I had a really bad experience at this location a few months ago and hadn't been back since. My little brother wanted to try the sliders, so we decided to give this location another chance instead of driving 25 minutes to another one. That turned out to be a big mistake. The service was incredibly slow from the start. I ordered a Diet Pepsi but was brought a regular Pepsi. I didn't think it was worth making a big deal over, so I drank it anyway. Around the same time, my brother asked for BBQ sauce for his sliders. When our food finally arrived, the sauce was forgotten, so we reminded our server. By this point, our drinks had been empty for about 30 minutes, and she asked if we wanted refills. I said, "Yes, Diet Pepsi, please," but she came back with a root beer, and my brother's refill was wrong too. When we politely pointed it out, her response was, "I'll just throw them in the trash," with an obvious attitude. She returned with yet another regular Pepsi instead of a Diet Pepsi. At that point, I was over it and just wanted to pay and leave. We reminded her again about the BBQ sauce. She walked away, then came back out saying, "Oh shit," before going to get it. By the time the sauce finally arrived, the sliders were cold. They were barely warm to begin with, were burnt, and were missing the onions--one of only three ingredients on the sliders. After dropping off the sauce, our server disappeared again. The restaurant only had about four other customers, so it wasn't busy. Eventually, we flagged her down just so we could pay and leave. Between the slow service, multiple incorrect drinks, forgotten items, poor attitude, and disappointing food, this visit confirmed why I hadn't returned after my last experience. Hmm, okay, I dislike having to leave these kinds of reviews, but I have to say I was so disappointed. This was my first time eating from here. I saw they had cauliflower wings, so I was excited to try them! We ordered pickup. My order was the small cauliflower wings with added green onions and mango habanero. Once we got home, I realized there were no green onions! The sauce was hot! It was hotter than I ever tasted. I am a fan of mango habanero, but this one was unbearable for me to finish. We also ordered the boneless mango habanero chicken wings which my husband couldn't eat. The sauce was just hotter than we expected. We also had mozzarella sticks, potato wedges, tots and chips & salsa. The mozzarella sticks were okay, potato wedges were actually good, the tots were fine, chips and salsa were tasty with the queso.  To top it off, we also ordered the New York-style cheesecake and here it was again, no where to be found within my order! Overall, my meal was very disappointing. Not the way I was looking to get full for my birthday! I may try again in the future, but today I was not a happy camper. The location itself is convenient, as the restaurant is situated in a shared parking lot with several other restaurants and a grocery store. This makes parking very accessible, especially if you're visiting with a larger group or arriving in multiple vehicles, as there is plenty of space available. Inside, however, the experience was more mixed. The restaurant was extremely busy, and while that likely contributed to the situation, several tables had not been cleared and still had food left on them, which made the dining area feel a bit unkempt. The wait times were also quite long. We waited approximately 20 to 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and even longer before we were seated. Once seated, the wait continued. It took another 20 to 30 minutes for our food to arrive. On a positive note, the food itself came out fresh and hot, which was appreciated. I ordered the Hatch chili burger along with tater tots and added an extra dry rub seasoning to the order. Unfortunately, the seasoning was forgotten, and there were also a couple of other items missing from our order, which required us to ask more than once for them to be brought out. That said, once everything was finally delivered, the food was genuinely delicious. The Hatch chili burger was flavorful and well-prepared, and the tater tots--despite missing the added seasoning--were still enjoyable. In terms of food quality, there were no complaints once we had everything in front of us. The value of the food itself was solid and reasonably priced. However, the overall value of the restaurant experience did not quite align with the quality of the food due to the service delays and order inconsistencies. The service-versus-food balance felt off during this visit. If you visit on a slower day or come in alone, I imagine this restaurant would be a much better experience and one I could recommend more confidently. On a busy day, however, I would suggest setting expectations accordingly. Waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to be seated, followed by another 20 to 30 minutes to receive your food, is a significant amount of time. Because of that, this particular location is not one I would recommend during peak hours. On a less busy day, however, it could absolutely be worth visiting, as the food itself was genuinely good. read more

