This location is horrible. Walked in around 9:15 to order to-go, waited about 10 minutes and decided to order online. I don't like ordering online because I don't get my 15% discount. Sat down, my email told me that our order would be ready at 9:50. We didn't get our food till about 10:05, mind you, the place is not busy. I ordered lunch take out from this location via their website. My order was a simple: boneless wing lunch combo, with the fries upgraded to the wedges for the extra charge. My coworker was kind enough to offer to pick up the takeout order. So I wasn't able to verify the order at the restaurant myself. When I received my order, it was wrong. Instead of boneless, they gave me traditional wings. Which by the way, were over fried and dry, tasted like old wings...totally gross. They also gave me regular fries instead of the upgraded wedge. So I called them, I told them that the order was wrong, the female employee told me they were out of wedges, and that the website should not have allowed me to customize my order. I asked her, so why i would still be charged extra? Why didn't you adjust it? She didn't couldn't give me an answer, just a "I'm not sure". She asked me if I wanted to come pick up boneless wings, or a refund- which could take 7-10 days. I asked for refund. My order was placed August 15th. Today is September 1, and no refund was ever issued. I'm leaving this review, because while the errors may not be "a big deal" to some, it was to me. Lastly, the fact that they promised to refund the lunch, and didn't follow through on their part, is also a reason for this low review. read more

It really wings at all. They're more like nuggets. And it's sad too because they're spot on with their flavor options. Let me just start off by saying my pick up experience was absolutely horrible ! I love the food here at BWW but the service here at this location makes me not want to go back to any BWW! My girlfriend and I ordered the 20 boneless wings meal deal at around 4:15pm on Sunday 2-23-25. We arrived a bit late at around 4:40 to find that our order had not even started to be made ! We then had to wait an extra 15-20 mins for our order that had an eta ready time at 4:30. We were not waiting alone. There was about 4 other online orders experiencing the same delays. My daughter loves ranch dressing. So for her birthday we decided to have a ranch party. She also loves chicken wings (great to dip in ranch) and it was buy one get one half of day at Buffalo Wild Wings. I went to order online and for 60 wings the website was quoting me 74.99. However, if I ordered online, it only gave me a pick up asap and I had to finish Christmas shopping so I decided to call in my order for a later pick up time. When I arrived, the first server couldn't get the order up on the screen and passed me on to another server. The 2nd server told me it was 88.99. I showed them the app and my cart that said 74.99. He got a manager and they said I could just pay online since they said they could not give me that price in the restaurant even though it was their location quoting me that price on their website. I proceeded to order online as instructed and accidentally added an extra order of wings but it would not let me delete the extra order. One of the workers tried to delete it but couldn't. He then tried to find someone who could help. Another person came out and said I had to pay the 88.99 and that they could not honor the online price nor could I just pay online as the previous manager instructed. Needless to say, the customer service is what got them the poor rating. If you tell a customer to do one thing and then turn around and say they can't is not good service. An online price should not be different than in restaurant unless it is an online only promotion (which it was not). To not honor the online price is also poor form. I ended up leaving and taking my business to Wingstop. I was greeted with warmth and kindness and they charged me the amount they actually quoted online. The Buffalo Wild Wings experience was extra running around and extra stress on my daughter's birthday! Not an experience I would recommend. What has happened to this once yummy place for wings?? Ordered lunch to go there to be ready for pick up at 11:30 am on 9/11 (Wednesday). First of all, never ready when you ask for it to be ready and you stand around waiting and second YUCK! The boneless wings were so hard I couldn't put my fork in them to eat and they were so dry. Not saucy at all. Third, the wedge fries were like they got the previous nights fries from the trash and threw them in some oil and put them in a container. They were cold, shriveled up and hard. I don't know what is going on but I won't eat there again. It's a miracle I didn't get sick. When opening first thing in the morning you'd think the food would be super fresh not the opposite. I've been to several BWW locations and never really had an issue. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by blank stares as I walked to bar. Friends and I ordered a couple rounds of beer and wings to snack on (see attached for wing). The place wasn't too busy so I didn't expect service to be bad, until it was. Our server refused to honor the fact that our wings looked infested with rabies. All we asked was for a new basket to which she proceeded to bring out her manager. Apparently this guy gets off on providing an awful guest experience. He argued with us for 6 minutes about chicken wings then ran away to the back like a peasant. Ordered through the app and repeatedly get orders with mistakes. Call this last time to ensure they would check my order before delivery. After they guaranteed they would order still arrived wrong. When I called I was told chicken tenders could not be seasoned even though it's a clear option you must make in the BDubs app. When I told this to the manager she said the app was online and they had no control of options it allowed. When I requested a refund I was told no because they did nothing wrong despite the order not meeting what I paid for and ordered. Was the told since it was delivered through their corporate app that I need to follow up with Door Dash as they delivered the food and they would be handling refunds. I never used door dash and the charge to my card was from BDubs, not Door Dash. Never going back again and I'm going to spread the word on this place but at 2 stars they can't get much worse. read more

