The service was incredibly slow from the start. I ordered a Diet Pepsi but was brought a regular Pepsi. I didn't think it was worth making a big deal over, so I drank it anyway. Around the same time, my brother asked for BBQ sauce for his sliders. When our food finally arrived, the sauce was forgotten, so we reminded our server. By this point, our drinks had been empty for about 30 minutes, and she asked if we wanted refills. I said, "Yes, Diet Pepsi, please," but she came back with a root beer, and my brother's refill was wrong too. When we politely pointed it out, her response was, "I'll just throw them in the trash," with an obvious attitude. She returned with yet another regular Pepsi instead of a Diet Pepsi. At that point, I was over it and just wanted to pay and leave. We reminded her again about the BBQ sauce. She walked away, then came back out saying, "Oh shit," before going to get it. By the time the sauce finally arrived, the sliders were cold. They were barely warm to begin with, were burnt, and were missing the onions--one of only three ingredients on the sliders.
