Hello ! This place is great had good food and offers all sports to watch but is definitely under staffed . I went Saturday afternoon the wait was long but I didn't mind seeing there was 1 server for the entire area . 1 server for the bar area and The greeter was so nice and he was helping the server out a lot , they showed teamwork ! After we were sat 20-30 min later I saw a bit more staff which was nice . Our drinks did delay but our food came one after the other, no issues with the food . It was delicious ! The all American burger was really good smash burger style and my families wing were good aswell . I ordered a Jameson and ginger ale all good there :) Liz was our server and she was great attentive and was doing Her best!!! With a smile ! Ordered online. We ordered on a Thursday for their match wings. We went inside the restaurant to pick up our food. First of all, we were ignored. The restaurant wasn't even busy. After about 7 minutes or so, finally someone approached us and we gave our name and the guy went to grab our food and just dropped it on the counter and left (as if he was bothered by us). There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We didn't get our drinks and we weren't going to wait around for another 10minutes to get our drinks. The wing boxes were tilted so the sauce spilled. The wings were ok. Came here for a quick dinner with my wife- I was hoping BWW had gotten better since the last time I was here but unfortunately I was disappointed. Our server was quick and decently friendly. If you've never been here you can expect TV's everywhere you look, loud volume and a lot of different wing sauce/flavor options. We ordered 2 flavors of wings and shared a large fry. The wings were OK at best, mine were a bit dry (I got the asian zing). For the small amount of food we ordered and lack of customers in the dining room the food took longer than I expected. Our fries were actually bad, they were a little stale, did not seem fresh at all and we got a lot of the fry ends and small bits. If you want to just come here and drink some beers and watch a game while eating OK food, this will be fine for you, but this is not a restaurant for families or a decent dinner. read more

Okay first of all, at first the lady seemed very nice and took our order very quickly. The thing is that after that she never really came back . When they brought us our food it was all silent. A few things I never got my Dr Pepper, still got charged for it tho. Never got any refills for my water after 45 mins. The place was empty too and the kitchen sucked , this food was NOT it. The customer service was NOT it. I GOT CHARGED TWICE FOR A LEMONADE very many inconsistencies with my bill. The place was also beeping from the outside for some reason like if the fire alarm was on. Came here 4/28/26 a little after 7pm. No staff available to sit in the dining area so we had to sit in the bar area. Plenty of TV's for the games. They have a good bogo deal on wings Wednesdays. But service was slow, they were understaffed, the ranch and blue cheese taste like sour cream. Took forever to get blue cheese. Had to ask for another drink and water refills. Clearly understaffed and the paying customer has to deal with it. We asked for the manager and the waitress claimed she was the manager but didn't behave like it. She was dismissive, short and unapologetic about service. Poor management if she is truly a manager. They had literally 5 tables inside & 3-4 servers. Do not recommend. When I ordered take out, they never included the wings. There potato wedges were salty AF, and mozarellas tasted nasty. Only edible thing were the pretzels. But anyways, these workers need to check there orders before handing it off to the customers. This is not the first time a Buffallo Wild Wings branch did this to me. I never thought I'd save it, but if I could give no stars, I would. The last two times I have ordered for delivery. The order has been wrong. The first time I let it go, but the second time everything in the order was wrong. I filled out two surveys, and then I got a follow up to the survey, asking me to share my experience from the customer satisfaction survey. I put all my concerns in all of the surveys I did and there was never an apology or a follow up. Early on I did receive an email telling me someone would follow up and contact me. Did that ever happen, no. I used my birthday gift cards in addition to reward points from all my past orders. I used to order once a week and now every time I see them pop up, it makes me sick to my stomach. Honestly waiting for all BWW locations to close to make way for better food spots because every location I've been to follows the same script / checklist - terrible, cold food, long waits even when it's dead, obnoxiously loud and jungle gym activities from children with their parents completely blocking them out - even at like midnight, jeez - and insanely overpriced, especially for the quality. Ordered the typical buffalo boneless wings with tots, and while it was at least edible, it's just not worth the price, calories, or time. Everything was served cold and maybe it was because we went late, but it wasn't like we went 5 minutes until close, y'know? Probably a good hour or so beforehand. We did not place a large order either, just shared some wings & tots. I recall the server at this specific location being nice-ish, although the service is never really memorable. It's been a long week, specially with all the Christmas shopping so we decided to take a break and stop by our neighborhood Buffalo wild wings here in Cerritos. Unfortunately, we did not eat due to the fact that we were waiting in the lobby or like 30-40 minutes. Came here around 7:30pm left at 8:10pm. Some young tall skinny black dude was at the front desk dude look like he had no idea what was going on. Maybe he is new or something. Not sure. All I wanted was to eat with my family. We decided to go to Chuck E. Cheese across the street maybe next time it would be better hopefully Hopefully this negative review will catch management eye. How don't you have the basics in game day?! Not everyone drinks beer and that all that was available. Waiter made an appearance every now and then and when he did he flew by. There was no host or staff member attending the front when we arrived, so after waiting a while, I took it upon myself to ask an employee if it was okay to seat ourselves at the bar. We sat down and waited -- 45 minutes -- before anyone even came over to take our order, despite asking multiple employees for help. When we finally got a server, we ordered both drinks and food right away because we had already been waiting so long. It then took another 20 minutes just to get our drinks, and another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. What made it worse was seeing other people who sat after us (especially those at the bar top) getting their food first. It honestly felt like our order was forgotten or never entered correctly. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, dirty, and disorganized. I went to the restroom to wash up, and there were no paper towels, trash all over the floor, and overall poor cleanliness throughout the restaurant. The service made it so difficult to like this place. Pros, they have a large indoor and outdoor seating area. Parking was also fairly easy. But everything else wasn't great. We really should have left when it took a really long time to be greeted. We ended up doing self seating in the bar, because the hostess never did come. Our server took a really long time to acknowledge us as well. So from that point forward it was our fault for staying. We knew what we wanted ahead of time so we were able to give our food and drink order immediately, but it took a really long time to receive our drinks and even longer to receive our food. Our server was nice, but they were very obviously understaffed for the amount of customers they had seated. The food quality also wasn't great, our order wasn't accurate and the over meal was very mid. I probably wouldn't choose to come here again, but if friends were set on coming I might consider it, maybe. read more

