I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered takeout and even left a tip (which wasn't necessary), only to get home and realize my order was completely wrong. The 20 boneless wings I ordered? Missing. The fries? Also missing. I tried calling the location over 10 times with no answer. So, I had no choice but to drive all the way back to get my order corrected. When I arrived, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, after waiting another 15 minutes, they handed me my food--still wrong and STILL missing my fries. At this point, I had already wasted enough time, but I waited again--another 15 minutes--for someone to come out, which never happened. The place was a ghost town. No one at the phones, no one at the front desk, no one seating guests. So, I looked through the kitchen window and what do I see? Two employees on their phones, dancing around like they were at a party. Completely unprofessional. Horrible disgusting old food when I went to celebrate Veterans Day as a disabled veteran. They're serving us all trash old food that even has the meat dried and hardened inside. Even the sauce was dry and crusty even though we ordered we sauces. Terrible quality and took forever the food to even be served. Came here to eat with my boyfriend and had a very disappointing experience with our server, Sasha, and the manager, Chris. After taking our order, Sasha asked for a credit card to put on file. I handed her mine, and she came back saying it was "locked." I told her it wasn't, but we still gave her another card she claimed that one was "locked" too, even though neither card had any issues. She went to speak with her manager, and I mentioned that if it was a problem, we could just cancel the order. When she returned, she told us her manager said we either needed to hand over the cash we planned to pay with before getting our food, or Zelle the manager so he could put his own card on file. Excuse me, what? I even pulled out a stack of cash to show we weren't going to run out on our bill. We've been here before and have NEVER been asked to pay upfront, so this felt extremely unprofessional and honestly discriminatory. Great late night snack! We love the traditional wings and unbeknownst to us it was bogo for Tuesday traditional. A great surprise. We ordered 6 and got 12 for less the price. I totally agree with the general consensus of Buffalo Wild Wings' 2-star overall rating. The food is never really that good, but I'll be generous enough to add an additional star for putting me in a slightly better mood on a Monday evening. For whatever reason that doesn't involve the words of that one Bangles song, I was feeling crappy and unhappy. My lunch order of a salad where I got less salad and more dressing was definitely a contributing factor. What's a Yelper to do in this case?? Well, I needed to make a stop somewhere nearby, and I knew I had to make a purchase at BWW sometime within the next couple of months before my Blazin' Rewards points expired. I reckon it was sometime during COVID when B Dubs upped the requirement from 6 months to 12 where a purchase needed to be made in order for points to remain active. Having amassed a handful over the years as a Blazin' Rewards member, I definitely did not want to lose it all! Since I didn't know how long I'd be at that somewhere, I scheduled a pickup time for when I thought I could make it there. I was about 5-10 minutes early, and no surprise that my order was not ready yet. What was more of a surprise was that I didn't see anyone behind the order counter, but an employee did come out of the back, appearing to be in the middle of something, and I couldn't help but interject to let him know I had placed an order online in advance. He might have been juggling things, and staffing might have been low now that football's offseason is only a month old. He went to the back to check on my order and came out about 3 minutes later to let me know my order should be ready in 3 more minutes. It was really more like 5, but I'm not going to hold that against them. At least it wasn't 20! lol He handed me a plastic bag that contained two takeout boxes, one big and one small, and a paper bag of napkins. Well, it wasn't just napkins. It also included three servings of carrots and celery. Yes, I actually did order that many. Why? Well, two of them supplemented my 10-piece boneless wing combo, which was $9.99, and I needed to spend an additional penny to get 100 points added to my account. Without that third serving of vegetables, I would have only gotten 50 points. Big difference, so I simply requested a third to compensate for the lack of vegetables from my salad order earlier that day. The 10-piece boneless wing combo wasn't your usual one. In fact, it was called LCS, which I thought was named after baseball's playoff series that precede the World Series rather than League of Legends. When I placed my order in the app, I only saw the boneless wings, potato wedges, carrots, celery, and one of ranch or bleu cheese. When I saw fries in my takeout box alongside the boneless wings, I deemed it a pleasant surprise because the LCS combo was supposed to use potato wedges in lieu of fries. Instead, I scored an unexpected extra side :) The boneless wings come with a flavor, and I chose Buffalo Ranch, two words that when spoken together may constitute a cardinal sin as confirmed by my former community director, who hailed from that very city prior to moving to the LBC. It was a new flavor they were rolling out, and I just wanted to roll with it. While I didn't taste the ranch, I very much tasted the Buffalo even though it could have been bolder. The sides, no surprise, could have used more flavor/seasoning, but they were just enough to escape the world of meh. It also helped that I got a generous serving of both sides, which I devoured like a madman. All things considered, I wasn't unsatisfied with my meal considering I tempered my expectations to a great extent. If I were expecting a gourmet five-course dinner, of course I would have expressed complete and utter disappointment, but can you really expect something like that at a sports bar? Absolutely not, but $10 plus taxes and a 99-cent takeout fee is more than acceptable in my book for a sizeable meal that was actually edible save for a few blemishes on the baby carrots that I was willing to let slide. Bottom line: Keep your expectations in check. Who knows? It might be the saving grace of your long and draining day! read more

Have to speak up to talk to people next to you. We each had BOGO wings and shared a generous order of crispy fries. There was no silverware. Your hands and face will be sticky and covered with sauce. They have such a wide area of seating with no way to tend the tables because of what I assume is due to understaffing. We went last night at 7pm, we got sat down pretty quick but when we got sat down we waited about 30 minutes for our waitress to take our order. We waited another 30minutes to get half our order, another 30minutes for a beer that we had ordered since the beginning and the other half of our food.
