I was SO impressed with this location!! I've had bad experiences with B Dubs where I live so my expectations weren't too high. However, between our amazing server and timely food this turned out to be the best experience we've had at BWW. I am hoping our server's name is on the receipt and I will update my review so I can give her a shoutout because she was incredibly attentive and friendly. When my dad asked what kind of ginger ale they served, she literally said that she was not sure and walked to the back to get the answer (Canada Dry, in case you're wondering too). This restaurant started on the wrong foot by not letting us have an open booth on a quiet Sunday night. The nachos we got to start I do not recommend. They were light on toppings and just dry. Nachos shouldn't be dry. The cheese wasn't melted. The Chipotle maple wings were delicious! I got a burger and onion rings which were as expected. They were LOUDLY yelling obscenities at her whenever she passed, disrupting our meal and obviously upsetting the young woman working. I rarely come here because I know during the season, football watchers often crowd around the screens. To my surprise, there was seemingly no one here --- on a Sunday night! I'm NOT surprise why though. Food took 45 minutes to get here and the service was extremely slow. Customer service was bottom of the barrel and the atmosphere did not scream family oriented or good old fashion American football culture. I used to live in this area a couple years ago, and sad to say I have watched the quality of this location decrease to this 1 star experience. I hope management takes the time to make improvements starting with employee morale. You can tell that the workers are overworked and under appreciated. I had lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings because it was close to where I was attending an event. I have never been impressed with Buffalo Wild Wings and wasn't this time either. I decided to try the ultimate nachos. I am of the belief that there are only good nachos and great nachos. These were good. For one thing, they weren't hot enough. Much of the cheese wasn't melted. They needed salsa which they weren't served with, so I asked for some. It was not very good. As in, I didn't even eat it. I added brisket which wasn't particularly good, and I wouldn't recommend. The guacamole I added was okay. BTW, they only take payment by phone. Don't go planning to pay cash or without your phone. Fortunately, I had my phone with me. We were seated quickly but it took a while to be greeted and served our drinks. We ordered a lunch Caesar salad. It was too salty to eat. It was also served with king strips of chicken but the server did not provide a knife. Overall all the food is too salty. My friend who ordered wings said her food was too salty too. We waited 15 minutes before I sent my son inside to place our order. 10-15 minutes later, the waiter shows up to verify the order. I requested 2 glasses of water& napkins because they were busy. 15 minutes later we got our drinks. No napkins and only 1 water. 20 minutes later my son's wings arrive. Cold. 10 minutes later my wings arrive. Wrong sauce and cold. I cancelled my order. Not once did a manager come to our table. Not once did anyone apologize. My 2nd glass of water (and a stack of cocktail napkins)arrived as I was standing to leave. We will never return to this location. My husband stopped in as this was super close to our hotel and we had planned to watch the UFC fights on a Saturday night. We first sat in the bar area and luckily two seats at the bar opened up. The place was currently understaffed and service was slow. It didn't matter as much sitting at the bar since we could always get a fresh round of drinks. The two bartenders were super friendly and made the night enjoyable. I also was entertained by some of the people who were also watching the fight. The food was good so no real complaints. My husband and I got wings to share. I will say the mango habanero and Thai curry were excellent. The Nashville hot lacks flavor so I would not advise getting that sauce in the future. read more

Then while we were laughing being pleasant she came over very rudely to tell us to be quite that we were too loud. We weee in the bar area at a high boy table. This has to be the worst BWW in the history of the company. I have lived less than 10 minutes from it for two years and have been there more than enough times to know they deserve the poor rating. It all started with my orders never being ready at the promised time. I have waited up to an hour and a half past my promise order time because they kept lying and saying 5-10 minutes then hiding in the back and not returning for extended periods of times. They have messed up my order more 9 times out of ten. They have served me wings with sauce on top instead of tossing them. They have given me plain wings on several occasions because they don't season them at all. Just yesterday I made the mistake of leaving without checking my order and arrived home to realize it was completely wrong. I called to let them know I was heading back and the lady on the phone says " oh, someone probably just got the boxes mixed up, yours is probably still sitting there " as if I wanted wings that had now been sitting out for 30-40 minutes. The when I arrived, my order was still wrong and they had to take it back to fix it. My fries and queso were cold, and my craving for the food had quickly dissolved. Not once have I gotten any recognition for the consistently ridiculous mistakes or met a manager who cared. They should all be embarrassed. I'll start by saying this BWW is hit or miss. Sometimes it can be decent. (Never great) I just feel like it's all over the place. One day it's seat yourself, the next day it's not. One day the want you to order your food using the QR code the next time you don't have time before the server just takes your order. We went this weekend and I wasn't impressed. We both ordered wings and a "basket of fries" aka large fry. The same thing we have been getting for literally the last 10+ years. My wings came out. I very slowly ate them had like 2 left and my husband finally got his and our "shared fry". If it's a huge group sure, if it's a party of two don't you think they would like to eat together? Couldn't even eat the fry and wings together bc they came so far apart. Never had such an issue with this till here. On top of we paid $50 and my wings were definitely not fresh at all. They was room temperature when I received them. Maybe why they came so fast is bc they already had them sitting there. Not that inflation is this particular restaurants fault, but we use to get this same meal back in the day for 30-35 bucks. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for fresh food with good flavor. I tried calling twice and I received a message saying no one was available to answer the phone. Third time I called, someone answered.. This time we ordered half garlic parm and half hot. Was told that they were not surehow long it would take but I need a timeframe to know when to pick up the wings.....so finally he said we can try leaving in an hour. When we got there, the wings were ready. When we got home, we discovered that our order was wrong. They gave us half hot and half mild. We stopped by later one evening. The food was okay and our waitress was really nice. But the kitchen was very slow and made errors with our order. It was pretty evident, too, that some people had come from the bars. There was some vomit in the bathroom sink. They can't help that and likely cleaned it soon after discovered. I can't fault them for problematic customers. But they could improve the kitchen service. I felt bad for our waitress who was very friendly and kept apologizing for the delays and errors that weren't her fault. read more