I recently visited your Cerritos location (Store #308) and had a very disappointing service experience despite the food quality being good. Upon arrival, my guest and I were left waiting at the entrance while the host was engaged in a personal conversation and did not acknowledge us. After eventually being seated, we were informed that we needed to place a card on file to order. Since neither of us had a physical card, we asked if we could pay upfront, but this option was not offered or explained by our server, Ricki. After paying, we waited for our drinks and food. We noticed that another table seated after us received both their drinks and food before we received even our beverages. At that point, I had to approach another staff member to ask about the status of our order. When our food did arrive, it was brought out separately, which disrupted our ability to eat together. Additionally, after briefly checking on us once, our server did not return, while continuing to check on nearby tables multiple times. While the food itself was enjoyable, the level of service we experienced was disappointing and did not reflect the standard I would expect. I also saw that other locations have low stars as well. This poor customer service will definitely be the end of Buffalo Wild Wings business if changes aren't made, remember we are the ones that pay your bills. read more

Ordered takeout since I noticed there was a deal on wings. We ordered the $19.99 meal deal which included 20 wings (4 flavors), 3 sauces, and 1 side. We chose Asian Zing, Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Garlic, and Lemon Pepper. We also ordered an appetizer sampler which included boneless wings (not pictured), nachos, mozzarella sticks (4), and onion rings (4 pieces). I placed my order in advance and was given a time when my order would be ready via email. I arrived a few minutes past the "ready" time and upon entering the restaurant I was told to go to the counter for pick ups. The host at the door was really loud and kept telling customers if they wanted to sit at the bar since it was gna be a 20 min wait; even though there were plenty of open tables available (maybe they were short staffed; who knows) but anyways, no one was at the counter. Waited a few minutes and a gentleman came thru the door and asked if I've been helped, in which I responded no and I was here for a pick up. He went back to check on my order and never came back. I waited there for about 5-10 minutes observing the dining area and I can see how a lot of tables were frustrated and how short staffed they were. After about 20 mins of waiting they finally came out to hand me my order. Upon leaving I decided to check my order in the car and noticed that I had missing items in my order. Back into the store I go and as I approached the counter the gentleman asked me if there was something wrong with my order. I let him know I was missing a few items (onions rings, and mozzarella sticks) I ended up waiting another 20 mins to receive my full order. I was quite disappointed in the service that I received. The food was mediocre to say the least. I haven't visited a BWW since my college years (10 years ago haha) but now I can confirm why I wouldn't be going back. Maybe it's just a bad location? Who knows! Would rather prefer Wingstop! The only upside I can say about BWW is being able to eat, drink, and watch sports games in the dining area. the absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever ordered at. To say the least never coming again, I ordered my food at 5:38 and it said it was ready at 6pm. Went in to grab it and was not attended the first TWENTY minutes of waiting. And finally about 5 workers asked me what I was there for and I kept saying I was there for a pick up. I was ignored for 30 minutes. I did not receive my food until 6:39. And the sodas were watered down. I had called the store 7 times and they did not pick up until the 8th call. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered takeout and even left a tip (which wasn't necessary), only to get home and realize my order was completely wrong. The 20 boneless wings I ordered? Missing. The fries? Also missing. I tried calling the location over 10 times with no answer. So, I had no choice but to drive all the way back to get my order corrected. When I arrived, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, after waiting another 15 minutes, they handed me my food--still wrong and STILL missing my fries. At this point, I had already wasted enough time, but I waited again--another 15 minutes--for someone to come out, which never happened. The place was a ghost town. No one at the phones, no one at the front desk, no one seating guests. So, I looked through the kitchen window and what do I see? Two employees on their phones, dancing around like they were at a party. Completely unprofessional.
