What compounded the issue is multiple entry points and no order to who arrived when to determine who's next. After a while we were seated in an area that provided a view of every screen so we could finish watching some games. After a short wait our server took our orders for apps and drinks. A short while later she took our orders. Our food arrived after a little wait. Not much to say. It's typical fair for this chain restaurant. The only reason I'm giving four stars was our server. Shawanda was great! She was responsible for a lot of tables and she seemed to perform her duties flawlessly, efficiently, and always smiled. This location does have it hard. Being in uptown their clientele really can range, which doesn't help them out. I've been when they've been so backed up that it's taken 1-2 hours to get your food even if you're ordering to-go. This typically happens during a game day (even just watching on the screens) or an event happening where a lot of attendees swarm in. They're out of ingredients for drinks and food at times. The staff really do try their best but dealing with people complaining all day and being backed up doesn't help make their jobs any easier. Based on the negative reviews I read 'after the fact', and the constant negative reviews, why hasn't corporate done a damn thing to correct this obvious problem is beyond me. it hurts the 'brand', not just the location. I suspect they are vulnerable, sales will continue to decline and ultimately they'll leave the business. if you cannot serve in the service business, then you should not be in the business. We ordered the first 10 and they came out in a reasonable time mainly because we were there when it opened. We ordered the second round and never got them almost 2 hours after we first arrived.