I don't normally like Buffalo Wild Wings anymore since Covid, mostly because I think their service is terrible majority of the time, but this experience we had for dinner wasn't terrible. They have a sign to seat yourself (I assume when it's slower and not quite lunch or dinner service yet) and they tell you to scan the code to order and pay, but there are still waitresses there to service you. We got a waitress and she didn't come right away so we had a minute to look at the menu. When she did come, we ordered right away. I tried the pineapple mojito and got 6 wings with chipotle bbq seasoning and onion rings. The food didn't take long to come. My bf got a beer with salt and vinegar wings and honey bbq with wedges. Needless to say our food was good because we ate all of it lol. The chicken to me, was pretty tender and good bites of meat. I loved the chipotle bbq seasoning because it was a little sweet and salty and paired well with the ranch. I tried one of my bf salt and vinegar wings and since I love the chips, I knew I'd love the wing. It was salt and tangy and had a nice bite to it. The chicken was also cooked well and crunchy. The onion rings were really good, battered nicely and they had this sauce that was tangy and was really good with the onion rings. I was skeptical about the mojito but it was actually really good. They said they put starry in it so I thought it would be more carbonated but it was a little flat. The flavor of pineapple from the juice was there though so I'd give it a 7/10. I ordered from this location via DoorDash. TWO HOURS after I put in my order I was on the phone with Doordash to cancel it. I sat and watched TWO different dashers show up at the location, wait for several minutes, and then quit because the food wasn't ready. I called this location myself and the drunk-sounding employees talked among themselves saying things within my hearing like "having a bad night aint gonna lie," and one of them said to me that she wasn't surprised that the door dashers quit. It just sounded like chaos and a lot of lazy people not doing their jobs. Then a manager got on the phone and told me (LIE) that the first dasher had taken the food (I literally watched that poor dasher on the map arrive, wait, and quit with the order still open), but he couldn't tell me who that person was and what proof he had that anyone left with my $130 order. I called DoorDash and told them that for their own reputation they should take this location off of their platform because it will give them a bad name. DoorDash was very helpful and apologetic. I hope they take my advice and I'm not surprised the reviews of this location are so negative. read more

Me and my three friends decided to dine at Buffalo Wild Wings this evening due to a lot of restaurants being closed because of the snow. When we first got there, the general manager told us there was a 45-minute wait, so we decided to order online. Despite being told there was a 45-minute wait, we were seated in 10. We tried to cancel our orders online, but that wasn't an available option. We explained the situation to our waiter, and she told us that she could just bring our food to the table. She also told us about a new deal that appetizers were free if we joined the app. Me and my friends decided to join the app and get the free appetizers while waiting for our food. She even confirmed that all four of us would get free appetizers. Everything went smoothly until when we received our checks, our waiter came up and told us she had gotten the deal wrong and our appetizers were actually full price. Our waiter then asked us, "What should I do?" Frantic, she then grabbed the general manager named Joe Newlin. Newlin then came up to our table and asked us what our question was. We then explained our situation to him, saying that his server told us confidentially that we would receive free appetizers after signing up in the app. We asked if there could be any resolution to this conflict, as it was a misunderstanding on THEIR END, but then Newlin replied to us snarkily with the comment, "So was your plan just to sit down and get free food then?" Confused, we explained the situation over again, yet he decided not to understand what happened, and he continued to keep his narrative by saying we just wanted to get free food, and he was still being rude and disrespectful towards us. As the conversation was not approaching a resolution, he up and left with the snarky comment, "Alright, enjoy your free food." I also wanted to mention the fact that the original deal that the GM had explained to us was "spend $15 and get a free appetizer", me and each of my friends ordered more than $15 of food online. