I've always had a good experience at this In-N-Out location. The burgers and fries are consistently good, and they never question any of my modifications. Sometimes I order a cheeseburger wrapped with whole grilled onions and topped with chilis. At other locations, I've been told they can't add the chilis and end up giving them to me on the side instead. On my most recent visit, I ordered a cheeseburger animal style with whole grilled onions. It was delicious. I love onions, so having both the whole grilled onions and the chopped grilled onions made it even more flavorful. The pickles were also very crunchy, which really elevated the burger. The fries were a little more well-done than usual, but they still tasted good. I always get the light pink lemonade, which is refreshing and pleasantly tart. There's usually a long line in the drive-thru, but it moves quickly. I'll definitely continue visiting this location whenever I'm craving In-N-Out. read more

5/10/26 Small, tiny but mighty, this In n Out location is OG since I've been living in Bellflower/Lakewood for 20 years. The drive thru is 2 separate lines, only a few outdoor seating, no outdoor seating to speak of but it runs like clock work, no hiccups. Staff are friendly & very efficient. I guess I never bothered to drop a review even if we've patronized this location even before YELP existed. There's usually staff that take orders while you're in line and there's a walk up as well. Even though another In-n-Out has opened down the street this place still seems to take a really long time, sometimes even when the line isn't long. Not sure what the cause for this is, or if I just came at a bad time when someone made a large order or something. Still, service here is nice and prompt. Line and wait time is often hit or miss. I avoid In-n-Outs a lot for their wait times, but this one in particular has me swerving away just to avoid obscene wait times. Got a cheeseburger animal style on my last visit here, and it was tasty and cheap! Quality is consistent with all other locations I've been to. Worst experience at an In N Out ever. Ordered 2 double doubles animal style w/ fries to go. I live 5 minutes away. What I got was 2 regular Doubles with jalapeños, and ice cold over cooked fries with no taste. I wasn't able to return to complain, the first bite with the jalapeño nearly made me sick. I stopped next to the car, in pretty long lane , and didn't know that actually two driveways, but guy who takes order even looked at me but didn't show me that I can go to short lane, until another car started to pull over there. We were in Lakewood and it is time for lunch. Wow look there is an In-N-Out. It is on Bellflower and South so I didn't have to go to the newer one on Bellflower and 91 FWY. Did I say newer one?..ok... so this one we went to might be a bit older judging by the way the restaurant has a drive thru splitting the place into two separate buildings. Ok, so is there an inside?.... and ordering is on the outside? .. but, [[HIGHLIGHT]]a nice warm sunny patio area is available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A cheeseburger combo for the lovely missus and a double double for me with the best pink lemonade anywhere. We did not have to wait very long and our number was called. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One must do a safe look to make sure the drive thru is clear to pick up the boxed burgers at the window... ...then brave that arctic blast at the window to keep bugs out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Tonight, I went to In-N-Out Burger to order two cheeseburgers and a hamburger for my grandson. I just drove off, and then I heard someone shouting, "Sir! Sir!" A young lady ran up to my car while I was halfway into the street and said, "Wait a minute, we forgot to give you your fries!" We went today 09/19/2025 through the drive through at around 11pm and ordered food for me, my boys, and hubby and our order was completely wrong. Not only that but the buns on all of our burgers were burnt and hard to bite.Not even kidding but my sons tooth almost fell off when he bit his. Man this place has fallen apart over the last few years. And it continues to get worse. I have lived here for 40 years and this was the spot growing up. If I could literally give this location zero stars.. the two white male employees working on Monday,11:50pm March 10 2025, have horrible customer service. We had accidentally driven past the speaker because we did not see it. Afterwards, the employee came out and so we had asked if they were closed. He said we drove past the speaker and on the way in was laughing at us telling his coworker while mocking us. He then took our order and was very unprofessional and continued to laugh at us.
