes after we got our meals by a different waitress. Four different waitresses brought out our food at different times. Then while eating all of a sudden they start playing Ranchera music. I've never experienced that at a BWW. I'm not saying I minded it but never knew they play that kind of music. Then they'd go back to rock, alternative then back to ranchera. Then when they went back to rock, Depeche Mode's Enjoy the Silence came on and all of a sudden they started blasting the music. I thought I was in a club! Took 15 minutes to get a server to even take our drink order... Another 10 minutes to get the drinks. Our server never came back to check on refills or provide us any plates for the appetizer we ordered. Normally in would have told the manager but he was too busy moving tables around to even notice us. Our wing order took 20 minutes maybe longer and when our wings finally arrived we noticed they messed up the order, (left off the traditional Buffalo wings and substituted another flavor).
