Back again and they always get us in and out very fast pun intended! Poor lady outside taking orders in this heat. They should give them neck fans. She was so sweet and a good sport too. I love the burgers here and fries! I've never had a bad order from in n out. It's Sunday and it's well worth the wait. (Less than 10 minutes)

This is the smallest In-N-Out I have ever been to. There's no indoor seating.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I have never been to such tiny In-N-Out before. In fact, the layout confused me because I kept looking for the entrance until I realized that there's no indoor dining space[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. My order was ready pretty quickly, because I think there is less traffic through the drive-thru at this kiosk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a cold windy day, so eating my burger outside was not the most comfortable dining experience, but it sure was refreshing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food tasted just as good as any In-N-Out restaurant, even without the restaurant.

Even though another In-n-Out has opened down the street this place still seems to take a really long time, sometimes even when the line isn't long. Not sure what the cause for this is, or if I just came at a bad time when someone made a large order or something. Still, service here is nice and prompt. Line and wait time is often hit or miss. I avoid In-n-Outs a lot for their wait times, but this one in particular has me swerving away just to avoid obscene wait times. Got a cheeseburger animal style on my last visit here, and it was tasty and cheap! Quality is consistent with all other locations I've been to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super small location, with some parking in the front.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's no inside seating, but there's a window to order at the front if you get out of your car and order in person. Some tables and umbrellas outside if you wanted to eat onsite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    And Thank You...

We were in Lakewood and it is time for lunch. Wow look there is an In-N-Out. It is on Bellflower and South so I didn't have to go to the newer one on Bellflower and 91 FWY. Did I say newer one?..ok... so this one we went to might be a bit older judging by the way the restaurant has a drive thru splitting the place into two separate buildings. Ok, so is there an inside?.... and ordering is on the outside? .. but, [[HIGHLIGHT]]a nice warm sunny patio area is available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A cheeseburger combo for the lovely missus and a double double for me with the best pink lemonade anywhere. We did not have to wait very long and our number was called. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One must do a safe look to make sure the drive thru is clear to pick up the boxed burgers at the window... ...then brave that arctic blast at the window to keep bugs out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The staff here were helpful and friendly and put the drinks into a handy carrier. Time to eat and I usually start with my French Fries. Ah, savory goodness. In-N-Out Burger is still the best choice whether the location is old or newer.

Only one person taking orders. Usually happens nightly.

I find it annoying how you guys only have one person taking orders at night. This is the second time it happens. Add another associate do it for their sake because you have the one person doing it all. Treat your people better than this ...

    The whole menu!

I started with an Old Fashioned drink, which was solid - strong enough to pack a little punch but still taste good. We ordered a few appetizers - the Korean Beef Frachos were especially good and the Brussel sprouts were very solid. With so many appetizers, I went with a Caesar salad and two soft tacos (shrimp and fish). The Caesar salad was good and healthy sized, so I could share with others. It was a typical, but good, Caesar which didn't have anything fancy about it (no anchovies, egg yolk, etc), but nothing was really lacking either. Both soft/street tacos were good, respectable in size and very tasty. Other people in our party got burgers, goat cheese salad, chicken sandwiches, and everyone seemed very happy with their meals. Service was friendly and casual. Our server was the one who really recommenced the Frachos, which was a great call. I've been to Eurekas before and always been satisfied. I'd probably rate the typical location a 4-star experience, but this one seemed extra friendly and the food I enjoyed more than I expected, so a solid 5 star experience in my book.

Some of us had been to different Eureka! locations in Northern California and suggested to check this one, which was just across the parking lot from BJ's, out. I was glad we did. Not only was there no wait, they had a very chill covered outdoor patio as well. Their indoor area had more of a sports bar feel, which was cool, too. Staff were super friendly; our server told us about their loyalty program, and gave us some great recommendations on food and drinks. We're early enough to order quite a few things off the "Hoppy Hour" menu. I had the Wild Child cocktail, which had a pretty color, and was quite yummy. We shared 3 appetizers: Truffle Cheese Fries, Crispy Glazed Brussel Sprouts, Korean Beef Frachos. All 3 were delicious, and our favorite was the beef frachos, which was like an upgraded nachos, with very flavorful/tender ribeye steak pieces and mildly spicy seasonings with cheese over crispy potato wedges. It's truly the bomb! For my entree, I had the Al Pastor Fish Taco and the Blackened Shrimp Taco. Both were scrumptious, especially the shrimp one. My husband gave me some of his Caesar Salad, which was fresh and quite good. My sister-in-law shared some of her Napa Chicken Sandwich with me; it was delightful. Our daughter had the Goat Cheese Citrus Salad with added chicken and no pecans. She enjoyed it but said the amount of chicken she got wasn't worth the additional charge. Overall, we all enjoyed our food and had a great time. With the happy hour deals, I thought their prices were very reasonable. Would definitely consider coming here again for our next gathering.

It was extremely affordable, considering how many people we had. The Garlic mashed potatoes were dry. The BBQ baked beans tasted more like chili beans instead of baked beans and the side salad was saturated with dressing. I tried the chicken (garlic) and tri tip (bbq). My dad and sister got the rack of ribs and chicken. The food seemed like it had been cooked days before and was being reheated. The tri tip and bbq was tender and slightly smoky and the bbq sauce was decent, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make me consider returning.

Was fun to watch the hustle and bustle (and not-so-hustle of some). But BIG note for the manager/owner (and others who are concerned about it), almost ALL the FOH staff was chewing gum while working which is not just a health code violation but also just gross. Hopefully this gets addressed soon. I'll note, my server didn't check on us a single time. We were out of water and coffee by the time our check was dropped off. I will say, facing the back, I did see her (and other staff) go to the back and chew their gum, touch their phones, and drink their drinks without washing their hands and coming back up front (also a health violation, btw). As I mentioned, I've had good service in the past so I'm leaving it at 4-stars.

I usually order the Popeye Omelet with home fries and toast. Everything is seasoned well and the ingredients taste fresh. Other things I've tried include the Chilaquiles, French Dip, Kids Scrambled Egg Breakfast with French Toast, and Posole. Everything is classic and reliably good. You'll think, wow, I'll probably need a box to-go, but somehow you'll eat it all in one sitting! Sometimes you have to write your name down at the check-in stand out front in order to get a table. But I've never had to wait too long. The servers really pay attention to anything you might need without rushing you or asking lots of questions. So I think that's how they keep the wait time short. The vibes here are just 10/10 for a family breakfast. Our toddler likes watching the model train that circles the upper windows of the restaurant. I really enjoyed their Mexican dishes but preferred the breakfast menu overall. The hobo omelet and breakfast potatoes had great flavor. However, the biscuits and gravy were disappointing, tasting like store-bought biscuits and canned gravy--probably from Costco or Sam's Club.