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I have seen many things, but nothing like this. Unfortunately, the most disappointing Buffalo Wild Wings. When this first opened, it was great. Then the management let things go. The service has been basically non existent. There is no one to greet you when entering. The restaurant is not well kept. Also, they charge you $1 extra for taking your food to go. Also, Buffalo Wild Wings sent me a reward for 6 free wings on my birthday. When I went to order, they told me I had to pay $1 for my free wings. SMH. If I could rate this a zero I would. 3/14/25 we arrived at 7:50pm, This location was not busy. Not like our normal BWW in Alabama. We seated ourselves as the sign advised us to do and we were greeted decently quick about 5-7minutes from someone. First red flag should have been her asking is the table was cleaned enough and to let her wipe it really quick...... she took our drinks and we received drinks almost immediately after the first young lady, who was not our server took the order for drinks. After our server came it had probably been 15 minutes since we sat down that we ordered food. My husbands food came out first, no mention of hey yours is coming no mention of anything. Then our server came to check on us several minutes later and didn't even realize my food didn't come until my husband spoke up. It was about 5 minutes later I got my food. Immediately I knew it was not rang up correctly as I had requested. I ordered 10 wings, fries with seasoning, queso and bacon. I asked for lightly sauced, extra crispy wings. I also requested that I wanted all drums. I told her I don't eat the flats and I would be fine paying more for all drums. I get my wings and they're heavily sauced, there's 3/4 flats, the queso I asked with my fries for was not brought out with my meal and I had to ask her for it and the wings were lukewarm at best with the fries that were over cooked and cold but overall this experience it just plain sucked. We've been to plenty of BWW on a Friday night and this location is not near as busy to receive such a lack of service. We weren't checked on regularly and she never noticed I sat for 20 minutes without a drink, my cup was OBVIOUSLY empty. I've had 1 refill and normally have 3-4. Another issue is we were there at the end of having finished our meals, tables around us have sat with trash on them for over an HOUR, we STILL did not receive silverware that we asked for when we got our food and we had yet to receive a check at 9:25pm. We had been there since 7:50pm. We didn't receive the check until 9:40pm when we asked for it. We've sat there and watched tables sit trashed, not being cleaned and honestly just way too long without even seeing any server in that front section. Seriously what are your employees doing because it isn't working. I've worked in restaurants, and if I was working at this restaurant and I noticed that my table had barely touched their fries that they were excited about and saw wings left uneaten after they've been sitting there for almost 2 hours, I would say hey are you sure everything is okay I noticed you haven't eaten much. There was no attempt to even pay attention to us or the other tables around. I should not have to flag you down to get basic service. Also upon paying, I noticed the manager was busy handling another angry customer so I wasn't even going to attempt to inform him because like I said his staff didn't even care anyway. I told her I'll have the chocolate cake. The price was $6.49 for it and what I got was only the chocolate cake and no ice cream. I never saw her again after I got my food. But I did see her hiding in the back, near the cash registers. So I had to stop another waiter and asked him isn't there supposed to be ice cream with the chocolate cake? At first he told me no then I got the actual menu and showed him that it says vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. Then he says do you want the ice cream? Ate here for a Saturday late lunch 5-13-17, with my lovely wife and granddaughter. Not crowded for a drizzly Saturday afternoon. Seated promptly and service was good. Food was very good. I had the Big Jack Daddy Burger which was a handful but very good. Only myself or Guy Fieri could handle it IMHO. Wife had the Ultimate Nachos which she reports were very good also. Granddaughter had the pizza flatbread and fries which I thought were good. Only four stars as the beer I wanted to try they were out of. The manager came by and after chatting, I decided on one of my favorites which was a cold draft of Guinness. She apologized, but proceeded to take my whole tray to put in a new order. If a mistake is made, you should give the customer the option to keep the incorrect order in addition to getting the correct one. I had to ask to keep the potato wedges just so I could nibble on something until my correct order came out (about 15 minutes later). This order also wasn't completely correct so they took my food back a second time (once again taking the whole tray instead of leaving it for me). Additionally, several people needed water refills and had questions, but it just didn't seem like things were together.