Audrey with the snake bites in her lips was our server in the bar area and we asked for 2 flavors each when we got the buy one get one on ten and she was rude telling us we're not allowed 2 flavors each only one each. Then we asked for them extra wet and when they arrived they were dry af and no extra wet sticker on them. When we told her they weren't extra wet but dry, she said "you don't have to pay extra for the wet" when we would've paid more for extra wet. Then when we complained she said "if that sh*t ever happens to you again just ask me and I'll send it back to the kitchen to get them tossed again." I don't normally like leaving bad reviews, but the service we had at BWW warrants this. My boyfriend and I showed up at 7:45pm to BWW and were told the dining room was closed already but we could order at the bar. They said last call was 8pm and they close at 9pm but we only wanted food. We sat at the bar while several servers saw us and ignored us until I managed to flag a server down around 7:55pm to which she told me she could no longer take my order because they were closing at 8 (even though the sign said 9pm). I let her know that we had been sitting for about ten minutes, actively being ignored all the while the servers kept flirting with tables of the men buying drinks but didn't want to serve us. They kept serving those tables and at no point did they notify them that last call had passed. The server that directed us on our way out was the only kind and helpful person in this entire restaurant. If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

If I could rate this place, I would rate it a zero. The service here is HORRIBLE they never have anyone in front of house and not a server nor host nor ANYONE is ever there to help. Even if you place a Togo order through the app, your food is cold because there is no one to bring you the food. Also I never see a manager on the floor, ever! Honestly not the best location. Worked for this company for almost a year, between three different locations. By far the worst. It was cute having hot managers but honestly, wasn't worth the struggle. The servers all fight over shifts, trade shifts a lot, and are very lazy. I went in 2-3x a week only to be cut w/in 3 hrs of working. At prior locations I worked 30-45 hrs a week! NO ONE stays at the host stand. I came from a training store in a different state and we always had a host at the door and helped keep sections organized. They just seat every single table especially when it gets busy, and this causes the most problems for every part of the restaurant especially the servers cuz we're on the frontline. - When everyone gets sat at the same time, and orders at the same time, the kitchen gets backed up with orders, tickets get lost, food takes forever to come out, customers get angry and then don't tip, because they'll seat every table at the same time and flood the kitchen with orders. Here, they basically prioritize bar and leave the dining room a free for all. It'll be 2 servers on for 40 tables. They always pushed for customers to use the QR code which was convenient for the servers cuz then you can see the ticket and run the food. This causes issues though when you seat 100 people at once. Then, those that struggled to check out, we would have to run card payments for them, and they took all the card processors except for like 2 which really sucked. Again, I came from a training store and I was one of the best servers they had! My GM was actually really sad when I moved. Then I get here, and they fire me because I had "too many walk outs" some of which happened WHILE I WAS SPEAKING TO A MANAGER! It's insane. And then they keep on the laziest servers they have all becuz of favoritism. But no, they took 0 responsibility, then 1 1/2 later gave me a check they didn't pay me upon firing me. Definitely one the worst locations I worked for. The servers aren't all bad, but let me tell you, they have some questionable ppl on. read more
